This guest house is well recommended for your stay .First I want to say thank you to the owners of this quest house ,whiched is clean,accommodating in any area.My husband and decided to go to Dominica before traveling on the cruise ,We had booked another guest house but due to distance amd a few challenges on that same day we got to Dominica the taxi guy suggested we stay in the town area.He took us to this guest house and from the time we got there I felt welcome by a young man ,my husband had explained that we needed a place to stay for that one night amd he Said okay .The rooms were clean,nice scent amd everything you could wish for on a bad day.Later we when out and got something nice to eat just about 3 minutes away from the guest house a place name Waffels.The morning continental breakfast was well prepared, more than enough for your dollar and service wow.We leave to travel the next morning after breakfast and went on our cruise and to be honest, if we had known all our money we would have spent in that guest house ,worse cruise ever.On our return we had no where to stay so we walk in again but this time their were fully booked ,so we got another property just distance away ,but could never touch St james place.On thar morning the owners of that other property were no way to be found,our check time was 11 ,Sunday morning no where for Breakfast to eat and we were starving,I mentioned to my husband let's go and see if St.james guest house could help us out.We walk there as so as we got there the young guy pull up with his vehicle, I ask him if he could help us ,whiched breakfast were already finished he said hold a bit ,we followed him and he said okay.To our suprise Breakfast was presented even better than our first day and service was excellent.I want to say the owners of this property don't just have a business going ,but I felt that deep care and attention. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK for sure no other property could get my money once St james guest house is available

Good stay here.The rooms are comfortable with everything you need including good hot shower,tv,fridge etc. Breakfast is great with a good choice of fruits,cereals,toast etc included in rate and you can add feshly cooked hot choice for a reasonable extra cost. Dinner 2 nights was great with good conversation with Carol.Very affordable and tasty. 5 minutes walk into town. Highly Recommended.

Very nice guesthouse, the couple that manages it are very kind and sweet. Rooms are very well conditioned and clean. Dinner is amazing, I actually ate the best burger in my life , thank you ! For breakfast there are tea, fruits,coffee,toast with jam-cream cheese: it is delicious but it would be great to have more protein as you do need those before a long hike. But the rest was excellent. I recommend this place !

The owners are friendly, and welcoming. The place is very convenient if you want to be in the Roseau area. The rooms are clean, and well kept. Some have a complete kitchen, while others don't, and the prices are quite reasonable. A continental breakfast is included in your stay which is quite satisfying. It's fresh fruit, sliced bread with jam, butter, cream cheese and coffee. I like the "opened but Covered" seating and eating area which is so relaxing, where you can enjoy other meals which they do serve. I was there in May and August of 2022. All in all, it was a good, comfortable and enjoyable stay for me.
