We had lunch for 7 people at Nandos Monte Casino. We had seen 4 cockroaches in a matter of minutes and was totally grossed out! Management this needs your urgent attention! Totally unacceptable!!!

Never miss an opportunity to have some Nando’s. So if you find yourself at Monte Casino, skip all the other places in the food court and go straight to this Nando’s, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is friendly the service is quick and the food is legendary.

What else I can say on this. Everyone knows how good the Nandos is and what is it made for. Yes the chicken. Grilled chicken with different combinations of sausages comes up with bread or chips as per your choice. And the chicken wrap is also good. Overall 4.5/5. Enjoy the Nandooooooooos

I ordered a quarter chicken meal and tropical sunrise drink. The order took long to arrive and when it eventually came it was cold, the chicken was tiny, dry and tasteless, the drink tasted like water with lemon. Overall, not the greatest Nando’s branch and such a disappointing experience.

It's Nandos so not much to say. Food is delicious as usual. Service was fast but table was a bit dirty and sticky so they could probably work on improving their cleaning procedures to keep the tables clean. This location is very busy.

Tables were dirty and the meat had a terrible grill taste due to a dirty grill. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. After all our plates were done again but with a terrible taste again. It was just a waste of money!

When we placed the order the lady wasn't listening properly and we kept on having to repeat our order. They put very little chicken in the boujee BOWL. Requested exra sauce on the 1/2 chicken,was not put ON.The cheese garlic roll first came with the butter and cheese not melted when we sent it back IT came back burnt. They did not know what drink we ordered and they didn't have enough glasses so had to wash glasses to bring to the table. Definitely not what I expected from a nandos.

I went to Nandos at Monte Casino yesterday and the service left much to be desired. After enduring a lengthy 45-minute wait for my food, I discovered that it had been prepared and left sitting on the counter. The dish, unfortunately, arrived at my table in a cold and unappetizing state. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was surprised to find no apology forthcoming from the staff. This experience significantly dampened the overall enjoyment of my meal and visit to the restaurant.
