    Second time round and its just got worse. Drove 15km to be disappointed. Order a full pack with rolls and chips. Got home to find no rolls and oil drenched chips. Laid a complaint and the supervisor calls the next day to apologize. I was told to come and collect the rolls and chips. I requested for the owner to call me. A Mrs Mbatha called back defending her employees. According to her the order was correct. Why did the supervisor firstly offer to correct the order. This was the second time this has happened and is totally unacceptable. As for the owners attitude, she just made my decision quite easy not to support them. Good luck to this store. They have lost one customer who used to drives 15km instead of 2km to another store.

    Ordered this from Nando’s Rivonia. There’s a standardisation issue at this franchise because sometimes you get something decent and other times you get this. The chicken was not fresh, it was burnt and had absolutely no sauce, I was plain disgusted I ended up throwing the who thing in the bin because of how Smokey it tasted. I’m not even disappointed because it’s an ongoing issue with Rivonia. I’m actually going to order from Rivonia and from Sandton City and tweet the difference in Quality

    I had the pleasure of dealing with Sadina at Rivonia. I had ordered Fiesta fries and I had an issue with the food quality upon delivery. I called Nando's and Sadina called me back promptly. She was lovely and polite, offering to replace the item. She went above beyond by preparing the item for me herself. It was delicious! She sets an example of what excellent customer service is! I will be back.

    This place is shocking. They seem to open and close and answer the phone as and when they feel like it!! On one of the few occasions they were open, they got the order wrong!

    Excellent chicken The ratio between size of chicken and value in rands was disappointing .give us two sizes of chicken and chips as is and let's enjoya man's meal.Anyway not complaining.here a new advert coming up One chicken for daddy bear and one chicken for the pippy lang kous

    Quick service inside, love the decor, and the queues are usually minimal so you can zip in and out quickly. Drive thru is a bit less amazing, but their late hours make it bearable

    I rate service to zero, I'm highly disappointed with this branch. On 26/08/2023 @ 17H55, I ordered casa nata shakes and was requested to park for my order as they kick in the generator. I waited until "Tot Piet kom", stuff was playing loud music (maskandi) and dancing as I walked in to demand for my refund. No one had the courtesy to attend to me as the even forgot about my order.

    Drive thru could do with a clean up. First time I google maps took me there, I got scared coz the place looks a Lil tatty but once I saw the nandos chicken logo I felt at ease. Food n service was excellent

    Friday 25th March 2022: order made online at 6pm with expected collection time at 6:15pm. Order was 2 chicken leg pieces extra sauce with 2 chips and 2 rolls…I came at 6:20pm to collect the order which was not ready… I had to wait 40 min for the order to be ready… I even had to show my order on their screen…first and last time, I order at this Nandos…really bad experience… The positive is that the food was good except that we got a garlic roll instead of plain roll…

    We ordered a takeaway hot pot and it came with no utensils, we weren’t offered any condiments nor were we given a full speck on the flavours of our chicken. Disappointed to say the least.

    Hi, My experience yet again via delivery was nothing different. Aside from my delivery being exceptionally quick my meal was of very poor quality and exceptionally dry . What make this even worse is that I had load shedding and extremely hungry . If Nando’s requires extra funds to add on the sauces which is given with the meal I strongly suggest they ought to implement it has we paying for our meals . This is really sad and I see they store manager isn’t doing anything to fix this issue !

    We were told that there was no leg portions available, reason being they were selling the breast portions that were left over from a full chicken. We should be able to order what we want to eat!!

    Absolute poor service. Online order took almost 2 hours for delivery, only to have cold food arrive. Natashia at the store was of no help and left me on hold whilst assisting other customers. The driver also had no phone so delivery could not be tracked. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional and passed blame onto one another.

    Ordered a sharing salad with feta and bar one shake. My salad came with only the dressing. No salt,pepper, utensils had to eat my salad with my hands 😤 😒

    I got burnt livers that are so dry I think they might be old,this is the second order that I'm not happy about, Nandos Rivonia needs to get their act together because I love Nandos but this is nonsense.

    Well it was a Friday night and all was quite....in their restaurant that is. I ordered a take away and service was good and food was great as usual. The atmosphere in the restaurant was something else. It was empty and clinical. It was my first time there and I certainly won't be sitting down for a meal anytime soon. Take away area was great. Have to do something to attract more customers to the restaurant area

    People aren't at their stations. You drive drive pass an empty window and then you must reverse to pay. That's pathetic and annoying. If you can't man a drive thru, don't have one. Order spicy chips and you get plain chips with no salt. Ordered strips and rice and didn't get a fork. The store said that they don't have forks. One of the worst nandos stores. You need to change your manager

    I once had an event there and Nozipho was an absolute darling with organization and planning. Had more than 20 guests and she made sure everything run smoothly and seamlessly. Shout out to Nozipho!!

    On last visit, the generator went down and all inside was full of smoke with smoke alarm buzzing constantly. Hardly managed to finish the food and left. No proper back was there to move the customer sit somewhere else.

    Received burnt chicken livers and meat. The chicken livers were literally swimming in that sauce of theirs that was ev6 too watery. I asked for extra sauce for my quarter chicken but it was as dry as a bone. The service was fast but the actual food was a disaster. Never going back to that branch.

    I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a good experience with this branch. Twice I’ve ordered for delivery and they just didn’t deliver. Several times I’ve waited for over 30 minutes for takeaways in the drive through. I keep hoping it will get better, but it never does. 1 star doesn’t even get close to how poor this branch is.

    The delivery of food is excellent I must say. Along with the provisions of wifi, the location is not a bore and instead is all-round brilliant. The atmosphere could do with some work and some maintainence to the lights but other than that it was okay.

    This branch don't want to put sauce on your meal. Chicken dry and tasteless. When u ask them to add sauce, they argue with you. Also my wife got sick after having her meal. Never again. Would rather visit Mochachos across the road. Deserves zero stars.

    Food is always prepared quickly. The chicken always seems to have less sauce even though more was requested. There's always hundreds of insects flying around. Staff is friendly.

    Whats the point of stickers if you goong to do it like this, or was my food tampered with by mr D? Stickers should be used in a way that avoids tampering, Was my food tampered with?

    I recently ordered some wings with a friend of mine on Uber Eats, while the food was good, the portion sizes were way too small. The app's pictures were misleading and made the wings looked much bigger than what we had received. This was very disappointing, not worth the money we paid at ALL.

    My husband ordered pap and 1/4 chicken and reddish and I ordered hot pot . My husband's pap didn't come with the reddish and we only realised this late . My rice wasn't greatly cooked. I have attached the pictures of what my husband received
