    The only good thing about this place is the doctors. Doctor Andhee was very polite and professional. I cannot say the same for the staff. I was checked in by a female receptionist who was extremely rude for no good reason. So if you arrive there and you see a female receptionist with glasses, just know what your in for.

    When you get to actually see a doctor then the service is average but there online booking system is awful. Typically one of three things happen. First (and this has happened multiple times), you book an appointment only for it to be cancelled by them a couple hours before the time. They don’t call you to cancel, just a system generated sms. When you call them to find out what is happening they tend to blame system errors or “that appointment should never have been available etc.” you are then left last minute trying to scramble around trying to find another medical center who can help you in that time slot. Second thing is you book an appointment with a specific doctor only to arrive and be reassigned to someone completely different resulting in it being very hard to build a relationship with the doctor or dentist as it feels like a lucky packet when you go there as to who you going to get. Call me old fashioned but I believe that having a relationship built on trust with your doctor is important Third, you arrive for your appointment and end up waiting… for a while. I have sat there for over an hour before waiting for an appointment. The only reason I go here is because of proximity to it, but to be honest I am getting to the point where I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to get better and more consistent service

    I stopped going to this clinic and moved to health worx many years ago. My Dr there recently stepped down and I thought I would give Medicross Randburg a try again but I quickly realized why I stopped coming. The Dr's ALWAYS run late and you end up being seen a minimum of an hour after your appointment. This is unacceptable. When you are sick you need to be seen to ASAP. If Dr's cannot keep to 15 min time slots then the time slots should be increased. I was also appalled by the state of the Dr's office. Its a hoarders nest! Absolutely disgusting to say the least. Files the whole desk full, old takeaway packets everywhere, dirty coffee mugs around... cold slaw in a container that looks like its been there for weeks.... What was wrong with me was not explained, I had to make my own assumptions and ask questions and still left unsure. I was prescribed antibiotics when I'm not even that sick. My old Dr only prescribed antibiotics as a last resort. I don't feel like my well being is a concern to this facility. Medicross Randburg only cares about making money.

    If I could I would give Dr C Scott 10 stars. In my lifetime I’ve always been on the lookout for a good GP at which I could build a long term medical history. But every GP I’ve been to has fallen short, I’ve always waited great lengths of time before being attended to even if I had an appointment and the consultations are often rushed, so much so that I spend more time waiting than the dr’s consult. This was not the case with Dr C Scott, she was very attentive, welcoming and truly paid attention to me and listened to what I had to say. She asked comprehensive questions and didn’t rush my examination. She also took the time to explain my illness as well as the medication she was prescribing. Best GP!! Will go to no one else, found our family dr.

    Wow, such unfriendly staff, extremely rude as well. While standing by reception and the telephone was ring, the gentleman sitting in front of his computer next to the ring telephone and did not answer it. By the 3rd time that it rang non stop, I asked him if was going to get the call, his reply was that his computer screen was frozen. Now I understand why when I called for 2 days and no one answered.

    Waited in a queue for 20 minutes to get to a receptionist. 1 person and 20 patients in the queue. Eventually there were 2. Management should pull their heads from their fundaments and help!!! Doctors may be good but the support staff need to be kicked into gear and work. Again i am back here at 7.45 to be here to bring an elderly lady to see a doctor for 8.00 appointment. His lordship ambled in at 8.35! How do you keep your patients?

    I had to take my partner here as he required stitches on his head, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help, the wait good in the reception as they took him as fast as they could due to the severity of his injury, the nurse was friendly and helped clean him up very quickly, we had to wait around 10 minutes for the doctor which is expected for an emergency room but he was quick to help and very friendly when interacting with us which helped relieve some stress caused by the overall situation, considering that this was my first experience dealing with something of this nature I am very happy with the overall experience.

    Been a patient of randburg medicross for over 20 years. What a terrible practice this has become. The staff are awefull, unfriendly and having such a bad attitude. You are kept waiting well over your appointment time, so thus tells me it's not about patient care but about money. Shocking shocking.

    Terrible service at this practice. Made an online booking for 08:15. When I arrived and after waiting 45 min. I was informed the doctor witch I made an appointment with is not in, nor do they know when he will be. This only after I asked what is going on. They could of told me when I arrived and made a plan for an other doctor. Instead they wait for me to complain before doing anything. And this is the 2nd this happened. Last time I just walked out.

    I've been really happy with the level of care I've received at Randburg Medicross, however, often their timekeeping lets them down. I had an appointment with one of the dentists for 8:00 and after waiting 25 minutes was told the dentist had not yet arrived and would be arriving by 9:00. Pretty shocking that a doctor has so little regard for patients' time.

    Dentist- Dr Sandile is truly the best dentist is Gauteng. Hands down!! Highly recommended this doctor 👌 👍 👏 takes pride in his work and really cares for the patients.

    I saw a dentist this morning, Dr Els - absolutely amazing bedside manner and patiently explained things to allay my fears. Went out of his way to help me and was so proffessional and kind. Randburg Medicross has always had the best service when I have gone for other procedures and that now goes double for their dental service

    You are sure to find a Doctor (or any Medical Professional) to tend to your urgent needs here. Easy and convenient online booking system. Lots of parking available. Very professional and helpful staff and Doctors (kudos to Drs Rosch, Branfield and Diedericks). Our family medical destination of choice!

    Money greedy and failed to do the job. After failing to diagnose me the first time, I revisited them within the sick note period (usually free second consult if the doctor fails to diagnose you) and I was told by the doctor that she is "trying" different solutions. As a professional doctor you are supposed to view the symptoms and prescribe a treatment not do trial-and-error on patients and charge them for a second consult when you failed to do your job on the first consult. Think about your health as a patient the next time you are sick, rather go somewhere else.

    Got a call from debt collection saying I have an outstanding payment at Randburg Medicross from JULY. I have received absolutely NO communication whatsoever from Medicross querying this outstanding amount? I called to ask for my invoice to be sent to me via email so that I can make payment, still no email or invoice has been sent. Horrible service

    I left due to the dentist being over 30 min late. I have a job to get to in the morning which is why I booked for 730. I left at 8 as the doctor still hadn't arrived. Excuse being traffic on malibongwe. When is there not traffic on malibongwe 😂 Yes traffic lights go out, yes it rains, but that's not unusual and there are apps to track the traffic. If doctors can't plan ahead and be on time please don't waste people's time by offering early appointments

    Had to rush in from work after 2 days of discomfort and pain. I saw Dr Monaghan (Dentist) and he performed a procedure that every dentist would turn me away for based on difficulty (even my family destiny couldn’t do it) … overall was a great experience and better service. What could have costed me between 30K and 40K with a specialist ended up costing less than 3.

    Reception is extremely slow, and they don't communicate to people queing. Why do you make an online booking when you end up queing past your appointment time? No respect or consideration for the patients.

    Terrible experience. We booked via their online system a day before and still waited for ages for the doctor - who was on the premises, mind you. We gave up after an hour and left without being attended to. What’s the point of the booking system??? And if you are a walk-in, you are in trouble. Go elsewhere if you can.

    Definitely the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Dr Arjen Joubert is kind and gentle and very knowledgeable. He explains everything so well and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Awful online booking system! Booked appointments for my 3children online. Only to get a phone call saying the system should not have allowed the time slots I selected. I then rearranged the booking for 2 weeks later as that was the next available 3 time slots together for my children. Eventually canceled the appointments due to reception calling me the day before the visit asking me to move the time of my appointments and that the consultation period would be shortened and I would no longer have 30 minutes per child it would be a 1 hour appointment for all 3 children. Disappointed in the service so decided to go elsewhere .
