Cape Union makes a difference, wherever you go. The best quality, not very expensive, great promotions and their stuff extremely helpful and polite. They are very well trained, I love shopping at Cepe Union. Few days ago they did their best to help me with my flask, Mr. E. J. at Killarney Cape Union kept in touch with me until he could give me a solution. Again: They make a difference, that's why I choose Cape Union. And whatever I buy, LAST. Quality, that's Cape Union.

I just sanitized my hands as I walked out of Woolies (next door) and your door police prevented me from entering if I didn’t want to sanitize again. So I turned around and left. I have supported you in the past and I will again but for now I will shop where people can apply a rule with logic and not just indiscriminately force your sanitizer on me. Goodness, my hands were still dripping from the Woolies sanitizer.

Great place to shop

I cannot believe this is the same store. Claiming to care about its customers when they knowingly sell Go-Pro devices that do not work in South Africa. Then refuse to refund them the devices 2 of them still in their boxes with slips. If they made a mistake and sold them without the knowledge they would not work in SA. Mistakes happen, but they refuse ignore emails. In other words this private company who made the bulk of their money during Apartheid give nothing back in fact they steal from poor South Africans selling dumped devices knowing that they will not work in South Africa as not one mobile phone from any store or even sold private connect to the Go-Pro Fusion. I am on my way to Cape Town to arrange an EFF meeting at their Head Office.

I was told by their Eastgate store to come here for the shoes with the right size. They’ve been very helpful and I got the shoes!

Very well run branch staff are knowledgeble on the products and they are helpfull the two female staff members are friendly and smilling and sipho the male staff member he is there to help you find a product and help you with your queries

Visited the store today 30/072022. Had the worst experience ever! The store manager Dhu/Duh whatever his name is treated us like we were dumb and came across at very racist! We bought 3 items of which 2 were the same but different colours . One scanned at R349 & the other and R599. On enquiring why its scanning differently, the store manager Dhu sarcastically replied its scanning at that price and that is the price. He then further humiliated us by asking us to show him where does it say R349 . We then showed him the tag on the shelf . He then realised the store mistake as the product was not in the correct place. . I will never visit that store again ever!!!
