Miguel’s has moved to a new location!!! It’s an indoor location now inside the 252 Madison St (where the other small businesses are!) Miguel was very kind and helped us find it by waving us in the parking lot. This place is so much bigger than the food truck, and same delicious foods!

Insane. Best burrito I’ve had in a long time. Lots of veg option too! Unbelievable this gem is in Corvallis!

Have ordered from Miguel's once before, had the white burrito and it was so delicious and enough to save half for another meal! Ordering again from him now. :) I got the white burrito again and my wife heard great reviews about his Rolled Nachos. Highly recommend. *Edit: Added pics. It's sooo good!

Just like the other reviews mentioned - the food was very good. Nice portions. Excellent green sauce. We got a little extra sour cream on our enchiladas. Tasty. Look for the little red truck. I am glad I called - otherwise the GPS took me to a parking lot and I probably would have been looking for a building.

I’ve been to Mexico and have had many different restaurants there. It’s VERY hard to find good reliable Mexican food here. This is some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve EVER had. One of my issues with Mexican restaurants is the food is usually dry or overcooked. This is one of the few places I’ve had where the chicken is moist and actually tastes amazing! If you’re on the fence and not sure, I urge you to just try it once, you won’t regret it!

Words can't EXPLAIN how satisfied we where. The portion sizes are HUGE. The food is so good and definitely made with care, and a hit of spicy love!!! We will come back for sure when coming to Corvallis!

Very small place with good authentic food. Got the quesabirria tacos, and it was great, definitely will come again.

Been wanting to stop and try this place and roommate was craving Mexican rice and beans so we stopped right at closing - best choice ever!!!! The food is so good and the portion are also huge!!! Will 100% be coming back
