Roseburg, OR. Great restaurant!!! Friendly, helpful and excited employees. Very clean and spacious place. No taxes!! This is Oregon folks. The pump your gas, smile at you and ask if there's anything else they can do for you. Food quickly provided, excellently cooked and brought to your table. If you purchased a $1 drink, you can pick your own sized cup! They're displayed right in front of you. Bathrooms are clean and we'll supplied. Yes! They have highchairs. As good as any McD's I've been to. The food is good, the staff is super nice, and the building is clean. I'd definitely go again.

The dining area is always filthy and it smells bad. Employees are rude and short with customers, not to mention they will screw your order up every time. Expectations are always low with fast food but this place is just awful.

I get off work at 11:30, stopped in here a few time for a quick bite about midnight. The food is always nasty, the food is definitely not fresh at this time, I won't be stopping here after work anymore. Now during the day the food seems fine.

Every single time I go here, employees forget something from my order. The manager is very rude and unapproachable. The tables are frequently sticky.

Super fast, I ordered via the McD's app, walked across the street, and my order was waiting for me.

It's McD. Horrible food. My husband likes it, so once in a while, I let him eat their not real food.

Just took my client there to pick up dinner. Up charged a $1 more to get lemonade on meal. Tossed change at me and it fell to the ground. She looked at me and said sorry then shut the window. When we got home the fish fillete sandwich is half the size it used to be and $8. Never again!!!!!

Went in to get a happy meal toy and was told they werent allowed even though i've done it many times before with no issue and I went to the other locations and got one with no issue. Lady there wasn't even dressed as an employee and had an angry face, she didnt have her hair pulled back properly either. It was just a basic low ponytail. Also ordered a mcChicken and ended up tossing it because it looked old and gross.
