We loved our stay here. We stayed for a week while in town for a family member having surgery at John's Hopkins Hospital. The location was great for weeks at we needed and the parking was a nice location and secure. Our room was very pretty with nice furniture and some welcome items such as water. The beds were comfortable. Our marina view was pretty and we enjoyed looking out at the water. We took walks around the area everyday and the location was great for walking with paths and sidewalks with easy access to cute areas and a variety of restaurants. On the property they have a very nice common area with couches and a coffee and tea area. The courtyard is also a very nice place to and get some fresh air and relax. The staff was nice. In particular, Raymond is an excellent leader and provides outstanding customer service. William was also helpful. The breakfast is pretty basic with packaged stuff and some fruit, but we appreciated it. We had a couple minor issues with maintenance such as there were ants in our room and the drain was slow in our sink. However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons. We will absolutely stay here again when we're in the area. It was an over all great experience.

A very quaint, clean, and high quality hotel. It's nice that it's right on the water, although it is a little distant from the downtown attractions (about a mile from the aquarium area). The East Harbor area is very close, though, which offers a lot of restaurants and entertainment. The good thing is that the location is very quiet and it's down a beautiful cobblestone road and has secure parking. The staff was excellent and we appreciated that the water bottles in the room and the breakfast were complimentary. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms. Bed was not the best and our heater kept making a clicking noise all night. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is great puts you within walking distance of alot of restaurantsand bars. Parking is convenient. The lot is gated.

Fun spot to stay! Great views of the harbor in a residential feeling area. Super easy to unpack and check in. Had a room facing the courtyard which felt secure but let in a lot of natural light. Bed was super comfy! Plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack and feel at home. The A/C worked…ventilation fan in the bathroom (why is this so rare in hotels these days?!)….and it was very clean. Located right near the Fells Point action, but isn’t too noisy or busy. Very nice to walk around outside. Bars are about a five minute walk away along the private slip docks. Will definitely recommend this good deal to others.

I was disappointed with my stay at the end. On the plus side I will say that the hotel and the room were very clean. The amenities were standard amenities and we’re fine. The room and the bathroom were small relative to other hotels. I booked a garden room not knowing that the Inn is located entirely on the ground floor of the building. The garden view rooms face an interior courtyard. There is very little light that comes into the room and There are large wooden shutters on the windows which allow very little light. When the shutters are open the room looks out onto a sitting in the garden where people can see into your room. My suggestion is that if you’re going to book a room at this hotel, that you pay the extra money for the outside rooms. At least some of them have windows that provide both a light and a view.

Good location, nice air conditioning (mid-August) and decent bed comfort. However, they gave us an obstructed harbor view with a boat canopy and fence blocking two-thirds of our window view despite the premium cost room upgrade expense (Room 125 and similar for 123). Three big ants or bugs in the shower tub. They charged us $20 extra beyond already paying the hotel service fee as part of the prepaid total fee and taxes direct through Choice Hotels website and loyalty member. We were also charged incindentals fee twice at check-in by accident by front desk and hard to get it taken off despite not damaging or taking anything. Loud guest room doors slamming and not soft-close or slow hinge close woke us up three times. Breakfast was not as impressive as the pictures on the website. Big stain size of a basketball on the carpet.

Terrible experience. I prepaid through a 3rd party and was double charged at the hotel for 4 nights. Talked to 3 people at the hotel, none of whom were able to help me. Had the third party call them and resend my confirmation and they still double charged me. No managers available. Huge pain and waste of time. Breakfast is poor. Bed is saggy. Find another hotel.

Great renovation and re-decoration since March 2020. Always a good nights sleep here and great front desk help. Lobby attendant at breakfast is always so helpful and cheery. Small business 'center' is appreciated for the printer. The wooden boardwalk has since been repaired and early morning joggers pass by outer rooms more discreetly than before and rooms facing the interior garden are the quietest! This is our go-to hotel in Fell's Point. Highly recommend.

We hosted several out-of-town guests for an anniversary party here and stayed one night ourselves. The arrangements for booking more than one room to be billed to us were fairly simple, and our visitors were delighted with the quality of the rooms, the walkable location, and the amenities. A very classy Baltimore experience in all, and we will definitely recommend the Inn at Henderson's Wharf to others!

Lovely hotel in a great location! The lobby is beautiful, up-to-date, and inviting. The room was also very nicely furnished and the water views were spectacular. Cons: the pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast is Continental style with too many unhealthy sugary options. The only clean healthy options were the hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, and tea. Also they do not offer the wine and cheese on Sunday stays.

Inn at Henderson Wharf is absolutely wonderful. The location to the harbor, dining and in our case Johns Hopkins was absolutely perfect. The inn offered a nice respite from my days spent in the hospital with a family member. The staff is superb!

William was great and helped make sure everything was in order. We stayed one night with 2 children, and everything worked out well, meeting expectations. The continental breakfast had enough variety and helped us get off to a quick start.

This Inn was once lovely and you could rely on a high end, positive experience with fantastic views and nightcaps that were delicious. Post covid, this is no longer the case. They book water views at luxury prices and (with 6 months notice) one arrives to find a small room, parking lot view and indifferent concierge staff. Quite sad. If you are looking to overspend and listen to traffic for $300+, than this facility offers a quick 13 minute drive to the Cruise port after a disappointing breakfast and no active response from a Manager. Enjoy!

We had a nice stay here. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to everything in Fells Point. Hotel rooms seemed a bit dated and the free breakfast was lackluster. We grabbed the coffee but everything else looked old and not appealing. Great breakfast options just a few minutes down the street though!
