The
hotel
room
itself
was
nice,
spacious
and
clean.
However,
the
front
desk
staff
was
horrible.
With
the
exception
of
Tasha,
who
was
here
the
morning
we
checked
out
only,
everyone
else
at
the
front
desk
was
rude,
short,
and
extremely
dismissive.
I
asked
questions
a
few
times
since
we
don't
know
the
area
and
didn't
know
where
to
fill
up
our
water
bottles.
Each
time
I
was
given
an
answer
of
"I
don't
know"
and
told
to
wait
prior
to
that
because
the
front
desk
personnel
was
either
on
their
cell
phone
talking
to
a
friend
or
playing
a
game.
I've
worked
in
the
hotel
industry
for
years
and
have
never
seen
this
kind
of
behavior
repeatedly.
As
a
customer,
I
expect
for
the
person
in
interacting
with
at
the
front
desk
to
greet
me,
be
friendly
and
helpful.
If
your
don't
like
speaking
or
interacting
with
customers,
then
a
customer
facing
job
isn't
what
you
should
be
doing.
The
breakfast
was
once
of
the
worst
we've
encountered
also.
It
was
sad,
lacking
and
not
full
most
of
the
time.
A
couple
of
our
kids
went
to
the
gas
station
in
the
same
parking
lot
to
get
breakfast
bowls
instead.
Overall,
while
the
rooms
were
nice
and
they
were
pet
friendly,
I
can't
say
we'd
ever
come
back
or
recommend
this
particular
hotel.
