Dr. Haddad and his team are top notch professionals. I had to get a tooth extracted last week and was really not looking forward it...I was a bit anxious but everything went smoothly and quickly! I was so relieved! I haven't felt much pain at all since then. His team made sure to walk me through the procedure and thoroughly explain post op instructions. Dr Haddad and his team's expertise is invaluable and I'm convinced that their talent and my following their directions are the reason why I'm healing up quite well. I highly recommend them!

I came here originally for an emergency appointment and would go on to visit for a treatment plan. The staff is friendly, professional, and patient. They took time explain the process and paperwork I needed and what to expect. The surgeon was thorough. I'm hoping my experience continues to be as great for my future appointments.

Akeso is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to my phone calls. First, it doesn't matter which Akeso you call, they all are routed to the same answering service call center. They ask you a billion questions and talk to you about scheduling but, are actually unable to schedule anything. You need to wait for a return phone from someone from the office, if they even return your call. The first time they called me back they were actually quick about getting me into seeing an oral surgeon for a consult. However, when I arrived at the first scheduled appointment after an hour and a half of waiting, I left upset without saying a word. As I was taking time from work for no reason. When I got in my car to leave I noticed there was a missed call and voice mail from earlier that morning. It was Akeso informing me that one of there doctors was out sick and another doctor was seeing their patients but, may be running behind. After I finished listening to the message I received a call from Akeso asking if I was still there. I explained I had to leave and rescheduled. When I finally did get into see the oral surgeon for my consult, which was less than 5 minutes, I was escorted to front desk to schedule the surgery. I waited about 20 minutes, on what I am not sure, I asked if there was anyway they could call me to schedule the oral surgery date and was told "no problem." 52 days later, I have left 29 messages total with there answering service using their main phone number listed and on some answering machine using the phone number they called my phone from once. I have just about given up on them. It is not only sad that Akeso treat patients this way, it is a little disturbing.

Scheduled an appointment for the next day to have a wisdom tooth removed. Staff was cool. Was a bit of a wait, but well worth it for the services I received. Every place I called was trying to schedule my appointment for November. At the time it was October 13th. Wasn’t trying to deal with the pain every night up until then. Had my wisdom tooth removed. Only pain I felt was when receiving the needle to my gums. Other wise it was a pain free process. Would recommend this team for sure.

Very professional & welcoming upon arrival. Did they’re best to make my baby as comfortable as possible considering her anxiety. Explained everything in detail for my daughter & I both to completely understand what would be happening during her procedure & what to expect after the numbness wore off. I highly recommend & give 10 ⭐️

Everyone in the office was nice and friendly. Dr. Haddad was comforting during my procedure. His two dental assistants were amazing people as well. I would recommend this office to anyone who is scared of any kind of dental work. This is where you want to be, from the moment you walk in the door. What a great place as a patient.

The staff was great and really did an outstanding job. There was a mixup with my appointment time and they didn’t miss a beat adjusting and getting me in and out with no fuss. I was so appreciative of how they fit me into their schedule without impacting the other patients. The x-ray I had and consultation was done quickly with no pain and the Dentist gave me great recommendations for treatment going forward.

My experience with the oral surgeon was horrible the moment she walked in we could sense a attitude from the surgeon. We had a referral and when she walked in she immediately said “ok what are you here for?” No greeting nothing the referral clearly stated evaluation, it was consultation appointment. Which she did none of I’m not sure why my daughter would even need to be in braces and have a treatment plan for a consultation, I never made a decision for her to do any procedure. So it’s not clear why we needed a treatment plan or braces applied prior to the appointment. The whole time the oral surgeon was snappy and even my daughter sense she had a lil attitude, I definitely reciprocated the same energy. My frustration was not about getting different opinions from different surgeons and not having started the process my irritation was with this Asian “L” (something) oral surgeon she seems very unprofessional and I’m not sure what the hell her problem was.

Great people here. First time ever getting my wisdom teeth out and I was scared and nervous but the oral surgeon and the staff were very friendly and nice. The area is very nice and clean. I think if I ever need any dentist work done, I will be going to them for sure.

Absolutely love this place. Literally couldn't say enough great things about this place and the Absolutely wonderful people who work there. My surgeon was Absolutely wonderful and her entire staff. They actually care about how your feeling and make sure they comfort you. I was terrified and had an amazing experience! If your looking for a place with people who actually care this is it!
