On August 12, 2023 I stayed at this hotel and valet my $150,000 sports car. At 1:30am in the morning the valet driver / employee stole my car from out front of the hotel and within 10 hours completely totaled it. I was then woken up in the morning to banging on my hotel door when 8 cops walked in. The head of the hotel and third party valet company pushed me off to their insurance company while apologizing. Their insurance company dropped the ball and stopped responding to emails and calls. So I had to end up putting the claim thru my own insurance company to get everything done. I ended up losing $15,000 in equity, had a insurance claim on my insurance when it wasn't my fault, I had to buy a new car with a much higher interest rate and payment because interest rates aren't in the 3's anymore like they were when I bought the car. I've had to go to court twice over this and its still not done. And all the hotel and valet company are willing to offer me was to just comp my room charges for the night I stayed there the same night that their employee stole my car. They have taken no responsibility. Just left me to pick up all the pieces. This is the worst hotel ever. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Horrible experience and awful staff and the rooms are dirty. Plus they tried to over charge me and I caught it. This place is a nightmare. Never ever stay here. You will get your car stolen and be treated awful. Don't trust anything they say. Absolute worse hotel ever.

The hotel itself was amazing! Lovely rooms, lobby and grounds, great location. The service was horrible. No complimentary beverage at check in, waited over 30 mins and no one came to take our drink order in the lounge. It was a Sunday evening Presidents Day weekend and not very busy. We walked into the Cannon room and were rudely told they were closed, no sign and guests were inside. Cancelled our dinner reservation but returned for breakfast the next morning and more of the same lacking service. Had to wait a long time to be seated and then to be served and then to get our check. For the price of the hotel I want to receive top notch service. Not to mention all the fees making our room over $100 more- 2 Baltimore tourism fees, not sure I would return.

From start to finish, this was an experience of a lifetime. Immaculate vibes, and our server Chad was warm, welcoming, and took great care with our orders. The entire staff was elite. Damien is another all-star server, as his knowledge of the hotel and menu items kept us intrigued and wow'ed throughout the night. Keep up the great work everyone!

We have a family vacation booked and I just called a little while ago to get some information about parking. I was told $60 per night via valet which was fine. It was the tone and the hanging up on me when I had more questions that gave us a very bad first impression of the establishment . I called back to get the answers to my other questions and the next person that answered was NOT any better probably worst. She barely spoke and it was as if I was bothering her with my questions. I can only hope that once we get to the hotel with my family that the service and attitude will be way better than what we received over the phone. And that is if we choose to keep our reservation.

Recently a hotel guest handed off his $120k Audi to the hotel valet who took the car to a car show where it was stolen. Police recovered the car but it had been crashed and totaled. The hotel offered the guest a free night stay. Hotel looks cool though.

From the moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted by Robert who was very helpful and welcoming. Showing up late, we assumed we would get the skeleton crew that could care less but customer service but it was the exact opposite. From Robert at valet, to Charles at the front desk, everyone was friendly and provided no issues. Room was super clean and the view at night was amazing. Hotel is in a great location providing plenty of options to eat during the day, and to hang out in at night. There was a wedding the same weekend we stayed and we heard nothing. Hotel is ran great and was definitely worth the price. Ended our stay with breakfast at the Rec Pier restaurant downstairs and my partner didn't like her breakfast. There was no bickering or arguments, waiter took away, provided something else, and took it off the bill. The professionalism from everyone we interacted with was the best we have ever had. Will definitely be returning.

Attention has gone into every detail of this hotel!! I can't say enough good things about it. Our room was lovely, the restaurant was phenomenal, and the singer in the evening was really fantastic. Collette at the front desk room care of every detail and was so lovely. We will definitely be back!

This is an upscale boutique hotel, where it is evident employees enjoy coming to work exemplified by their above average interpersonal skills, attention to detail and consistent attitude to please. This is a reflection of the hotels managment. The service is awesome. The rooms are extremely clean. The decor is beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite. From valet to check out I felt like royalty. I was there for 2 major events in my life, retirement and my birthday and I could not have selected a better place to spend a long weekend. Food was excellent and I had a special drink created just for me after telling the bartender what I was looking for. I plan to visit and stay here several times a year. As a writer I was inspired to start several pieces because of my surroundings.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. We arrived very late after landing to a closed rental car counter. After an Uber to the Pendry, they graciously upgraded our room (totally turned our trip around) to the most amazing penthouse with the best balcony overlooking the harbor. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was amazing - best crab cake we had while we were in town. Our concierge was fantastic and attentive, room service was lightening fast, and everyone was super helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Baltimore.

This the absolute best hotel in Fells Point! We’ve stayed here a few times and we absolutely love it. It’s centrally located near all of the great restaurants and pubs and is very safe. Updated, clean and superior customer service! We didn’t eat here this time but they also have a great bar and menu at the restaurant in-house.

I didn't stay in the hotel. Went for drinks by the pool. Pool area is for hotel guest only but the bar area seemed open to outside guests. It was very chic. They have pre-made drinks on tap, very convenient. Service was great! I certainly would love to book a stay to get the full experience.

The hotel is really nice along with the pool. Just don't waste your money booking a cabana. It is super expensive and you get better service just picking a spot by the pool. Definitely not what you would expect for the money you pay. Plus, the bar at the pool can only make certain drinks. For more exotic drinks like an espresso martini 🤣🤣🤣, they have to send you (yes you have to go get it after spending a ton of money in a cabana) to the inside bar, which is a couple of hundred feet away. Terrible.

If you are looking for a 5 start experience this hotel does not live up to that. This was our third stay at the resort and probably the last. The property is beautiful, the valet service is excellent, and they try to have little 5 start touches- leaving a note with a complimentary dessert. The food is pretty good but not a 5-star experience, everything takes a bit longer to get that what I have experienced at true 5 star resorts. The biggest disappointment was the pool- super crowded and the service by the pool is nonexistent. My husband had to go to the bar to order a drink after no one came by for over 45 minutes. The pool is overly crowded because they sell day pool passes online to nonmembers. I would maybe understand that if it was in the off-season or on a slow work week. But on a busy weekend? Not acceptable. Just be aware that you might not have a chair by the pool as a hotel guest because someone that bought $100 pass to the pool got there before you. This practice also changes the ambiance of the place.

This hotel charged me multiple times for the same room. I never authorized or permitted the excessive charges. When I called, the front desk agent claimed there was no manager and repeatedly transferred me to someone’s voicemail.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and great location. Walking distance to good bars and restaurants. Every staff member was more pleasant and helpful then the next. Every very clean room has a great view. Would love to go back when the outdoor pool is open!

Attending a wedding at Sagamore Pendry on a Friday night turned out to be an extraordinary experience, marked by elegance and culinary excellence. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the hotel lacked its own parking facilities. However, valet parking was available, albeit the only alternative was street parking, which could be a bit challenging on a bustling Friday night. The wedding ceremony took place in an indoor-outdoor room that was nothing short of spectacular. It was the coolest wedding venue I've ever encountered, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. Following the ceremony, we were treated to a mouthwatering array of hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp cocktails, lamb chops, crab cakes, and more. The quality and variety of these appetizers were impressive. After taking pictures with the bride and groom, we ascended a stairwell to the reception area, which was adorned with exquisite decorations. The ambiance was beautiful and perfectly complemented the occasion. Dinner was a culinary delight. A rare filet mignon, a lobster tail, mashed potatoes, and vegetables graced our plates. The filet mignon was a standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. It truly was the best Filet Mignon I've ever had. The lobster tail also shone with its well-seasoned, buttery flavor. The entire meal was simply AMAZING. Attending a wedding at Sagamore Pendry was an honor and a truly memorable experience. Despite the parking challenge, the unique ceremony venue, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and the culinary perfection of the rare Filet Mignon and lobster tail made it an unforgettable evening. The venue's beauty and attention to detail added to the overall charm of the wedding. If you have the opportunity to attend an event at Sagamore Pendry, do not hesitate. It was a privilege to be part of such a special occasion at this remarkable venue.

We had Rafael as our server and he was spectacular. So funny and gave great suggestions. Kept the conversation lively and matched our energy. All the pasta dishes were great portions and delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming and Rafael was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. Also this dry aged beef for more than 100 days. Great environment make sure you check it out !!

We came for a wedding reception. Such a beautiful venue. The courtyard was magnificent, even with the freezing temperatures. The staff was amazing from valet parking to hostesses to bar tenders. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back to stay again.

Stunning. Just absolutely stunning. Everything about this place is beautiful. As a native of Maryland, I’m proud this place exists. Kindest staff ever. They’ll open doors for you, literally. Bar was the best. Went down for some drinks and both bartenders on staff that night were amazing. Had a Biscotti Old Fashioned. Amazing.

Didn’t stay in the hotel, just had a Sunday breakfast of eggs Benedict, coffee, and orange juice. The salad with the Benedict was soggy, the coffee was warm and the the dining room had only 3 tables occupied, but I waited 35 minutes for breakfast. The place is beautiful, warm and friendly. Paid $50 with tip for the good server.

One of the best hotel dining experiences I've ever had. The ambiance of this location is hands down the best in Baltimore. Our server Damien went above and beyond in every way to make sure our time at this Pendry was truly one of a kind. Our food came our only minutes after we had ordered, the drinks are strong and delicious, everyone is friendly and accommodating and Damien even got us a table reservation in the Canon Room that we hadn't even booked! We will absolutely be back again and truly appreciate everyone at this location for providing us with such a lovely night out!

Room was small. No chair to sit on in room..had to request. Furniture old and damages (not antique distressed), TV not mounted to wall....taking up room on huge furniture. Customer service was okay (not exceptional), asltmosphere was dark. Definitely a younger person hang out spot at the restaurant. (I would not use the term elegant for this hotel.)Valet was helpful but certainly eyeing the young females. I will probably check out the 4-seasons next time.

Very disappointed in my most recent experience with the reservation specialist. My husband and I got married at the Pendry in May 2023. I called to inquire about staying at the property this upcoming May to celebrate our first anniversary. When I explained this to the receptionist there was no acknowledgment that we got married at their property or that we were hoping to spend our first anniversary there. This is not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially having spent a great deal with them for our wedding.

Okay I love Pendry I really do but how do you not tell guests prior to checking in or during check in that 75% of their amenities are closed for a private event. We spent very good money and I’ve been looking forward to experiencing this Pendry hotel that i was extremely disappointed in their lack of communication we even spoke with the butler during check in and he didn’t mention the closures either. It was me calling the conceirge that told me hours after we checked in about the inconveniences. Matt was very sweet I do say explaining what was going on. Beautiful hotel, but guest services has been be inform guests about these things prior to checking in

Nice luxury experience overall. The ambience, staff and the room (stayed in a harbor king view) was great. The hotel is walkable to other restaurants in the area, if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Note: there was no refrigerator in the room for you to put food if you want to.

This hotel is beautiful! Our room was not large but was nicely set up & well appointed. Upon arriving I was told that we were eligible for an upgrade and I think the employee believed he was giving us one, but we were in the room level that I paid for. The noise from the main hotel area was surprisingly audible from our room on our second night. Since we had the tv on before going to sleep, the sound wasn’t a problem for us. If you are sensitive to sound maybe ask for a “quiet room”. Although there is a “pay for 2 nights & get 1 more for free” promotion going on, we were not offered this option. The doorman was very personable & made a positive impact on our stay. The parking was easy as there were spots on the street directly across from and on both sides of the entry. The valet area was a little hectic &, at $50 a day, unreasonable. The room service we ordered was surprisingly disappointing. The steak was chewy and difficult to cut. The chocolate croissant was dry and crumbly. The fruit platter was covered in plastic wrap but there was something white that had gotten into it that obviously wasn’t supposed to be there so we didn’t eat any of it. The mini plain croissants were lovely. There is a nicely stocked mini bar but there are no prices indicated in room or on line that I was able to find. There was a dish of uncovered stale macrons in our room when we arrived. We got in quite late so it’s possible they were fine earlier. The shower was roomy & had nice water pressure. The toiletries were surprisingly high quality & they do sell them here. If you were to remove the toiletries from the room, you would be charged $35 - $40 per bottle. There is a notification regarding these charges on the sink counter but I’d hate to be the guest who missed the note. It may feel more positive if the rooms provided smaller sizes for guests and posted a note that full size products are available for purchase. We were out visiting & have yet to try their in-house restaurant. I’m also interested in checking out more of the common areas since what I have seen so far is impressive. Their mixture of textures complimented each other. The bowls/carvings made with rustic live edge wood were beautiful.

This place was beautiful and fabulous! Came to the All White Event..."Juneteenth" Honoring Our Ancestors given by my son (Farmer Nell) City Weeds.. Be More Green and Brown Girls Wellness. Everyone was so pleasant that it was so comfortable. Staff was awesome, and food delicious. I enjoyed myself tremendously with my family and friends. 🤗

Amazing stay. Staff was exemplary. Warm welcoming and professional. Went out of their way. From front desk to pool attendants. You could see how they take pride in doing so. Room was beautiful, lovely view from balcony of the water. Pool was so beautiful, amazing to lie so close to the water. Extremely relaxing. Inner courtyard was a lovely added touch. Thanks so much and I hope we can return again.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Sagamore Pendry Chops House and was served by our favorite Chop House Server Rafael. Highly Recommend the Pendry. The ribeye melts in your mouth. The food is fantastic and the service is even better. The week before we celebrated my sisters wedding and had Michelle as our banquet lead. She was fantastic and made my sister's day extra special. The entire Pendry staff is phenomenal. If you are having a regular evening out or celebrating a special occasion, the Pendry will create the best experience!

We stayed in the governor suite at the Pendry. Really nicely furnished and the staff are so kind and professional. Dakota is the man to go to. He had us in our room in no time and is very efficient about running his sector of the Pendry. I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars for sure. The gentleman wearing the best suit in the room is Dakota who accommodated my friends and I.

I can't comment on the rooms as I only visited the bar. It is a beautiful setting. The lighting perfectly sets a mood of intimacy. The service at the bar was impeccable. Drinks were well made, priced as expected for the calibre of the venue. Overall I had a wonderful experience there.

Had a short stay here whilst on tour, I stay in a lot of hotels and so I am quite tuned into their standards. The Sagamore is near perfect. The atmosphere of the room was relaxing and comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable, I needed that sleep! I appreciate the desk space too, I was able to work comfortably. Amazing shower with easy to use temperature control. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. I would love to come back as soon as I can!
