I would rate zero if I could. How this place is allowed to stay open is beyond my understanding. An absolute stain on the airport. Poor quality food, tiny portions and incredibly poor service. Just a grift to scam tips from tourists with no other options. Avoid this place at all costs.

Even if you’re desperate, go somewhere else. The wait staff was really nice and helpful but the food is way overpriced (yes— it’s in an airport so it’s bound to be expensive but at least it’s sometimes worth the price— this was not). The “pizza” is two slices and not worth the indigestion. The wings were edible but the sauce was in a cup separate and not great. Both of these were $17.99. The QR code menu is completely wrong so don’t trust it. Seriously— just eat somewhere else (not that there are many options in this terminal).

What a rip off! Sat at the bar, saw they had a QR code ordering system, placed order and received error. Was ignored by one bar tender, flagged down a server who promptly took my order for a Woodford Old fashion. It was ok. The bill was given to me after the first sip. They charged me for a double, $21.80 before taxes. I mentioned that it was $18.89 on the online menu, server said 'taxes'. I explained the taxes were added at the bottom of the check(total read $23.83). He didn't care.

Not the best place. It’s overpriced ($17 for a fast food-like burger), the food isn’t the the best and the staff is slow and can be quite rude. Update: I came back two years after my original review and had a much better experience! It is still overpriced and there is a limited menu, but the food was good and the servers were friendly.

Not worth spending money for the low quality food. Major issue I had is they settled by charging me $90 as tip on the order of $23.94. This was done when I left the airport. My mistake was that I left my signed receipt on the restaurant table. I do not find the contact numbers of this restaurant so it is lost.

Never again!Horrible turkey burger - the worst I have ever eaten, and pricey. They don't have a grill/kitchen, so the food is pre-cooked... the turkey meat is ground/mashed and highly industrial.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have not experienced such unfriendly staff for a long time!!!! And apart from the fact that airport prices are already high everywhere, the prices in this restaurant are simply ridiculous!!

Worst experience I had in NY. Unfriendly waitress asking us every 5 minuts if we are going to order something else or to leave while our glasses were still half full.. Then forced us on tips when we wanted to pay by cash. Food is ok but overprices, would be ok if this came with at least a neutral service.

When a restaurant has a consistently low rating, trust it and go somewhere else. Any other of the weird looking pizza places at the airport would have been better than paying $50 for two disgusting burgers ("you can't choose, they're all medium cooked") and rude waiters.

DONT GO THERE!!! I was literally stolen here. I ordered a meal about 30 USD…just checked my credit card movements and they charged me around 90 USD!!! Unfortunately I didn’t save my ticket, so I can’t prove anything…I never thought something like this could happen. This happened the 5th of December, around 7 pm… Unbelievable…

Save yourselves the misery and go somewhere else! Unfortunately, it is not possible to give zero stars. The food was overpriced beyond measure. Burger 22$ half pizza pepperoni 17$. The pizza was served cold. In addition, the waiter was rude. We had ordered a glass of water, which was free according to the menu, but the waiter claimed there would only be water from the bottle ($4) of course, this increases the bill, taxes and also the tip and that's what the waiter probably wanted. Basically we always tip but not after this impertinence. The waiter began to push us on tip and put himself stupidly as we denied. At some point he gave up and became insulting and pointed out that we have to go.

Awful. Just awful. Asked for a burger "medium rare", was told "only rare": of course, I figured later on: they just re-heat them. It's all pre-cooked. Fries are not fries: they're chips. All terribly expensive. The service is abhorrent: they're crazy rude and bossy. Avoid at all costs. There's better stuff in the airport.

After reading all the other reviews, we almost walked out after sitting down, but we decided to risk it anyway. We originally thought to order burgers, but then decided to be safe and go with a pizza instead. The food - very greasy pizza, but really not that bad, nothing special about it though. It was around $20 and it's about the size of a big pizza slice that would go for $5 in a normal pizza place. The waiter and the service was really good though, no complaints. The food selection is very limited - pizzas, burgers, wings, few other things. The food seems to just be frozen and then heated. Overall - really a medium place, not bad or good, but definitely very pricey.

The food was decent, but Way over priced I left a cash tip and put the meal on my card. When I looked at my bank statement, the waitress added another $20 for a tip without even telling me. That’s robbery cost me $$123 for two burgers and two cocktails… Buyer beware

The Cobb salad was vile and teeny tiny , for$18 you would expect more than 4 leafs of lettuce. Stay away do not eat here. They should be ashamed to call what they serve food.

What a sad experience, the food was okay ish, but the staff was uninspired and the men running the place was yelling and wasn't welcoming at all. They closed early and almost no things on the menu was available. In addition, it was really expensive for what it was. The burger wasn't half bad.

The place was packed , so we thought maybe it's popular so we made the mistake of trying it. Since no seats were open, we went to the counter and asked about ordering. The server mumbled something and shoved a QR code in our faces. We ordered and waited for a seat to open. One finally opened and we sat down. A different server approached us after 10 minutes to ask what we wanted. We said we already ordered. Then the original server shouted at us from the other side of our the bar that they don't bring them food to us, we have to go pick it up at the counter. Our order had food and drinks, but they only gave us the food. I explained this to the server and he said he didn't understand, then a different server came over and asked the problem. We explained we didn't get our drinks and she started pouring them. We said thank you and sat down. Yet another server approached us and told we weren't allowed to sit down if we ordered at the counter. The "pizza" we got was soggy dough with rubbery cheese and rubbery chicken. The drinks were obviously way overpriced, like everything in JFK terminal 1. Don't waste your time

Ordered a beer and pretzel while waiting for my flight at this restaurant while sitting at the bar. You in theory could use mobile ordering but it didn't work when I was there. Service can be a bit slow, but the staff are friendly when they're around.

Airport prices are bad and staff is horrible. At least the food is good and they have beers I like.

We were just told to leave the place. There was 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 kids. We waited 10 minutes for the waiter and when he came and we wanted to order 4 drinks, he only asked: "No food? You cannot stay there if you order only drinks". So we said, we didn't see anywhere stated that we cannot order just drinks." And he said: "That is no money revenue. If you at least ordered some alcohol..." so we said, ok so we can leave and go somewhere else. And he said ok. By the way...we wanted to start with drinks and order some food down the road, but who would wanna stay there with that treatment?

I’m giving this place 2 stars because it’s got a nice view of the runway, it’s relatively quiet, and the meal was decent and came out quickly. I’d say it’s calm, but the service is so frustrating, it’s hard to keep calm. Every time I come here, it’s worse. Our waiter today was a rather nice guy, but that’s not been the case in the past. The QR code for the menu on the tables doesn’t work, and they don’t have physical menus, so the waiters have to tell you everything that’s on the menu. Not ideal in a place where people may not have time to listen to a run down of every menu item. Then, you get the bill - $18 for a burger and chips (they don’t have french fries), $18 for a chicken sandwich and chips, $12 for a glass of cheap wine, $6 for a diet coke. With tax and tip, comes out to nearly$70!! Definitely not worth the price. My last time coming here.

I paid $80 for food that made me horribly sick for a 12 hour journey. As for the service, I was told to use their QR ordering system but it didn’t work. From the looks of it, it hasn’t worked for over a year. Why are they still recommending it then!? The manager also hilariously sat around while the servers took orders, when he clearly could have jumped in to help during a busy time. I could have lived with the service, but I honestly think this place needs to be closed down due to the food. I will be sending an email to the airport.
