A mystical site. It’s open to everyone disregarding your religion. You are provided everything you need to write your letter and read it at the Rebbe’s tomb before tearing it into pieces. It’s a quiet and very personal experience.

I don't belong to the Jewish faith, nor am I spiritual but this place might change your mind! I visited this place with a Jewish friend. I loved seeing people coming in with families and I loved how welcome I felt. You get to write a letter to either ask for blessings on your troubles OR appreciate the things you love in your life. I went with the latter. I think it's a really unique experience. I loved writing the letter and expressing myself. It's a great testament to how a single person, the Rebe could make such a huge difference!

This peaceful place is free. People are courteous. Staff are always optimally maintaining it. Visitors are helpful.. A beautiful individual helped me with writing a letter to Rebbe. Also, they provided free snacks, apples, coffee, water, sandwiches, etc. No one goes without. It was an awesome experience. Thank you staff and visitors alike, for making this an enjoyable and memorable experience.

This place is taken care of very well. I am not really a religious person but I always feel the spirituality of this place especially when I visit the late Rebbes tomb stone. The staff is very well organized and very helpful if you have any questions. They even provide cookies and coffee/tea after a night of prayer. Highly recommend my fellow Jewish brothers and sisters to visit this gem located in Queens.

Always so well taken care of, with people constantly cleaning up after guests. All service is free, from help with the customary religious behavior to the cookies and drinks that are always available. There are also vending machines if you want something more. Headscarves and non-leather slippers available to borrow for going into the burial site. They are funded by donations so it's nice to give something when you go, but not obligatory, as the Ohel is open to all.

It's not just a change of pace, not even just a reminder of reality; it's a holy makeover that lifts me out of my mundanity and inspires me to be me, all over again. It's the replenishment I periodically need. Thank you Rebbe for always being there.

I had an unforgettable experience here. I’ve heard so many stories about the kindness that surrounds this place, and I was fortunate enough to experience it myself. There’s people that come day and night here and there’s always someone to help you in any way you need.

Call it the matrix, הֶסְתֵר פָּנִים, whatever, doesn't matter, for all people of faith there are times when we feel absolutely certain that mystical methods for piercing material reality (and allowing our consciousness to momentarily rest on the "other side") exist. This is one of those rare places on earth where I feel such a portal is permanently accessible. Perhaps if I were more ortho about my practice I could carry those feelings with me wherever I went.

The Rebbe personally cares about every single Jew. During a couple times of the year, there might be a little wait, but most of the year there's plenty of room for you. Even if it's packed, for the Rebbe, there's more than enough space for you.

Powerful place to visit, there's a reason for so many people visit Lubavicher Ohel from all over the world. You simply can't explain this experience with words, you must experience it, in person.

When I walked into the ohel I nearly fell from the heavenly feeling that thre was in the room. My knees were shaking when I looked at the mountain of ripped noted in front of the grave. It felt like I was looking directly at a channel of Hashem, any jew that can should visit the ohel, a truly holy experience

The Lubavitcher Rebbes' is a very spiritual, holy place. It is organized extremely meticulously, especially when people visit on an occasion such a yahrzeit. Security is a top priority.

My mother in law told me to visit this place, and I was severely underwhelmed. This random lady told me to write a letter and rip it up in a pile of other letters. I did so, expressing my deepest feelings to the Rebbi, and when I was finished, she started shouting at me when I told her I didn’t want to put someone else’s crocks on. Don’t even talk to me about parking. I probably drove around for 10 minutes and then settled for a spot like 4 blocks away. The only good thing was the free cookies and coffee. All in all I would highly recommend for those who want to write a letter to the Rebbi and have free coffee.

It was a very good experience. You go in and write down what you want to pray for. Then you go to the grave sight and pray for whatever you want. Then you tear up the paper and throw it into the lot meant for the teared up papers.

As someone who recently lost his Mom, I appreciate the always open and inviting atmosphere around the cemetery. Truth is, every cemetery should be set up with a facility such as this.

Correction, this is not only a orthodox synagogue it would be better defined as the "western wall" of the United States. 24/7 this place is full with people seeking blessings, connection and spirituality. Doors are always open and welcoming. For any questions feel free to ask the guy at the information desk.

Chabad's headquarters at 770 Eastern Parkway is a cornerstone of inspiration and community. As a hub for spiritual growth and learning, this institution embodies warmth, inclusivity, and a deep sense of tradition. The dedication of the staff and leaders in fostering a welcoming environment is truly commendable. The programs and events held here are enriching, educational, and promote unity among diverse communities. My interactions here have always been enlightening and spiritually fulfilling. I highly recommend Chabad's headquarters at 770 Eastern Parkway to anyone seeking meaningful connections and a profound exploration of Jewish heritage and values.
