Will never go back to that family dollar she is racist and tried saying my daugther was stealing some nails and put it in her bag do not reccomend going to that family dollar ever again!!!

Actually deserved less than one star. I gave one star so I can write a review I bought a king size mattress cover. When I got home, I opened it and realized the items was dirty and small size. I returned it the next day and the very rude night manager said she can not refund because it was dirty. How can you sell me a returned item and refused to refund it. This is scam and fraudulent . They had over 10 People waiting to checkout and the Manager was probably sleeping in the office. One of the cashier's had to tell our her name before she came out. They ran out of change. And customer had to wait like 5 minutes to get change. I will not be returning to the store. Plus I'm contacting their corporate office. You can't sell me a dirty ans used item . This is a big corporate fraud.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The worst customer service ever on top of that . There was a price listed clear as day with a picture and sticker attached to the box and the rude senseless manager Faddy refused to change it. I explained that she had to there were several items there and it was in the correct spot. She refused and ignored me. She clearly needs not to be retrained or demoted because she has no clue of what she’s doing and her customer service is terrible

Horrible store employees are soulless and managers are nasty

I was asked to leave my exspensive umbrella at the door. Yes, my umbrella was a little damp. But I had just came out of a Uber going into the store. This store just lost 5 customer's.

Service is horrible. Not because someone was disrespectful but because there weren't any one but 1 cashier for the time I was in the store. So if you needed assistance, who do you ask???

The one on main street they never have change to give customers after we paid for items and then was disrespectful. So now we had to let them keep our change. Not good need workers who will do they job and be respectful.

A Terrible store to go to a waste Tax Payers Dollars and bad for Business. I sat in 30 Degree Temperatures the Night before before Night Fall to To thee Sun's Rising and just Yesterday a Negro wench locked thee Front Door and Demanded that if they could not see into my Bag that they were to call their Police. They did not see me do anything they belong Fired thrown in Prison and Fined by Thee Courtiers of East Orange for Immoral Deeds. Thee White Separatists Store is of much better Quality in meechandise. Hail Thee Real Black Messiah! From under Thee Sun!
