NICOLE is amazing! I started going to her in October 2021. I found her on Instagram and immediately loved her work. What caught my eye is her beautiful work with color because I was looking to go copper for the first time. I brought a picture in and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also suggested the perfect products that brought back moisture and reduced 90% of the frizz due to getting my hair bleached at a previous place. She’s since breached my hair a few times and I haven’t noticed any frizz, dryness, or breakage! Now my copper hair is part of my identity and I don’t see myself going back to my natural hair color any time soon or changing hair stylist. I really love going to this hair salon! The vibe is so welcoming from the moment you walk in and everyone always greets you and makes you feel great!

I have been to plenty of salons, yet none of them compare to The Artists Room. My experience was truly wonderful. The salon is relaxing, and the hair professionals are so kind. My hair stylist was Liv, and I have never had a blowout that has lasted days until this experience. I flip around a lot in my sleep, but somehow I could just get up and go about my day without having to touch it up. I've gotten so many compliments on how voluminous and beautiful my hair looks, and the credit goes all to her! I have curly hair, and with the humidity and rain it never holds the waves, yet this time it did! The only reason I had to wash it out after days was because my hair is always an oil storm, and after explaining this to Liv recommended a routine to help me maintain my hair. Love love this salon and will be returning!

Larissa did an amazing job on my partial highlight! She got me to the color I desired, and gave me an amazing wash and blowout. My hair feels super healthy and full. She explained every product that was put into my hair and its benefits, and explained how different products cost different prices right off the bat. Very professional and very personable! Larissa is an amazing stylist and I cannot wait for my next visit!

I’ve been going to Cassandra at The Artist Room for almost 3 years now and have never left disappointed. She’s great at making recommendations within my style limits and nails the cut and color every time. I honestly have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since she became my stylist and have also never been able to keep it this long either! Would 100% recommend giving Casa a try!!

Everyone at the artists room is so kind and welcoming. Such a wonderful environment. I go to Cynthia, she is so kind and really listens to what you want. She made my dream hair come to life. Made me feel so beautiful. Such a great experience with everything.

Jaime is THE BEST at her craft. She is so passionate and really loves what she does. She listens to what you want, asks questions, and offers her expert advice on the best plan. I’m someone who is “afraid” of change, but I want to try different colors and styles. She always tells me what she’s doing before going ahead with it. I was pretty concerned about damage, as I am a dark brunette with wavy/curly hair. She lightened me up beautifully while keeping the integrity of my hair. I also am very paranoid about my stylists going “scissor happy” and she is so good to me. She never takes too much off, so my hair still feels long, but without the dead ends ;) SHE IS MY HAIR GODDESS !!!! Thank you Jaime ! Not to mention, she is so kind and welcoming along with the rest of the staff. She checks on you and never makes you feel forgotten about. The salon is very clean and chic. I really enjoy coming here and look forward to going back each time!

I had been a happy client for almost a year, but I am disappointed in the salon’s management. I was charged a 50% cancellation fee when I cancelled my appointment over 24 hours in advance due to illness (doctor’s appointment, prescriptions, etc.). The salon did not return my voicemails to notify me of this fee or to discuss it when I realized I had been charged (I would have been happy to reschedule, with the fee applied as a credit or some other alternative). Meanwhile the salon had previously cancelled one of my appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice when my stylist was ill, which I completely understood and appreciated. Services at this salon are high quality and priced accordingly, but in my experience the customer service did not match.

Cynthia is wonderful! I never have to wait upon my arrival. She is waiting for me and greets me so warmly! I get so many compliments on my hair cuts. I feel so comfortable with Cynthia and the venue! Marti Petersen
