I’ve been going to Rosegold for nearly a year. From the moment I was are warmly, greeted by Andrew or one of the other receptionist I felt supported. I was diagnosed with Lupus, Sjogren’s and have struggled with anxiety for years. I go to Rosegold in addition to modalities like therapy to add a layer of treatment that is holistic and not driven by prescription drugs. I would recommend a visit with the Rosegold team to anyone struggling with physical issues, sleep, mental health, etc. They do great work and they actually care about those they treat. I’ve had service with Rosie, Constance and Ivana. Every provider there is knowledgeable and kind. They do a thorough consult before hand so I understood what the treatment focus would be and unlike traditional doctors the goal is not just to push meds. One of the best offerings is Community Acupuncture which is more affordable if you have a budget and insurance doesn’t cover the service. For around $60 you are treated in a a room with maybe 2-3 others. This option offers a little less privacy, but if no one else shows up you get the room all to yourself. Speaking of rooms, I’m an holistic interior designer specializing in the transformative power of spaces to heal. I am often turned off by the look and feel of spaces hosted by “healers” and doctors. Science has shown that people need to first relax and feel safe in order for the body to begin to heal. Rosegold has a beautiful, clean, well appointed space that feels cozy. Just go. You wish you had discovered Rosegold earlier after one visit.

Rosie is an exceptional acupuncturist. I get relief after each visit. The space feels very peaceful and loved. I’ve been back for the Healing room, a breathwork workshop and most recently for a Thai massage. All of the practitioners have specialties and you will leave feeling peaceful!

As a female in law enforcement, I suffer from major aches and pains all over, especially my back, hips and shoulders. - I originally came in for migraines and neurological issues. - My first acupuncture session with Rosie (the owner) was such an amazing experience, -and I left feeling like a different person. - Now I am a regular, and enjoy my massages with Janet, and the healing room with the infrared sauna. -All the staff is so friendly.. Andrew at the front desk is so sweet and always takes great care of me. I found my happy place.

If you're reading this review, than you might be wondering if this is something you want to do, you're doing the legwork to see if this is a place you want to go, a place to spend your money and time. It is. I have lived around Montclair for almost 8 years, and I too was wondering which place was best for me. I have done the legwork, and this place has such wonderful, talented people at the best price point. People are kind, professional, insightful and interested in helping you. I cant recommend Rose Gold Wellness enough. I have a membership (I don't usually have memberships) and they remind me to use it. Try it. I think you'll like it.

Dr. Rosie is a genius. Not only is she a highly skilled acupuncturist, she is a gifted healer. As someone who was always apprehensive about needles, I am shocked that I genuinely look forward to every appointment. I can only describe the feeling of the work as a “current” in my body and my skull (which makes for the best sleeping that night, btw!) that has shifted my health. My focus and anxiety have shifted, and my overall health is getting better all the time. I cannot recommend her enough, or the plethora of other treatments offered at Rose Gold. 10 out of 10, and right in downtown Montclair, in the ivy covered building on S Fullerton. Ample street parking and they have a lot behind the building.

Rose Gold Wellness is a wonderfully healing place. From the moment you walk in, the environment and all the staff are incredibly welcoming. Each of the treatment rooms and the healing room are very comfortable with plush accents. Rosie and Tanvi create a safe, supportive environment during private acupuncture sessions that enables you to heal both physically and emotionally. When I first started seeing Rosie for acupuncture treatments, I was suffering almost daily, and most of the day, from vestibular migraines. Over the course of my treatments with Rosie and Tanvi I learned how my emotions and some past trauma were interconnected with my migraines. Now both the frequency and severity of my migraines has greatly decreased and I only occasionally experience one. I am so grateful for how their treatments have changed my life! I’ve also participated in community acupuncture here and I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure if I’d like being treated in a room with other people. But I actually loved the energy of having other people in the room and I found it easier to get out of my own head to heal. I highly recommend visiting Rose Gold Wellness. Every service I’ve tried - Reiki, massage, Yin yoga, healing room, acupuncture, and some of their special events, like breathwork - has been amazing. I come out of each session feeling extremely relaxed or restored. I’ve never had a bad or even mediocre experience here. Definitely try it!

Best Wellness studio ever. Come here for incredible acupuncture, massage, cupping, dietary counseling, healing workshops/events, Chinese herbal treatment, and infrared sauna sessions! The beautiful space and warm staff make me and my family members feel calm and cared for every visit.

I have been coming to Rose Gold Wellness since October 2022 and have felt drastically better in every way. Rosie and Tanvi take the time to get to know me personally and holistically as a patient and genuinely listen to every complaint I have each week. I’ve seen major improvements in my overall anxiety, panic attacks, digestive issues and stomach pain which have been present most of my life as well as a rash I’ve had on my face for 6+ years (which is now virtually gone!). Acupuncture along with Chinese herbs and at home food and wellness recommendations for each ailment have all helped me immensely in my healing journey and I cannot thank them enough! Additionally, I have so much more energy than I had 8 months ago.
