I lived here for nearly 2 years. Here’s my review: Location: 4 Nearby groceries, mall, park, NJ bus, restaurants, etc. No nearby train station. Heat, Hot water and Electricity: 0 I used to to pay $250 in average for monthly electricity to JCPL while renting apartment here in Baldwin Manor. Not sure if it was only for the apartment I lived in but my friends in other community paid only $20 -$30. I was shocked when I moved to new place and got only $25 for my electricity bill. Security Deposit: 0 I recently moved out from here and I got only $590 out of $2250 from my security deposit though I left this place in best condition. I realized now that the reviews here regarding the SECURITY DEPOSIT is not false. They will find every reason to not refund you your full deposit. You give apple, they will give chia seed in return. Management & Service: 1 You don’t get to interact to with management directly here. They guy in the office is not really good in talking with tenants. They performed an annual inspection where we mentioned about few issues that needed to be fixed and that guy never showed up and ate our $35. Overall: 1 People will surely rent the apartment here since the demand is high. But make this your last option. Find out other apartment if possible.

I would not give them any stars. Unfortunately I had to select one as I wanted to post this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get any apartment here, unless you want to see what Hell looks like. They are all thieves would not give you your security deposit. The maintenance team is the worst. Everything that I am writing is true 100 % truth. I would request you all not to get apartment here

I moved here 2010.Moved out 2022.Personally speaking; l never had a problem with maintenance. Never had a problem with management and didn't have a problem 🙃 with the security deposit

STAY AWAY!! Worst apartment complex bed bugs, roches, mice and rats. Almost 10-15 people living in a one bedroom the lease cleary says 1-2 people for a one bedroom. Not a safe place to live the police are there all the time. Cars and apartments are constantly getting broken into. Outdated and not maintained. Good luck getting the sercuity deposit back.

I'd say this place is about average. The location is decent - nearby a few major highways. However the area is a bit too suburban for my liking. Maintenance is very keen on repairing any issues that you report to their office staff within a day or so, which is a lot better than most places. I believe there are only two washers/dryers per apartment building which is mildly inconvenient; I oftentimes would find myself waiting for other residents to move their laundry loads. I lived on the below-ground level and would find centipedes running around every once in a while, so I would sic my cats on them. When I was in the midst of moving out-of-state, I changed from an annual contract to a month-to-month and as a result got a hefty 20% monthly rent increase.

Most disasters in service.. help less maintenance and full of attitude even they charge decent amount as rents.. not sure how could this apartment passing annual inspection.. i don’t recommend this.. place think before sing

Safe place to live. However, when it comes to tenants needing help with apartment repairs, they push you aside once you pay your rent. Constantly called the office and was left multiple times waiting for maintance. It’s been 2 months and 2 of 5 apartment repairs have been done. Don’t choose these apartments.

Space is great but up keep and maintenance are poor and I'll repair. 6 months no repair or service rendered. Social nepotism by staff. Residents.drive with I'll regards to playing children or other residents. Irregular electriceter readings and billing.(if prior tenant doesn't pay you owe their share) Noisy commercial building s nearbyexterior areas not properly maintained. Faulty electric. Insects in laundry area that find their way into units.

In those where they interview you to work in maintenance, they are very liars, they lack more professionalism since the AND the staff are not qualified to do interviews since they are not even qualified and it is a waste of going to interviews, they waste your time They are very few attentive
