An amazing Italian spot in the heart of Caldwell that is taking the neighborhood by storm! Really great Italian staples made with love! The eggplant stack was fantastic& calaMari was sweet and savory! Now for the pasta ! The spicy vodka with burrata was just PERFECT! & the short rib I could eat all day! Y’all have to che k this place out !!!

Take out was ordered at 4pm for 615. Food showed up at 705. Food was great as always, but look at these sad salad sizes. Chicken parm and veal parm were great portions but the chicken francese was also tiny.

Just wonderful simple authentic Italian cuisine. Their pasta sauce is amazing. My husband who's from Minnesota just couldn't get enough. The service is superb too.

We were a first time customer and boy were we pleased. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and plentiful. The service was friendly and the delivery was right on time. And if good food, great service and a timely delivery didn’t make us want to be repeat customers; the call from them the next day inquiring if everything went well sold us. This is a business owner who truly cares for the customer’s experience. Highly recommend this place.

Here on a few occasions with friends. Excellent Italian food, very nice space and very attentive, friendly wait staff.

Their food is good. Good portions. Usually have left over for a second meal. Pizza is good. Good location. Clean and well kept dinning area though a bit boring. Typical takeout feel to the interior. Delivery service is quick and reliable. Never had any bad experience with delivery though I don't like that they charge a $2.50 delievry fee and also a credit card service fee. Their prices have increased dramatically in just the past 2 or 3 years. Everything on the menu has increased in pricing. A $12 or $13 salad now costs $17. Pretty much every restaurant used the COVID pandemic as an excuse to jack up prices but in my opinion prices have increased to the point that it becomes unaffordable in some instances. Still, the food is very good so I do order but definitely not as much.

Pizza was amazing the service was even better. I'm not from the area. My girlfriend is, this is the first time I've had NY/NJ Pizza live up tot the hype.

I’m upset because this is an Italian restaurant, I ordered a meatball sub which cost $9.50 WITHOUT CHEESE, this is absolutely ridiculous. The food was terrible. They threw the sandwich together, there’s no presentation, there isn’t even a good bread to meatball ratio. The sandwich fell apart, the meatballs were all broken up, and the bread was soggy. I was hungry and I can say for a fact the food was nasty and cold! One thing restaurants must understand is no matter how good the service is I cannot fill my belly on smiles from the servers. The food had no taste, no flavors, just bland ughhh I couldn’t even believe it. Absolutely horrid and the best part of the restaurant is the bathroom! I shall never return.

Food was excellent!! Had the artichoke and the eggplant caprese for appetizers, then the spicy vodka sauce with buratta, sausage and broccoli rabe pasta, and the halibut special. All were amazing. Of course the canoli for dessert. It's BYOB so don't forget your wine and make a reservation! Top notch Italian cuisine!

From many places to choose, I always pick Russillo for pies for my students at our local HS. Prices are reasonable but the service is outstanding. Always on time. Always hot. Excellent pizza choice every time I've ordered from them...

This place has incredible food. The waiter here is very friendly and attentive without being invasive. Nice little backroom that serves well for a private lunch and a counter in the front if you're more into takeout. Definitely coming back here.

My family has been coming here for years and everything that I have ordered has been impeccably made. Fresh ingredients superior seasoning and preparation and great service. My parents eat here almost every week and it is a required stop every time I visit. It is BYOB but that is common with how ABC licenses work around there. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

These guys are literal angels. My husband and I were in the area after landing in Newark around 10:00pm. By the time we were heading home, it was closer to 11:00pm and we hadn't eaten anything for most of the day. We stopped on the off chance they would have something left over for us to grab but figured we were out of luck with it almost being closing. They did not have any slices but they saw I was pregnant and made an entire pie for us even though they were just about closing. THANK YOU!!! They are the sweetest and it was honestly one of the best pies I've had - thank you thank you thank you!! It was the nicest end to a very stressful day :)

Great food. Sad service. Waitress delivered food, checked up on us, then was never seen again. I went looking for her and was told she was busy in the back. Not a great answer. Finally got check and left. If you like great food and don't mind sitting around this place is for you.

Outstanding food the chef and owner all the way down to the wait staff know exactly what they're doing and take great care of you. Visiting from California we have some good Italian food, but I have to say the service and quality of the food here at Russilos is some of the best I've had. So good on the first night we had to come back the next night.
