I have been going to the Wayne Towne Center and the Willowbrook Mall for more than a few decades. The mall never seems complete; as if they are always adding or fixing something. I am not a "mall shopper," but on a walk through I notice there are not many people as there always seemed to be over the years. Less crowding is good for the pedestrian, but I feel bad for the smaller businesses that depend on the foot traffic. The mall is cleaner and brighter than I ever remember. There are some great stores & restaurants around the outside of the Willowbrook Mall; Bahama Breeze, Jared, and DSW which has some great shoes, boots & sparkly sneakers and sequined and colored crystal sandles available right now at fantastic affordable prices, for all the parties and weddings soon to come! I want to do a shoe shopping spree!!!

We went to the Olive Garden, we hadn't been there in awhile . . It was great The food was delicious!! You can't beat the price on this bread sticks are included the sounds included; and, I believe the soup is also, but we didn't have any... Also, our waitress, Destiny, was awesome!! We'll be back soon!!

This Marketplace is certainly busy with shoppers from adjoining Communities shopping at the department stores on daily. There are several businesses in this Marketplace, including Costco and TGI FRIDAY. All of them seem to be doing good business.

I always shopped at Costco and the low prices are great. However, you won't find everything you want. But then again you can supplement your shopping by patronizing Walmart or Shoprite. Its well worth the membership cost.

Better drive in parking than last one.. omg people are nuts, mean and rude. Slow down out there. Give each other a brake once in a while. Traffic inside and out was a pleasure... yayyyy kindness !

Sunday 9/10/23. Employees "coned off" the road in front of Costco to potentially relieve traffic issues due to the heavy rain. Though it caused more congestion than it relieved. Hopefully this won't become a regular occurrence.

A standard selection of Costco warehouse merchandise with the addition of wine and liquor (including Kirkland Signature ones) in the center of the warehouse. The food court menu was expanded this week and currently includes the roast beef sandwich. A Costco gas station is at the front of the shopping center.

New tires. Alignment. After some time I noticed the car shook violently when I needed to slow down rapidly. Second opinion results. Over torqued lug nuts warped the rotor. Toyota calls for 76ft/lbs. These guys had it at 130 to 138ft/lbs. Car is not safe at this point. Only fix is new rotors. Returned for tire rotation and to talk to the manager. The typical speech followed "that could never happen" and I don't know what I was talking about. The guy started to redirect when I showed him a Web result showing warped rotors due to excessive torque and disclosed that I got a second opinion. Classic. As I got the keys I also got the overwhelming feeling we need this guy out of the door ASAP from the front desk. Never had that before. Got home and GUESS WHAT ? Torque wrench showed 130 to 138ft/lbs. Guess I wasn't clear enough. Ps get a second opinion on so called "you should do these repairs ASAP" My second opinion showed most of mine were not needed. Despite Life time service purchased I am strongly considering ending my 20 year account. Hope these information keeps someone from getting into accident or at very least saves someone from doing needless maintenance

What a busy area with plenty of restaurants, food shopping, and a gas station as well as ample parking just a lot of traffic but good part is the have traffic light to help control the traffic.

To be fair not familiar with this place. Only visited DSW and Nordstram Rack. 3 stars for not being a better alternative than Paramus on a Sunday. Should've waited until memorial day

Quiet, clean nice shopping area. Everything is easily accessible via Uber/ Lyft or taxi, or bus and in walking. Prices for hoods and meals vary store to store.

I love shopping here. Besides the outlet mall in Elizabeth. Its the only mall that all the stores are under one roof. There are not a lot of stores but enough to usually find what you need. It's hardly ever crowded

The shopping center at Willowbrook Mall was very good. It feels like Christmas!!!! However the Dave and Busters staff sucks. The waitress really cleaned the floor with the same rag she cleaned the table with right in front of us as if it was a normal thing to do and then got upset because I reported her nasty self....smdh.......

Wayne Towne Center has many more stores than I remember - a large cross section to choose from. Getting in and out can be a little confusing the first time because there are numerous traffic outlets. The Willowbrook mall is clean, well lit, and nice looking mall with a good variety of stores. Food court variety is good too and includes Hagan Daz and Cinnabon YUM.

Ulta Beauty in this location is great. The entire staff is excellent and very helpful with finding what you are looking for or making comparable suggestions ect:)

Very crowded but it seems that they can get people out the door quicker than the location in Clifton which is smaller but much more efficient apparently. Best time to go is early before they open up or at the end of the day. Costco is definitely a gold mine and necessary. And it's great to buy in bulk things that have no shelf life. Especially for a single person like me. The only thing is I don't buy the meats and everything because I'd be throwing 50 to 80% of it out. But I do buy plenty of other articles and try to stock up paste this world goes completely crazy we end up in a war where America could very well be attacked. Because of the demagogues in other countries.is other countries that have no compassion toward human life.

They need to build a walking bridge nicely done so that shoppers can walk above the traffic to the Willowbrook Mall. It will be a major overhall. If done correctly with smart architects. It will be a revenue feeder to both malls of shoppers who are sick and tired of being home for these past 3 years and want to eat out at nice restaurants and/or famoly style restaurants. Also beautify the whole area that looks shabby and rundown with empty stores and outside empty restaurants. Also proper landscaping and drainage for the over flooding. Again a major overhaul to revive the entire area and busines.

Went to J C PENNY'S. I had no idea they have a large selection of Men's Big and Tall. Always good to know , especially since the store I work in does not and customers do ask it.

Great Mall 👍 Just the Traffic Control is out of CONTROL cars driving in the Lot and out are Terrible 👎👎👎👎👎 They need Police all over Because Driver's are Braking the Roads Rules all day & Night I Whitney's about 100 VIOLATIONS a Day when ever I go there.. And almost everytime I go there I almost get into a Car Accident ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ So if you do go there Be Very Careful 🙏🙏🙏 I Actually don't go there anymore I just go to any other Mall where it's SAFE 💯💯💯💯

I like this Costco. I can buy Kirkland liquors here. I like Kirkland. I wish Costco at Stew Leonard Drive sold Kirkland brand liquor so I wouldn't have to go so far to Wayne NJ

Wonderful mall to walk around and look at all the different stores. As we get closer to the holidays look for many bargains and the festive decorations. They look awesome!

Conveniently located shopping well served public transportation. High quality stuff. Next to 80 and 23. High activity provides cover for illegal drug manufacture with noxious gases affecting wide area from Costco store to Route 23 and St Joseph's hospital.
