    I recently visited the Coach Outlet store in Jersey Gardens and was very impressed with the selection of designer bags and accessories at a fraction of the retail price. I found a beautiful leather handbag that was originally $395 on sale for only $99! I also picked up a pair of sunglasses for $25 and a wallet for $15. The items were all in great condition and looked brand new. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be helped, and the cashier processed my purchase quickly. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on designer goods.

    The worst customer service , the worst materials I bought an over coat last march but i did not use it i hanged it in my closet in it’s case which came with it then i bring it out today to wear , i went outside and while bending to put something in my kids stroller i heard the voice of something torn I looked to find that the coat has been torned up in an awful way When i came home i called the customer service to know what they can do they simply told me that the period to return or replace is 30 days and that they are sorry but they can not do any thing for me as they do not have a warranty for their “ready to wear” pieces. I explained several times that it’s my first time to wear and that am storing it in it’s own case hanging it nicely in my closet but i did not get any response The worst experience ever and sure they are just a name but no quality 😡😡😡

    Guess what’s the best business trick Coach did? Opening a Men’s factory right across Coach Women’s. Wonder how many guys got themselves/got gifted a bag or wallet just because the mistress got themselves the ‘she-version’. 😉 The store was very neatly setup and the items were so well-arranged that were easy on the eyes and to move around the aisles. The checkout was smooth and the staff care to check if you got everything you needed. I got myself a nice masculine looking side bag, something that I’ve never carried around before. They have lot of other items such as wallet, shoes, belts and shades which I’ll return to checkout next time I’m at the store.

    Nice selection. Great prices. Lots of items on sale. I had a gift to exchange and the staff was really helpful. Took items and came back with the approximate values so I could decide how to proceed. Staff was really helpful in directing us to items we were looking for. I never had to look for someone to help me, they were well staffed. Exchange was smooth and check out a breeze.

    Sales girls not serious about their job. Laughing and giggling in the floor. I asked for an item, was told no they didn't have that item. Was never suggested an alternative although there were similar bags to the picture I showed. For the girls playing around. You missed a sale because I just went home and ordered something online. Coach gets the sale, but Your (personal)loss. FYI I purchased 2 bags and a wallet.

    Love going to Coach outlets. I can always find some nice bags and accessories to buy the wife. Service is great as staff is friendly and always asking to help. Highly recommend if your looking to buy something nice.

    The store is great with keeping up with what’s being advertised. I had a wonderful experience with one of the women who went to check the back and located a bag that I was looking for after being told it was out of staff by an incompetent employee.

    I looked all over NYC for a purple satchel or clutch for my mom, found it here. Louisa was very helpful she found 2 put them on hold for me. Arrived and they were there, great selection and price. Big, clean, organized store, great customer service, fast checkout, etc. Will be returning. Thank you

    Ok… this is “COACH” outlet but cashier quality is the worst of the worst. Especially “ELI” who worn dragon earrings on December 30th, she has nasty attitude. I don’t know who organized this location but corporate gotta check this location, seriously!

    The manager in the women’s department was extremely unprofessional, rude and provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. This was the second time I have been their and the manager was rude on both occasions. Definitely not what I would expect from a brand like coach. Rest of the store staff helped me out and sorted out the mess the manager put me in.

    I normally wouldn't complain about bad service from a store. BUT this time, I can't let it go. Firstly, I asked they have a new one. A sales person laughed.. I asked her why but she did not answer. However, she confidently asked me to mention her name in the cashier for comission I guessed? Which I stupidly did. Lastly, a very impolite cashier looking at people cynically not a single smile and thank u. Yet, I could hear her joked n laughed with her friend when I was counting my money for payment. Hello Coach, please teach your staff some courtesy lessons. This is the worst store I have been to during my US trip.

    This review is regarding the Coach outlet with the male apparel. I visited this location on May 28th 2022 around 3:30 pm. Upon entry I was not greeted yet two people were standing at the door. The only way I got assistance was when I asked the young wearing the glasses at the door a question. She did assistance me with a item selection. As she was checking for an item for me, I attempted to ask another female associate with curly hair a question. I tired to get the associate attention multiple times but she bluntly ignored me. She looked me in my face and turned to assist another customer who didn't ask for help. I guess she didn't like the fact I was inquiring about Pride apparel. Another nice male associate assistance with my question. He was very nice. I asked the young lady who was assisting me with my item to assistance me with a track pak purchase. She informed me she was was working on the floor, so I had to look for it online. Well I looked online the item was sold out. I was so frustrated.I called a Coach outlet in my state inquiring about my request item this particular associate would not assist me purchasing. The Coach outlet in Alabama assisted and I purchased the item over the phone. This transaction could have happened at the location in NJ. I guess it's true, there is nothing like Southern hospitality.

    They do not want to pick up the phone. I've been calling and I let it ring for a good 8 minutes just in case they are on the other line all I got was a pick up and they hung up twice as I'm writing this review. They are so rude and they don't want to help their customers. SHAME ON YOU COACH OUTLET AT Elizabeth NJ!!!!!
