Nice location, still has the vapor wave color theme. But modern enough to have the self checkout kiosks. In fact, be prepared to use them. No one was at the counter taking orders on a Friday at noon. 2 customers ahead of me used them, so I was concerned. BUT, everyone's food came very fast! They were very easy to use and you have the option to pay cash at the counter if you don't want to use a card. The options for a receipt are text, email or none. My food came quick, hot, fresh, and delicious.

Every single time I’ve ever been to this location they always find one thing or another to screw up and here’s a perfect example, asked for a beef chalupa with no tomato no sour cream and this is what i get. Absolutely disgusting and unappealing. After this I will never be going to Taco Bell again. This should have never left the store.

It is affordable food for drivers. I was able to get 5 layer beef burito for free using the app

Customer service is consistently great. The mature gentleman taking my order was professional, friendly, efficient, and repeated my detailed order back to me to make sure everything was ordered correctly. My food was made to order very quickly and nice and hot and not dry.

Best Taco Bell in the Chicagoland area if you ask me. The staff is so kind and always gets my vegetarian modified orders 100% correct! The food is consistently fresh and there is no other Taco Bell in a 500 mile radius of this Taco Bell on Golf Road which even comes close to the 5 star experience one will get at this Taco Bell. Bonus, it’s open til 3am on a weekday and helps per I have a odd schedule and appreciate it because not all Taco Bell’s are open this late. Go here, Highly Recommended!

I made the mistake last night of coming here to get dinner for my family and i was disappointed. I requested no beans and got beans on our pizzas and they forgot 1 item I didn't even get a receipt. I had to go back bc I haven't eaten All day. The doors were locked at 9:30 I thought they locked at 10. I went back in the packed drive thru and I told them what was wrong. My mystery item forgotten again & the Mexican pizzas did not have the chipotle sauce and sour cream I payed for. That's my last time ordering here. If my order isn't going to be what I want don't make me pay for it.

I ate at Taco Bell and ordered a burrito, but found myself biting into a half-frozen cluster of beans. I cannot even describe the pain my teeth were in after biting into cold, cold ice. They did a horrible job at microwaving their food. Will not be eating here again.

The best Taco bell to go to. Tony gives the best service to all customers. Instructions have been followed in all orders I have placed so far in last 3 years. Keep up the good work guys. Very hard working staff.

My always goto Taco bell close by!! The amigos working at this location are sweet and friendly never had attitude issues or anything with customer service related. my favorite is the chicken burrito with avacado ranch and it’d be lit if you add jalapeños to it 😋!! This place is very clean and nest unlike the ones in Chicago. Not to mention but their bathrooms are crystal clean and well maintained time to time.

The food is amazing. Soft patato taco is there best offering. People should definately try it and ask them to make the patato crispy. You will thank me later 😀

Guy at drive through wasnt familiar with the words "thats it". He asked me if i wanted anything else 3 times, my answer was "thats it" each time. Felt i owed it to him to not put it in "zoomer' for him.

This is hands down the best and most consistent Taco Bell I've visited regularly. The service is great, they hardly ever leave anything out of/mess up the order. I love this Taco Bell!!!

This place is a hit or miss with quantity. One time there was plenty of chicken in the chalupa, and next time there were exactly 4 pieces. I thought they gave me an empty chalupa, but it was just a bad service. It just depends on the day, if you will get proper food or not.

Yes, you get what you pay for however this is one of the "better" Taco Bell Locations. Their food items are "not sloppy" like I've experienced at some Taco Bell's. Great for a late night snack.

This place charged me twice for my order. I called to see what was going on. They hung up on me multiple times without saying anything. Do not use credit or debit here. They will scam you.

I have never wanted to eat off of the floor of any restaurant. But I must say that this Taco Bell was so clean that I think I could have. I ordered that the kiosk, and a couple of minutes later my food came out it was hot it was fresh it was delicious and it fueled me for a day of shopping. The staff at this location was also very friendly which definitely made for a great experience.

If I could have given 0 stars for service I would. My cousins and I were making a late night run, the line was a half hour long and by the time we got to the drive thru order area, the screen said they were closed even though we were an hour + away from closing time. We went to the window and the lady taking our order asked us to get back in line to place our order. After asking multiple times for her to take our order as if she was taking it through the headset she agreed, had us pay and then asked us to wait in the front to give us our food. After waiting for 15 mins and seeing multiple cars that were behind us get their food, we knocked on the door to ask about our food. They asked us to get back in line! We were not happy but got back in line and if it wasn't for the car in front of us providing entertainment and a distraction, that lady would have gotten an earful. Taco Bell, you really need to vet your customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was in the area for a Lego convention and the kids wanted Taco Bell we found this location to visit. The guy who took my drive thru order was very rude.. kept interrupting me while I was trying to order and kept telling me to hold on. When I asked for tacos with only certain items on it he made a “ugh” noise into the speaker and just kept trying to rush me. Didn’t want to give me a receipt at first then once I check my food… guess what?! It was wrong. Managers train your employees!!!! I was hoping for a survey but didn’t see one listed on the receipt, hopefully someone can reply to this review.

The staff here is very friendly and timely. They don't forget the sauce. Check the bottom of the bag

Everyone was very friendly, patient and willing to go above and beyond. The place was super clean and they continued to clean every time someone left a table. Great prices and menu selection. There tacos are always great! They use fresh ingredients, you can taste the difference and really good value too. The food came out quick, hot, and not soggy. Wish I would have caught the name of the staff working at the counter register. He was super friendly to every customer and went out of her way to make sure they had everything they needed. He even held the door for a woman whose hands were full. Excellent customer service!!

Ordering on the app as a Vegan is easier that trying to order from a person at this location. We ordered about 6 options, 1 was made with cheese even though we ordered with without. Wasn't worth the drive back and I didn't feel like calling.

Food is exactly as you expect. Service for dine in was slow, we were waiting like 20ish minutes. But that was okay. Building is also really small.

Went here tonight after months of not having Taco Bell with lots of excitement so my mom and I went together to get our order. We ordered on their screen because the employees at the register ignored us when we got there. And my mom likes her chalupas extra crispy. After placing the order, we called out to the Spanish speaking employees who were making the food multiple times and were ignored for about 3-5 mins. COMPLETELY IGNORED US!! Then after 2 more min of calling them very loudly, someone finally came over and we told him to make the order extra crispy. When we got home, my mom’s chalupas had no color on them and were not extra crispy. And the whole order was cold. AT LEAST IN THE DRIVETHRU YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE. They did cater to other Spanish speakers when we were there. So idk if they pretended not to hear just because they didn’t want to help us or they were generalizing racists or who knows what, but I no longer am I going to this Taco Bell. What a waste. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst part is my mom agreed to go get Taco Bell even though we usually try to save money and she was so disappointed. DO YOU PEOPLE NOT HAVE MOTHERS YOU WANT TO MAKE HAPPY?!? Smh. Never again.

My GF and I attempted to purchase food at this restaurant. We waited for the customers in front of us to finish their order. Only to find out after they got the their drinks. They came back to the cashier to talk about their plans to visit Greece. We waited for the cashier to look up, or even acknowledge us. That did not happen. It was like we were invisible. After several more minutes we left. This store obviously cares more for idle conversation than actually making money. This visit was at 5:25pm on 8-4-22.
