Great experience. Everyone helpful and although I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, the cleaning went well with minimal discomfort. Also, no lectures, which was a refreshing change from my previous dentists. Back on a 6 month schedule now, and appreciate the great service.

My first visit was great. Dr Grandy was very informative and went into detail. My hygienist, Melissa, was great. Went into detail and had a soft hand. They care about their clients and it shows.

Just moved to the area and was referred to Bay Smile Docs by friends. The staff are very friendly and the care excellent. Tiffany, the hygienist, made me feel at ease and was very thorough with the cleaning. The same for Katie and Dr. Metzer. Very friendly and professional. I had visited my former dentist practice since I was a child so very nervous about changing, however, no need. Extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Bay Smile Docs. 😁

These peeps are THE BEST! (And I’m not a fan of dentist trips, nor do I often send a review). However, no matter the need, no matter the time of day, these folks - from reception to the hygienist to the assistant to billing to the dentist - respond timely, professionally, and compassionately.
