ZERO stars if I could. Seems every other time I schedule an appointment here there is some sort of issue. Very confusing if it's your first time here. Still confusing and unpredictable after several visits. I always schedule ahead online. DON'T schedule over phone- it's automated and will mess up your time or name and make it more confusing. 3 times I've scheduled a specific time online, they are in increments of 10 mins, so I expect to wait less than 10 mins when I'm there. Only 1 time have I gotten in flawlessly at my set time. Mostly, the waiting room will be packed full with what I assume are mostly walk-ins. You would assume if you had scheduled ahead, you wouldn't be made to wait in a room full of people who couldn't plan ahead. I was given the option at one of only 2 kiosks in the room to either wait in the waiting room (standing room only) or I could wait in my car and they would text me on my #number I had now provided several times. I waited 20- 25 minutes beyond my appointment time, still NO TEXT message. I struggled to find a number to call to reach an actual person, as there is NO receptionist, just an empty room with kiosks and the occasional lab tech who sticks their head out the door to call the next person. The number on google will send you on an automated loop of unhelpful information. I proceeded back inside, to the still packed waiting room, where there was now a line for the 2 kiosks, and no way to contact anyone. The board with patient info at the front is very confusing trying to decipher which one you are, as there are so many similar initals. I ended up having to leave & re-schedule, yet again. I would avoid this place, especially for Dr. requested labs and find someplace else, as I will now be doing. The only positive I can share is the times I have been able to be seen, the lab techs are all friendly and quick.

If you're just scrolling through and looking at reviews effortlessly I did too and I ignored the bad reviews and thought it wouldn't be bad since I'm just going to get a drug test for my new job. I've had to take a urine sample many time due to birth control but this was the worst experience with it I've ever had. The place is very nice and clean but the people are very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I am very pee shy and couldn't pee on cue and the lady taking care of me was very rude and made me feel terrible making my anxiety really bad. I will not be returning to this place or any other quest diagnostic Facilities. Very upset about how my visit happened. This places staff needs to be under review

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Checked in at 11:10 for my 11:30 appointment. When called back, there was a discrepancy with my lab order and they said I would have to get it faxed over to them. They “paused” my appointment while I called to have it faxed. The fax came through to them at 11:33 and I notified an employee once they finally came to the door. She brought out the lab order and told me to wait to be called again. I waited over an HOUR and had to re-explain my situation to two different employees and STILL no one could tell me what was going on or when I was being seen. I left at 12:37 without getting any of my labs done. The lack of clear communication, compassion, and customer support at this place is absolutely horrendous.

I’m here to say I used to work for quest. They didn’t care about us. They want you to draw quickly. This is not the person who is drawings fault! Thank God someone even wants to work here! We need people who want to work ! The issue is corporate greed! ! They don’t care. Please do not blame or be rude to the employees! I’ve never been to this location. Just wanted to say this. .

I was expecting the WORST from the reviews. It was fine.. lol granted I did wait 10min more than the time I was given. The lady was very nice and quick. Sure I’d rather have not waited 50min but that’s what happens when you’re a “walk in”.

I made my appt online and verified my insurance online as well. The app sent a link for check in when I got there. I drove up, hit the link and was checked in. I sat there for literally 1 minute before I was called back. My phlebotomist, Victoria, was AMAZING. I'm a bad stick and she got me first try, didn't even feel the stick and got all the vials in one poke. This is really great for my awful veins. 😜 I'll be going back for my next bloodwork. Thank you all for a great experience!

It would be 0 if possible. Rudest employees ever. They take and scan your DL and Insurance Card. Just to tell you an hour later your not checked in then start calling in people they just checked in. When you ask whats going on, they look around at each other like a bunch of IDIOTS then slam the door in your face

Had made an appointment days before. Checked in on time, didnt have much of a wait and when the tech brought me back, not only did she tell me they cant give me a nasal Covid test, due to the fact that they didnt have the swabs, and have been out for a while, but that their normal 24-48hr turn around time has changed to 5-7 days. The tech also seemed very uninformed overall about anything I asked. Husband got an appointment at another Quest location same day, later time, got in right away, got his test and he was told to expect results in 24-48hrs. Even they seemed surprised when he told them about my experience. Worst experience of my life.

I was a walk in. With 1 walk-in in front of me 3 hours later we are both sitting here, that say we half to appointments first. Don't allow walk-ins if you can get to them.after 3 hours there are now 6 walking on the board.

I don't appreciate coming to take a lab/urine test, then wait 2 to 3 weeks to be told the physician canceled it. How can you CANCEL/DELETE results?? I've waited for nothing and highly disappointed with this business.

I had an appointment at 9:45 today. They lady who did my blood draw was horrible. To start off she had an attitude problem. She asked the coworker next to her a question and the coworker gave her an answer without an issue and the lady was about to flip her off behind the wall, but then she saw me watching. She checked for a vein then put gloved on. Then She cut a hole in her pointer finger glove so her finger would not be in the glove and felt my vein again. Which is a huge break in infection control. What is the point of the glove then. Then she put the needle in my arm, after feeling my arm with her UNGLOVED finger without even wipping my arm off once with alcohol wipe. So my arm was never cleaned off before inserting the needle at any point. Then after her taking 6 vials of blood I got light headed. I didn't pass out just sat there with my head back and eyes closed. My husband was there with me and he said she was rolling her eyes at me being light headed. I was there the day before and didn't have an issue with any of the staff, they were all great. But the lady today was absolutely horrible. I can deal with the attitude but breaking infection control when you are dealing with inserting a needle in someone's arm is a different story.

This place rocks! I made my appointment about 8:30 for 9:50. Was called back a couple of minutes early! I’m a difficult stick but this woman got me first time! Quest makes everything so easy. I will be back!

I went here on a Saturday with an appointment, didn't wait very long and staff is extremely friendly! Sondra drew my labs and was quick, efficient, and painless!

Fast, friendly, and professional ... The technicians have never caused me pain while drawing blood. With web registration and text confirmation, checking in is a breeze. The location to which I go is close to my home, which is especially convenient if I have to fast for my labs.

0 stars!! In short, Quest Diagnostics is terrible. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TESTS TO GO HERE! They will inform you that they accept payments, cash your payments, and then still send you to collections with no communications and no assistance on the matter. Quest cashed my payment 10/12, then sent my account to collections just 8 days later. It is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME that patients just know to contact them to set a plan up (even though they already cashed my check, so things looked completely fine on my end and there was no reason to call). If it is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME I knew I was required to contact them, why is it not acceptable for me to have ASSUMED they had me on a payment plan since they had cashed my check? It is completely unacceptable that they double cross patients and someone needs held accountable

Not a fan. I took my drug test on 9/12 for a position offered to me and I was told 24/72 hours. It took 8 days to get results back and they tried to tell me they couldn't reach me. No one tried

This place gives me an uneasy feeling. Staff calls your name with gloves already on. This means you really have no idea if they switched out gloves in between clients. Additionally, the check-in process is fully self-service with no option to check-in with a person. You feel like just a number here.
