I stopped in for some pipe tobacco and was amazed at the selection of cigars. I eneded up buying my tobacco and after being welcomed to sit with a bunch of guys sitting down smoking cigars, I went back in a bought a fat stogey and sat around for 20 min. The guys are friendly and the owner and employee were very cool. Ill be going back very soon. Great place!

Awesome cigar shop. I am not the most well versed in cigars and the lady who runs it knows her stuff. She's very willing to help you if needed. The selection is huge and they also have a baller section of smokes, I couldn't imagine spending$80 on 1 cigar... not yet anyways. If you want to feel like a high roller the is a back lounge with personal seating, couches, poker table, a bunch of TV's and big projector. It's only $5 a day or $50 per month.

We always come here when we are in North County. They have a wide variety of cigars. There is an outdoor seating area with televisions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My husband can always find his favorite cigars here.

Good selection, great lounge. I was at the grand opening years ago, I've seen Carlos Fuente here, and everytime I'm in town, I stop by and pick up cigars here. Solid selection of cigars and a fantastic lounge area.

I just moved here and found one of the best cigar shops I’ve ever been to. The staff is super knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent with Josh and Ivan. They have one in Tampa FL that I look forward to visiting also. They truly have it perfected and left no stone unturned.

Best cigar lounge in Southern California in my opinion! This place has excellent selection, cigars have always been in great shape. They also recently redesigned and renovated the entire lounge quarters, it's even better now. Very comfortable, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

This is only my second stop at this place and I have to say that I'm impressed. Now I'm not a connoisseur of cigars by any stretch of the imagination, so I can't tell you anything about the relative quality of their selection, but I can tell you that they have a big one. I can also tell you that the staff is super friendly and helpful and that I have been more then happy with the recommendations that they've given me. More importantly, both of the staff members that are on duty during my visits took their time to ask what I was looking for help me to figure out the best cigars to fit my taste. On a side note that may not be helpful for everyone, I found that this is a great place to relax and get some studying done. When I went the last time, I sat outside by their very pretty koi pond and found the experience to be excellent. I highly recommend this store.

WOW! I have been to shops and lounges across country and have NEVER come across a place like this. This is a combination of incredible selection, incredible service, and and incredible lounge. Some will say "I can get sticks cheaper online". True, but you can get everything cheaper online. For the mecca of cigars this place is, they don't gouge on prices; they're fairly reasonable. I met seven regulars during my visit buying and smoking at Lord Puffers, and they were all amazing. I even exchanged phone numbers with one. Incredible people and incredible experience.

Was not greeted when I walked in. The person at the counter was having a personal conversation with someone, which is ok, but a quick welcome would have been a big deal. I’m trying to get into pipe smoking, so it’s important to me to be able to ask questions. Could not do so here without being made to feel like I was interrupting. If I can’t comfortably ask questions, everything else about this place is irrelevant.

Great atmosphere; perfect for work during the daytime or hanging out with the buddies in the evening. They are really knowledgeable and will give great reccomendations to newbies like myself. Very helpful and welcoming. Definitley the only shop I go to in San Diego. JJ is the best person to chat with. Highly reccomend

Great spot to enjoy a cigar from a vast variety of cigars. First time here was an hour prior to closing so it was pretty lonesome definitely planning on coming back to try different cigars. Great outdoor space.

Went in today on our way to a party and asked for a suggestion. I was extremely impressed with both the courtesy and knowledge of the staff. The atmosphere was top-notch, and the selection was the best I have seen in San Diego. There is a lounge area to enjoy your purchase and coffee available to give a full experience. We will be back often to partake in the atmosphere and wares. This is a really unique experience in San Diego. You don't often get such a curated and unique experience.
