This
is
my
the
fourth
time
had
service
with
them
.
I
would
like
to
say
Jimmy
and
their
team
never
made
me
disappoint
.
This
time
I
had
broken
my
car
by
my
own
.
The
broken
parts
include
hook
,
bumper,
left
side
lamp
,
and
side
cover
.
They
were
damaged
and
shpe
changed.
For
insurance,
I
only
have
liability,
so
I
had
to
pay
everything
in
my
pocket.
It
happened
during
two
holidays
,
so
there
no
car
rental
place
could
offer
me
a
good
deal
.
After
I
told
my
situation,
Jimmy
was
really
thoughtful.
He
offered
me
a
best
deal
for
a
car
rental
with
a
SUV
that
it
contain
over
6
pices
luggages
to
pick
up
my
parents
from
airport
.
(I
was
concerning
about
the
car
size
beginning.
)
In
order
to
save
money,
at
first
we
decided
to
only
do
the
most
basic
color
of
the
car
body,
skip
the
color
transition,
and
there
would
be
a
little
color
difference
look
in
the
car
body.
Jimmy
also
noticed
me
this
at
the
beginning.
However,
when
I
finally
picked
up
the
car,
it
still
showed
me
an
unexpected
surprise.
They
still
made
the
color
transition
for
me
without
extra
charge,
so
the
color

whole
car
body
was
perfect.
When
I
finally
picked
up
the
car,

saw
that
Jimmy
had

drive

I
think

termination
for

both
new
and
old
customers.
I
had
oil
change
and
car
maintenance
with
Longo
Toyota
since
I
bought
my
car
with
them
.
But
their
services
were
getting
worse
than
worse
,
and
charged
replacement
more
and
more
.
No
more
showed
you
what's
wrong
with
parts
need
to
replacement
when
you
request
,
just
asked
to
pay.
I
was
totally
done
with
longo
.
Since
then
I
had
oil
change
place
with
Jimmy's
team
.
They
did
charge
one
time
oil
change
for
10,000
miles,
then
free
check
after
5000
miles
for
full
service
.
One
thing
I
would
like
share
here
,
that
is
last
year
when
I
ran
over
a
seemingly
cone
shaped
highway
maintenance
warning
staff
in
the
middle
of
the
freeway
at
night.
As
a
result,
I
had
to
stop
and
check
the
bottom
of
my
car.
When
I
didn't
know
what
to
do,
I
called
Jimmy
and
asked
him
.
When
I
was
sure
the
car
would
run,
jummy
instructed
me
to
turn
on
the
flash
lights
and
drive
slowly
to
get
off
freeway
,
then
safe
to
home
.
(
this
was
my
first
time
happened
on
freeway)The
next
day,
I
drove
to
his
auto
place
to
check
if
I
had
run
into
any
other
parts.
His
worker
checked
for
me
and
found
nothing
serious.
They
just
scraped
off
the
bottom
of
the
baffle
and
lost
a
screw.
His
workers
helped
me
set
it
up
and
told
me
it
was
time
to
go.
I
also
asked
if
there
is
any
charge?
They
told
me
it
was
free.
I
wanted
to
tip
the
workers,
and
they
refused.
I
was
really
surprised
and
happy
to
meet
Jimmy
and
his
team
.
It's
worth
to
recommend.
