This
place
is
an
absolute
joke.
They
do
not
have
a
centralized
administration
staff
so
they
have
absolutely
no
way
to
communicate
effectively
as
the
median
between
the
providers
and
the
patients.
They
have
you
meet
with
a
Doctor
once
or
twice
and
then
pass
you
off
to
some
lazy
Nurse
Practitioner
sitting
on
her
couch
in
her
pajamas.
They
will
ask
you
a
couple
questions
and
then
bill
your
insurance
$100
for
a
thirty
minute
session
that
lasts
all
of
ten
minutes
on
a
good
day.
On
several
occasions
I
had
to
ask
them
to
ask
me
the
relevant
medical
questions
to
analyze
the
effects
of
my
medication.
It's
simply
unacceptable
to
run
any
practice
this
way,
let
alone
one
where
you're
dealing
with
the
practice
of
psychiatry.
They
also
refuse
to
reach
out
to
your
providers
over
the
phone
in
emergencies
caused
by
their
own
negligence.
They
will
only
send
"text
messages"
and
"emails"
and
turn
around
and
tell
you
that
your
provider
doesn't
have
time
to
get
back
to
you.
I
gave
them
four
weeks
notice
that
I
was
traveling
abroad
and
needed
a
two
month
supply
so
that
I
didn't
experience
interruptions
to
my
medications
on
my
trip.
Despite
numerous
calls
to
the
administrative
staff
and
attempts
to
reach
my
provider,
they
refused
to
contact
my
provider
and
pharmacy
and
left
me
without
my
prescriptions.
However,
you
won't
even
need
special
circumstance
like
this
for
them
to
drop
the
ball.
I
have
to
jump
through
several
hoops
to
get
my
refills
sent
in
every
single
month,
and
they
do
not
care
how
many
days
lapse
between
your
refill
date
and
the
time
you
are
fully
out
of
your
medication.
If
you
have
a
$15
copay
balance
left
even
a
day
after
your
appointment
though,
they
won't
hesitate
to
send
you
threatening
emails
and
several
aggressive
phone
calls.
They
have
all
the
time
and
resources
in
the
world
to
hound
you
over
that.
Avoid
at
all
costs
and
save
yourself
more
trouble
than
you're
already
probably
experiencing.
