This place is amazing! I’ve been a regular customer for at least 6 months and can say only positive things. Starlin is a wonderful aesthetician. My skin is very sensitive with rosacea flare ups. We got significant improvements with facials and at home skin care routine that Starlin recommended. Moreover, she does my eyebrows like no one else! And I didn’t die from Brazilian 😂 She made me feel comfortable, suggested at home prep. It’s not a scary process anymore and I’m super happy with results. Cactus & Oak Spa is a hidden gem in our little desert town of Yucca Valley! Such a warm and inviting atmosphere, not to mention, the best place to get spoiled and get some R&R. Starlin is my facialist; she is kind, calming, professional, and skilled at performing her art as an esthetician. I highly recommend her and Cactus & Oak Spa for your wellness needs.

Went here for my first ever facial. I did the Mothers Day Special, which was amazing! Starlin is wonderful and so kind! I can't wait to come back!!

I will apologize in advance for the wordy review but I simply cannot give enough stars and love for Cactus and Oak Spa!!! I had originally sought a local esthetician that had the most natural products possible with a natural healthy mindset. In a small town like Yucca Valley, I thought it might be hard - and then to my surprise I found Morgan, the owner of Cactus and Oak Spa. I’m a 50 year old woman (well 49 when I found Cactus and Oak) who NEVER took care of her skin. (Like one time, I bought a bottle of proactiv 🤣 … that bad.) I have worshipped the sun, didn’t wear facial sunscreen, rarely washed my face before bed. (Don't wear much makeup, didn’t think it mattered) Didn’t care. Big mistake. My first two appointments were with Morgan. Id never had a facial before - and instantly fell in love with her!! But it was more about that for me - I needed to feel safe in that space as well as know that the products being put on my skin were safe as well. Morgan was absolutely magical, my facials were fantastic. She explained everything to me in great detail and by the time I left I truly felt like a new woman with a relaxed, renewed feeling like I’d never felt. I really enjoyed the Reiki sessions which I had also never done before. Morgan has a wonderful gift! ⭐️ When Morgan left to go on maternity leave I was bummed because I had just found HER and really wanted to continue my new self care journey! While she was out - she assured us that Starlin would be taking care of us in the meantime. I was hesitant, but booked my next appointment with Starlin. I have been seeing Starlin for months now - and I don’t even know where to start with her. Starlin is such a fabulous, knowledgeable, gentle caring soul - she has been top notch from day one. Every appointment with her is a dream - I look forward to it so much. My skin quality has improved so tremendously I want to scream from the rooftops. My pores are smaller, WAY less hyper pigmentation, fine lines reduced, overall quality of skin is SO improved, softer, more hydrated, shall I go on?? Not to mention the relaxation and comfort I feel while I’m there. My dream was always to FEEL beautiful without “coverup” and now I am there. 🙏 Now, my manly man husband is going (I insisted he give it a try) and he did and loved it too. He can’t wait to go again!! Skin care IS self care - I do regret never doing it but now that (WE) are doing it we’ll never NOT do it. I highly recommend Cactus and Oak Spa in case that isn’t obvious already!! Wow! What a wonderful find. I had to go to labcorp in Yucca Valley, and wanted a little pick me up too. I looked at several esthetician spots in Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Yucca. This spot has an opening first of all, and the pricing was within my budget. Also from the looks of their website I loved the vibe. I opted for the hidden gem facial and a hydra-dermabrasion. No regrets and I will be going back soon!!

Morgan at Cactus and Oak Spa is INCREDIBLE. She has so many services to offer and she is so professional. Her facials are so relaxing and literally makes my skin glow. She does a phenomenal job waxing as well. She’s been doing this for like 20 years and she has SO much knowledge about skincare. She also sells a skincare line I had never heard of before and it’s the best products I’ve used on my skin. I can’t rave enough about her. I go to her twice a month for facials and waxing and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. My skin is almost 100 % clearer and I am someone that has suffered with severe cystic acne. I have been to several places in the Morongo Basin for waxing and I just got used to leaving with at least 40 % of my hair still there. This never happens with Morgan she gets every last hair and leaves my skin glowing. Y’all need to check her out ASAP.

I love the Cactus and Oak Spa! This was my first time here and we are so blessed to have this spa in our area. Morgan was professional with a great personality and sense of humor and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be going back. This is a great place to treat yourself or maybe a friend- you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love Morgan! She makes the environment so welcoming & peaceful. I’ve purchased a facial and was blown away by the results. I also get my eyebrows waxed regularly and have never been disappointed. I’ve been to many places for the right kind of waxing services and have always left either in pain or redness, but this has never happened with Morgan. I’m going to miss this place when I move back to the east coast!

Our community is very blessed to have Morgan! She is so kind and such a gentle soul. The moment you walk into Cactus & Oak Spa you feel so welcome and at peace. I’ve had the pleasure of having 4 facials and getting ready for my 5th. I’m 62 and have had other facials in the past out of the area and their is no comparison to Morgan’s services. She is gifted, highly intuitive and has magical hands! I leave there so refreshed and peaceful. My daughters have now started there skin care with Morgan and feel the same. Self care is so important and especially during these stressful times. Don’t wait, book an appointment, you’ll be so happy you did!

I had such an awesome fall facial by Morgan! It felt soo good to have a self-care moment. Its rare to have those moments but she made me feel so relaxed and zen. When you step inside you are surrounded by beautiful decor and desert vibes inside the Cactus Oak Spa. I can't wait to book another appointment. Especially great for gifting friends or family for the holidays!

I absolutely love going to this spa - it's bright and airy and Starlin + Morgan are skin wizards. My spray tan is perfection every time and my skin always carries a lasting glow after any service. Highly recommend.

First time visiting. I’m used to sugar waxing but their type of waxing is good too. Starlin was very professional and we kept a good conversation flow throughout my Brazilian/under arm/eyebrows wax. I recommend highly & I’ll return.

Morgan is amazing! I came into town for stagecoach and didn’t want to be pasty ☺️ Morgan was flexible with her schedule to fit me in with my limited timeline, she made me feel super comfortable and gave me an amazing glow!
