This is my go to place and a place I always recommend but this time the gal seemed a little annoyed since I walked through the door. I had asked her for a clean up and she asked if I would like the same shape and all. I did tell her that I did want that. She kept handing me a mirror every time she did a section and in the end I asked her if she could take a portion off since it didn't look done and to repeat on the other side. She did one side and said would u like aloe Vera. I reminded her again that I wanted the other side done as well so they can match since they looked drastically different. She stopped took it off and said aloe Vera again. I sensed she just wanted to be done with me so I simply said yes please. She said ok you're done and I walked to the register. The whole time she didn't say a word other than tap card here and that was the end of the conversation. I wasn't happy with my brows but I didn't hate them. I just think patience goes a long way especially in customer service since I've worked in it for years as well as managed it. I still tipped her because she obviously did do somewhat my brows but did not really seem happy to be working today. Which honestly kind of shocked me since the gals are usually such a blast and super kind.

Absolutely horrible. My first time wasn’t memorable and I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t mention that there is a $1 fee when paying with card. Yet, I gave this place another shot. 2nd time was painful. I had a young girl with dark skin and a black face mask do my eyebrows. I regret not going with my gut because sure enough, she cut my skin. I can tell she is new to this because she did my eyebrows with so much pressure and wasn’t gentle at all. Horrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Train your employees to do better.

I absolutely love getting my eyebrows threaded by Suri! She always knows how to fix them or give me a great look. It’s super fast and excellent service

Suri was amazing! She shaped my brows and made them look beautiful and was so nice and easy to talk to! Definitely will be coming again :)

They were very nice but cut me very bad an didn't properly do my eyebrows even my girlfriend said something about it.

I had a great experience here and she did a very good job, as always.
