I am a first time patient of Dr. Shay and I am truly impressed with the quality of service they provided for me. I called prior to attending my appointment and the wonderful lady who assisted me helped my with all my insurance questions and helped me with my appointment. Then when I arrived I everyone was so courteous and kind I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Once I met Dr. Shay he was so courteous and explained everything to me. He was honest and willing to help me with all of my questions. My teeth cleaning went smoothly and I was in no pain. Maria his assistant was equally awesome and so helpful. Where do I start? My mom was in severe pain; she has anxiety, when it came to the dentist. But, Dr. Ma at Dr. Shay's Dental Office was exceptionally patient and attentive. His caring demeanor and willingness to take the time to address my mom’s needs made her feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, Dr. Ma, and the entire staff for treating my mom like family. Dr. Shay has really restored my faith in dentistry! My smile has never been the greatest and I gave up all hope in ever having that perfect smile.
