I’ve been dedicated to this salon for years. Love all the sweet staff, and have enjoyed watching the remodel happen. All brand-new equipment! Updated gel colors and so many to choose from. Prices are very fair and cheaper compared to others in the area.

Love the ladies at this salon. Very reasonable prices, fast and efficient and allow me to come in for a redo paint touch up for something as little as a chipped nail. I have gone to every place all throughout Santa Monica but this is always the place I found to be the best. They have a new product for gel manicures which is an easy dipping powder versus using electric light. It's way better for your health too. I highly recommend. Great colors and lots of OPI and Essey

The women made me do my own manicure: they literally gave me a towel and said to take off my nail polish myself. I also made an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes until they’re done

I recently visited Laura's nail salon for a gel manicure, and I have to say I was highly disappointed with the experience. The staff seemed nice and welcoming, and my nail technician looked like she knew what she was doing. I paid an extra $5 to use a "builder gel 5 in 1"instead of a regular base coat, and I was told it would help my gel last longer. In total, I paid $45 for a gel manicure, including a tip, but unfortunately, the gel didn't last at all. I had to ask for corrections, but even after that, the job was still far from satisfactory; I came back here after a few days because one of the nails was chipping off, they fixed it, but the gel still came out of place after one day (!) Overall, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and I won't be coming back.

Laura's nails has been a staple in my life in Cali for over 10 years. Quality service and quality nails ... consider this the "Cheers" of nail salons. I may be dating myself with that reference but IYKYK.

Worst experience ever in a nail salon! Don’t waste your money there. I went 3 times to this place, this time I asked the lady not to polish my nails and she didn’t want. I insisted telling her I went to the salon one week ago and my nails were getting fragile so I didn’t want her to polish them and just wanted the nail color. She was being mean and sarcastic and finally accepted. Then she asked me to pay, I did pay and left no tip as I didn’t liked the way she asked me that. They did my nail color (hands and feet). There is one lady that is always mean in this salon and it was this one doing my nails. She is gossiping everytime and we can guess what they are talking about, it feels very uncomfortable for the clients. The salon is supposed to close at 7pm and they told me to leave at 6.20pm, I was the only client left in the salon. My hands and feet color were not dry yet so they gave me plastic shoes and told me to leave like that… Also the lady messed up when she put the shoe on my feet, my color left and she fixed it very quickly and it looked bad now when I went back home. For the price I paid : 39 dollars I want perfect nails and service, this is not the case. Never again!!
