88 has been my home for several years. The amenities such as the gym and resort like pool are superb. There’s also a gaming and karaoke room and two dog parks. Being pet friendly is one of the main reasons we continue to stay at 88 Alhambra. The staff here is absolutely awesome. Very friendly and attentive crew if you ever need maintenance. Their cleaning crew even keeps the surrounding areas of the community dog poop free. They truly are heroes. It’s so convenient to just walk over to Sprouts for groceries. Not to mention all the good eats within walking distance on Main Street. This community is such an ideal living situation I wish this could be my forever home.

We love living at 88 Apartments. We’ve been here since August 2023. They just threw a fall party and it was fabulous with lots of pumpkins for kids/adults to decorate, caramel for the apples, popcorn, and a hired company with a delicious taco spread. I had my face painted as well 😂 and got to know some of my neighbors. This resort-like place is just lovely and so are the people that work there!

This is one of the best places to live- resort style. Manager, Angela and her team are amazing! She and her staff know me by name. Angela does a great job of building community within the complex. There are themed events for free throughout the year. Today, there was an event for October with face painting, cartoonist, food, pumpkin carving, drinks, etc. she and her front office and maintenance staff were there to mingle with residents and ensure we all had a great time. Aside from events, the complex is clean, safe, quiet, modern and walking distance to just about everything. I love the open floor plan concept and high ceilings which makes the space look bigger. I appreciate the security at night who is there to patrol the space and address any issues. The pool is not your normal size and really feels like a resort with palm trees. The gym has all the equipment one needs to workout. There are spaces throughout the complex to chill and relax. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to live!

I have been here about 6 months now and I can say it is a very nice place. The people that work the leasing office are very nice and accommodating and any issues I have had were fixed quickly. You can find a cheaper place but you won't find a place with all the amenities and being conveniently located in the middle of downtown Alhambra.

The Customer Service Rep is very attentive and speaks more than one languages. I appreciate her showing me inside the apartment, even though it's close to their closing hour and I did not have appointment. She's very resourceful about few options to get approve to lease the apartment. I am grateful and enjoy her, Cindy, being my go to person when I get approve for the one bedroom or two bedroom apartment.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service at this location. Cindy was very helpful and patient with answering all my questions, and she took me on a thorough tour of the apartment even though I didn't have an appointment made in advance. The apartment was spacious and well kept, and I liked how comfortable the atmosphere was. I'm definitely considering 88 as my future home.

A wonderful place to stay in ! Stuff here is so nice and they are always ready to help you. Best location in Alhambra DT, convenient access to various restaurants and supermarkets. I would strongly recommend new residents to join this wonderful apartment.

Cindy is absolutely fabulous!!!!! She is great with my daughter and so personable. She works hard and makes the process of living at 88 such a great experience! The amenities make these apartments feel like living in a resort.

I am a regular resident and have lived here for 3 years. I am very grateful to Cindy for taking good care of the residents and being very serious about her work. She has a good service attitude and is friendly and cordial. I have many good memories here. . .
