I purchased a living room table with a lift from Living Spaces and at the time was convinced into adding the 5-year extended warranty with ample promises regarding its robust coverage. Fast forward, a few years later and now the lifting mechanism is going out and Living Spaces has denied my claim because I notified them within 31 days of the issue rather than 30 despite having years of warranty left in my plan! What a joke, what is the point of a 5 year warranty? In the future I will gladly look to Ashley furniture, La-z-boy, or At Home for my furniture needs.

I wrote this review about my purchase of a reclining living room set and experience on the living room website and instead of reaching out to me, they deleted it from their website. I received a email asking me to re-write my review. And remember do not trust the staff at this location. The finish isn’t that good. Some of the items don’t line up well. Also, they used different types of leather. Colors are not matching. The main reason I’m giving this one star is the company itself is deceptive and couldn’t care less if you are pleased with their products or service. I purchased two living room sets, I had a problem with the first delivery date and because the sales person said I had 24 hours to cancel or postpone delivery I called customer service and aside from them not having a personality I was told I could decline delivery and have to pay a fee to have it delivered or I could cancel my order altogether and pay a restocking fee even though I never took possession of it. I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of shopping at another place so I made arrangements to go ahead with the delivery. My second set was set to ship in two dates due to supply shortages. I got the first 3 pieces of 5 without a problem and a couple of days later I received a email that it would take another 8 weeks, not at all what I was promised and assured. I specifically asked the salesperson what will happen if the other two pieces are not delivered in two weeks as promised? He assured me that we would get it and that he spoke to his district manager about the product and it was set guaranteed to be delivered on time. Again I spoke with customer service on multiple occasions trying to see if I could get some to help and was always told that I need to either wait or return the products for a refund and lose out on the restocking fee. Be careful on your purchase. Don’t do split shipments and make sure you are available for your delivery day. And if the salesman promises you something, don’t believe them. These guys are worse than the stereotypical used car salesmen. Good luck if you decide to purchase here.

George my sales Rep was professional and well spoken. Very knowledgeable of the furniture that I was buying, pointed all the features on the sofas. Recommended the extended warranty and pointed all the items that are cover on the warranty. In and out of the store because of his prompt service. Keep up the great work and professional service, for this reason you made my purchase easy at Living Spaces. The Del Real Family.

Employees are very patient, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. I have hearing problems and require repetition quite a lot. No problems with any of the staff. All employees who helped me were top of the line professionals. It is a great pleasure to do business with a company that truly values their customers.

I got trouble with my sofa order because it’s oversized for delivery. I went to the store and wanted to exchange. Supervisor Sina and staff Zoe really helped me through the whole exchange process. Very nice and friendly team and good quality staff training. Appreciate it!

As usual the reps were courteous and informative. We were helped by Nina. In general our purchases are a good value. Minus one star for one guy who brushed us off when we specified the item were wanted to buy that was placed out reach. Everyone else, though, was nice.

I’ve shopped at a Living Spaces several times. Actually it’s my preferred furniture store. The service has always been impeccable. The merchandise is made of good quality especially for the price. Easy payment plans.

It was very Hard giving them 1 star! Staff here very carismatic just so people make that purchase. I bought a $1000.00 sofa and 3 months later it was discolored, started to chip/peel and foam wore out in a very noticeable way. I paid hundreds for extended warranty but after trying to cantact store i was ignored and guided me to a call center somewhere in the other side of the world and issue has not been resolved after 7 months. By now I think I trew my money away!!! Sad to think a store like this can do such thing to a customer.
