I needed a root canal and was able to get an appointment before my business trip. Dr. David Li was very informative, gentle, and patience when injecting me with the Novocain. I was a little anxious and he calm my nerves. Also Soco, the dental assistant was good too. They also explained my projected expenses so no surprise when I get the actual bill. I highly recommend the Ivy Institute.

I went in for a root canal consultation and Dr Lim saw I needed an emergency procedure to clean out the infected tooth. They stayed open past their regular office hours to take care of me. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

I was referred to the Ivy Institute by my dentist for a slightly complicated root canal service to the back molar. I was so nervous going in because of my past experience years ago with another dentist. I remember I was in pain, it was so uncomfortable and a very long procedure to endure. I put off for as long as I could for this one but this tooth really needed treatment. New to the Ivy Institute, I was cared for by Dr Lim and his assistant who were both wonderful. Dr Lim had great mannerism, communicated with me and reassured me from start to end and made the whole procedure very comfortable. I was not in pain at all and the whole process was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Dr Lim not only for the over all great experience but his work is exceptional. Thank you!

I've seen Dr. Lee twice now. The first was for a root canal and the second was for a consult. He and his practice are very thoughtful during the process and help you to not freak out about the procedure. He's very helpful and importantly, very gentle

Who likes to have dental work done? I sure don't. But I've had pain on my gums that ended up being a cyst. Dr. Li did an amazing job taking it out with minimal pain. He has great bedside manner and explains everything to you. After a couple of years after surgery, I ended up developing another cyst. Well unfortunately for me, I am going to have to lose that tooth, but with Dr Li's help and his other Dr's in the office, I will be able to get a dental implant after extraction. This office has AWESOME staff!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend going to The Ivy Institute for extractions and implants. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My daughter was in a lot of pain and needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Lee and staff went out of their way to make sure to see her and perform the procedure that same day. Dr Lee was funny, calming, professional and made sure she felt absolutely no pain. She woke up the next morning so happy and relieved. It is so heartwarming to see a professional with so much heart and care. I recommend one hundred percent!

Dr. Oo and her assistant were wonderful. The Dr. explained everything thoroughly before the procedure and the receptionists, Eva and Caitlyn, updated me on any earlier openings when there were cancelations, which I really appreciated. I have pretty high anxiety before any dental procedures, but it was painless and I was falling asleep.
