DO NOT apply for any properties with Cochrane. MOST unprofessional experience ever. You just apply for properties there and never hear back from them, not even to say your application has not been approved. Meanwhile, they pocket your money. I'd leave zero stars if that was an option.

I have been renting apartments in So. California for 15+ years and I can easily say that Cochrane is the best property management company I've ever dealt with... I've been living in one of their apts for over 3 years and I couldn't be happier with them. I live in a place that is over 100 years old and I surprising haven't had many issues with the property; every time I've needed maintenance done, Blanca gets back to me right away and always after the maintenance is completed, someone contacts me to make sure everything is fixed and I am happy. The main reason that I have not had a lot of maintenance issues with the place I am currently in, is because Cochrane uses amazing contractors. The plumbers, the electricians, the cleaners and the landscapers are top notch, so when something needs attention, it is done right. I highly recommend Cochrane Property Management...

My Fiancé and I highly recommend Cochrane Property Management. We rented an apartment from them in Lompoc and had a really good experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and professional the entire time. They promptly resolved any issues we had. They provided great customer service, even emails were returned in a timely manner. Any time we called they were friendly, they listened to us(very important) and responded appropriately. Marisol, Maggie and Sarah were especially helpful to us. If we ever move back to the area again, we will definitely rent from them again. They know how to do their job well and really are a superb group.

Cochrane pm is one of the most wonderful management company I've ever got. they are nice, fast and do perfect job. All the units I checked out including the one I actually lived in were nice, clean and reasonable price. Most of them also have free wifi and only 6 months lease. So, long term or only 6 months, whatever you are looking for right now, it should work for you. I highly recommend Cochrane pm.

We really enjoyed renting from cochrane. They keep their applicants well informed and are very friendly everytime we contacted the office. Never had to wait long for maintenance issues to be solved either. I would love to rent from them again!

Recently reached out to Cochrane while I'm apartment hunting. They're by far my best/most positive experiece I've had during my apartment hunting in Santa Barbara area! I've mainly communicated with Sarah. She is super responsive , accommodating and friendly ( love a good emoji)! Also had two very positive tour experiece with L ( particular me needed to tour the same place twice). I had a relatively unpleasant/stressful expericece apartment hunting last year, so they really helped me to feel more positive and hopeful about this time aorund!

Cochrane is very accommodating property management company. They took care of our every need and were very kind, helpful, and respectful. Our move in and move out process was extremely easy. Keep the place clean and in the same state it was when you move in, and you’ll get your entire deposit returned to you. The only thing I knocked one star off for was whenever we called their office, nobody would answer. However, they are all very responsive via email so that’s the best route to contact them. Overall, a great experience!

I have rented an apartment from Cochrane Property Management in Lompoc for a year and half. I have had a wonderful experience living at the apartment. When ever I put in a work order, they got back to me promptly and the work was completed quickly. When ever I reach out with questions they answer me the same day. My kids and I really enjoyed living at the apartment and appreciated the service.
