Such a beautiful spot! Terri was FANTASTIC. I will never look for another hotel again after staying here. We unexpectedly found this place after our reservation at Margaritaville was a BUST. So happy we ended up staying here instead! We will be staying here every single time we’re in Palm Springs.

A quiet oasis, 10 bungalows around a pool. Well maintained, large room with comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen and a amazing shower in bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Free use of bikes and golf clubs. About 30min walk to centre, bus stops outside. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall a excellent hotel for couples..

We have been stuck with flight delays from Victoria/Vancouver, and we have yet to make our attendance to DR. The service we have received from the front desk staff and (Cam?) so far has been outstanding!!! They even arranged a convenient flip to their sister property Hotel California to accommodate us on Dec 25/26. You can tell these people are consummate professionals, and they should be the model of how to treat customers right. Job well done. Looking forward to the stay once we figure this flight dilemma out.

I’ve never stayed here personally but live next door and my friends have held and event here. I have spoken with the owner several times. Family run business that typically hosts private events. They maintain the property very well and are super responsive to neighbors and from the rave reviews of my friends to their guests as well.

My wife and I stayed this weekend at the Desert Riviera Hotel, to celebrate her birthday and I must say that we were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the moment we were on our way to the hotel we got some traffic, so I called to let the front desk know we were getting in a little bit later than expected. I spoke with Garrett and he was so friendly and helpful, assured our room was ready for us when we arrived(thank you Garrett you were awesome). As we walked in, we were greeted by the beautiful view of the green landscaping around the pool. They have bikes, grills, pizza oven, daily popcorn, fire pits, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. all available for guest use. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My wife and I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide any assistance that we needed(Gracias Adriana, Sara, Leo, Corbin,Tracy and Monica) Overall, I highly recommend the Desert Riviera Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel to relax, enjoy or just to get away from the crowded atmosphere in Palm Springs California. We will definitely be returning to this hotel every time we visit Palm Springs! We give it a 10⭐

Spent 2 nights here last week and it was another wonderful visit! My husband and I took our niece for a little getaway before she goes back to school. Upon our check in we met with Terri who gave us a tour of grounds and our room. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The next morning we met Steve, who was working the front desk and attending the continental breakfast area. He was very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him every morning. We also loved that the rooms all face out to the pool and they had an array of dvd’s, books and magazines to borrow. We liked having a kitchenette in the room. I loved the mid century decor! This was my second time staying and based on this visit, it will be my dedicated hotel when visiting Palm Springs! Desert Riviera Hotel is truly a hidden gem!

What a great place to stay. We were in Palm Springs for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Was able to get an early check in arranged to get ready in before the wedding (thanks to Kelly). Room was nice and spacious, snacks were a great touch, the pool area was nice and relaxing. Eating the breakfast and watching the hummingbirds buzz around. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing base in Palm Springs.

An oasis in the middle of the desert. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel in summer 2022 as I used it as a base to explore Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. The location is great for the purpose I had. The welcome from one of the managers was fantastic. The room was very nice and had all the necessary comforts. There is a swimming pool and a really nice garden with a hammock and barbecue as well. Breakfast is not very varied but satisfies all tastes. Definitely to be taken into consideration.

Wonderful hotel!!! The views from the pool are amazing, the staff is super friendly and they take care of all the little details. It's a great place to relax, we literally spent all of our stay at the pool enjoying it. If you go to Palm Springs, this is the place to stay! The rooms are also super nice and big.

Lovely service, big-sized and mid-century styled rooms, relaxing pool area. Breakfast is simple (typically American) but we would have loved some more fresh fruit. We recommend staying in this hotel.

Small beloved hotel. People from all over stay here. Brits, Canadians, etc. Rooms are comfy and staff very attentive. Directly across the street, Ace Hotel has a fun diner: King's Highway for lunch or dinner. Great area and gorgeous landscaping!

This is a gem in the desert. Well maintained beautiful small oasis of a hotel. The pool is in the center of 10 bungalow type rooms. Everyone staying at the hotel is welcoming and it's like having a vacation with friends. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Cannot wait to visit again.

Friendly hosts with plenty of homely touches, such as free laundry and welcoming drink. Good out of town location within walking distance of restaurants (15 mins) or 3 or 4 minutes drive. Would recommend Sanchos over the road for Mexican. No indoor seating area for breakfast and breakfast choice somewhat limited.

We did not get to enjoy it was much as we want but will be back just to relax. We were in full party mode for Splash House used Desert Riviera as an escape from the crazy and loud and was worth it. πŸ‘πŸ½ They also have bikes to use to get around 🚲
