Great place for food industry folks to shop. Just wish they had choices in selections I am now (8/2/2018) disappointed with restaurant depot. They have discontinued the products I use and are forcing to use products I don't want to use at higher costs. The buyers of this place are NOT consumer sensitive. Guess they don't live in the real world. Hence I am lowering the stars from 5 to 1. This doesn't reflect the good service the manager and employees give me. 5 stars for service. It has become pricey. Some things are cost higher than retail

whoever answering the phone there, purposely put me on hold, don't want to answer my question about product availability. I kept calling and every time she pick up the phone, she put me on hold right away.

This place has a million different items. Too mant to choose from. That's a good problem

They need more people and they need to clean up the place and be more friendly because they are very bad and close that place up because alot of people got covid 19 and when people got covid 19 they don't close that place to clean and people still shop there is very poor and I will not work there because the place is very dirty

I shop there for my catering service constantly. Really happy with this store. The people working there are friendly and the quality of the food is great.

Today I went in to buy items as one of the public. My friend who was with me has a restaurant, but isn't a member. We within the same day returned to exchange or return item. They said sales are finale to the Public Only. We were told it is posted everywhere. Which is a lie. They don't explain that or have any signs telling you it's a final sale! They only write it on your receipt! I will report to the Better Business Bureau. This is not the way to treat people during these difficult times! By the way we just left the item there! We won't be back.

Great place to find all your restaurant needs. Many great choices of tequila. I recommend Tres Aromas Tequila. Great value and quality product. 100% worth the money!

A lot better than the major restaurant depot locations. Smaller yet seem to always have items in stock. Staff is always friendly, especially the ones at check out. I try to come get more often than Van Nuys location.

Must have a business license or resale number to shop at this store. I purchase catering supplies. I love the convenience and the employees are very helpful. Actually I was going to give this store 4 stars but when I thought about the employees it deserves 5. They really are the best.

If you have a business restaurant or catering this is the place for you. Employees are very nice and helpful. The place is huge so bring your walking shoes and if you head over to the cold area bring a jacket trust me you'll need it. They've got a fish 🐟 area that I really didn't discover much whether they cut up fish or not for you. I'm not sure, but I know they clean there.

The people working there are the world’s clueless people. On top of all that, they will drive over you. One last thing, they are very rude.
