I
really
like
Jerome’s
furniture.
But
my
latest
sales
and
customer
service
experience
with
the
Corona
location
has
been
subpar.
Dissapointing
to
say
the
least.
We
purchased
living
room
furniture
and
living
room
furniture
back
in
late
April.
Our
order
was
to
delivered
in
three
separate
times.
One
within
3-5
working
days,
one
in
Mid
to
late
May,
the
other
late
June.
Sales
rep
says
“oh
we
can
deliver
in
the
evening”
so
change
schedule
to
be
there
for
late
evening
delivery.
we
get
call
from
3rd
party
delivery
calls
and
says
“we
don’t
base
it
on
time
but
who
is
located
first”
I
have
to
call
delivery
and
set
up.
Call
back
and
customer
service
says
“we
apologize”
ask
them
to
note
for
sales
rep
if
things
change…..
It
is
May
31
no
call.
Call
Jerome
to
check
status
ion
delivery.
Customer
service
says
“
delivery
is
to
be
mid
June
and
other
Mid
July”
no
call
whatsoever
about
delay….
I
understand
about
deliver
my
during
this
time.
But
customer
service
and
a
call
shouldn’t
change!!!!
Disappointed
in
Jerome’s
customer
service.
Maybe
it
is
this
location????
Asked
to
speak
with
sales
manager.
Customer
service
says
“she
is
here
today”
on
hold
for
over
15
min/20
min……I’m
sure
they
prep
sales
manager
or
rep
so
they
aren’t
blindsided…..
poor
customer
service.
Maybe
it
is
just
this
location
