    I desperately needed 2 mattresses because my moving company has delayed delivery of my household items. I told the representative without these mattresses I literally have no place to sleep. She was great and accommodated me with in stock supply and a delivery of Sunday afternoon. I received confirmation on Sunday along with a follow up text that delivery was on it's way. I then received a phone call reporting they have the wrong truck and could not deliver. They said they would the next day and I agreed. Then they called back and said they could not send next day, it would now be at least Wednesday. I told them to cancel my order and I went out and purchased air mattresses. The next morning imagine my surprise when one of their trucks pulled up and delivered furniture to my neighbor! Why could my mattresses not be on that delivery? Three days later I received a text saying they were now ready to deliver my items. I reminded them I canceled my order and am expecting a refund. They sent a survey link and said their management team reads every one, so I completed one. Maybe they read it but they didn't do anything about it. I have a lot of furniture to purchase after moving here from out of state, guess I better find someone willing to help me.

    Great selection and quality pieces!! Salesperson Richard Ortega was amazing. He was patient, gave us time to look around, answered all our questions, kept following up with us to make sure everything was OK. NEVER PUSHY. We came back numerous times and he remembered us and the information I had previously mentioned. He listened and gave great feedback on items when I wasn't sure about a style or the pairing of different items. He's a valuable member of your team! I will be coming back for more in the future!!! I'm so excited for my new furniture to arrive!

    My wife and I wandered in looking for some sort of comfy chair - we had already struck out at all the stores we were certain would have a bean bag/fluffy/comfort something. Low and behold: The Cuddle. A massive, soft, stuffed comfort chair - EXACTLY what we wanted! Sara was incredible, greeted us and was quick to answer our questions, get us the price and with that we were sold! They helped us get it out to the car and we were on our way. Super pleased with our purchase and excellent customer service!!

    Fabulous experience! Found exactly what we were looking for and had spectacular customer service from their associate, Richard. He helped schedule delivery within two business days of the purchase as well. Delivery was within the time frame provided and the delivery team was efficient and professional. Highly recommend searching for your next piece of furniture from this location and team!

    My in-store experience was good and I love my Siesta chaise and trundle couch, but I am not pleased with their customer service. It took 10 weeks to get my couch and, so far, my delivery refund (due to the length of time it took to receive ) is non-existent. They tell me that because it was done as an online order it takes longer to process the refund and just ask me to be patient for a while longer. It's not been THAT long yet I guess (2 1/2 weeks rather than 7-10 days ), but I personally would hesitate to buy from there again. To add to my review, my disatisfaction has increased. My refund finally came, but it was less than what I paid and they disputed with me what the charge was. They referred me to a department who was supposed to contact me and they haven't yet. I have called and tried to talk to someone else and I keep getting the run around.

    My husband, my baby and I went in to look for couches for our living room.We were greeted by Janessa but she goes by Jay. Look we came in to look at ideas of what we would like but have no idea what fabric, material, or style. Janessa was so amazing she really listen to us and understood what we want in a couch ! We told her we want a dark gray sectional but she went above and beyond! I love how patience she was with us especially also having my baby girl with me!! We were there all day and yet this girls attitude was better and better! I showed her photos of my living room and let me tell you!!!!! this girl knows what she is doing! She took us to a beautiful dark gray sectional that had fabric options and different ways of connecting so it will fit perfect in our weird layout living room. I came in worried about not finding the right fit for our awkward living space but I left so happy and excited to have my couches delivered to my house this week 😁😁😁!!! Janessa if you see this THANK YOU AGAIN for your patience, your amazing attitude , jokes and professionalism 👏👏👏👏 I will definitely come back and advise everyone to ask for Janessa's (Jay's) help! She will listen to what you want! Shout out to Amy who also helped us with the finance part :)

    Everybody as a whole was amazing friendly and knowledgeable. I believe the sales associates who helped me were Kam and Krystal. Literally best sales reps we've met at any furniture store. I was originally going into to just discuss options but the experience they gave my wife and I was perfect and we decided to buy a few different items. We definitely will be coming back to see them.

    Kristal was great to work with! She gave us great insight on products & helped us pick out our perfect couch. All other furniture stores we went to felt very pressuring, but Kristal made the process very laidback. Highly recommend her!

    We went to get some power life recliners and highly enjoyed our experience. The showroom is huge and very inviting. We highly recommend Nacho, our salesperson. He is very outgoing and knowledgeable. While visiting, he assisted me in trying out the different chairs and made our visit quite enjoyable. If I ever win the lottery, this is where I would go to furnish any home. They are top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

    Today I had the pleasure of working with Sara! She greeted me immediately after entering Jerome’s in their Corona store. Upon my request she quickly showed me recliners that also rock and swivel. The quality of all their rockers was first-rate and I settled on the gray leather rocker within 10 minutes because it was luxurious just most comfortable! Also Sara answered all my questions and was able to facilitate a delivery within 2 days as I requested. Thank you Sara for showing me my new dream chair! I plan to return for more shopping!!

    My two sales individuals that I worked with was nacho with his wonderful, bubbly personality. That is definitely a good attribute to have as a sales person not pushy lets you take your time. My mother did business with him,bought a patio set came back at work with Dylan in the evening time to purchase a dining room set Dylan is one of the supervisors there, excellent customer service definitely will be coming back to Jeromes in corona California in the near future again thank you

    Super easy and relaxed shopping! We came in just to browse and compare shop for a sectional set but didn’t exactly know what we wanted and didn’t want to be pressured. Our sales associate Dylan, welcomed us kindly and after a few words set us loose on the show floor. We actually found the set we wanted and once we decided to make the purchase, Dylan made it very quick and easy. He even went out of his way to help customize the set for exactly what we wanted. Can’t wait for our custom sofa set and will def be back to this location! Thanks Dylan!

    Kam was wonderful! He approached me when I first walked in, I told him what I was looking for and he let me browse the store. I so appreciated to be left alone. When I purchased my item he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

    The salespeople were incredibly helpful! They spent a lot of time helping me figure out what would fit into my new home and I am super grateful. I purchased se real rooms full of furniture in one visit! I will definitely be back.

    The 1st salesperson was helpful.. He would help, then leave me to think about things. The problem was that he didnt tell me his name or give me his card? So when I went back, another salesperson took over assertively as if she were on commission? However she expressed HER LIKES and preferences and they didn't match mine. A little to pushy for me, With that being said, she was in it to help and work. Good for her bad for the other person. I've looked at 2 other stores and Jerome's had the most comfy family room couch at the Best price. My other Jerome's couch is still in great shape after 7yrs of kids and pets!! Not bad for a 2k sectional couch. I'm buying another just to freshen things up. I'll buy it at Jerome's vs. Living spaces and The Furniture store in corona.

    I read nothing but good reviews about this place and its service and I noticed one name in particular kept popping up repeatedly: Kristal. Unbeknownst to me at the time, Kristal is who greeted my grandmother and me immediately upon arrival. Though she was wrapping up with another guest when we arrived, she checked in on us a number of times to make sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we may have had. Once she finished with the previous guest, she came by to help us, answering all of our questions thoroughly and really putting any concerns we had to rest without being pushy or sales-y. Kristal was thoughtful, caring, kind, knowledgeable, and most of all human, truly an example of outstanding and humanized customer service. As many of us know, it can be especially hard to remember you’re dealing with real people with real lives and real stories during everyday business transactions. Great service also tends to be more of the exception rather than the rule these days. Kristal, thank you so much for being that exception. I truly appreciate your patience in helping service my family as well as helping me consider my purchases from several angles. In the end, I was able to fully furnish the first few rooms of my new home and I am beyond happy with my experience here at Jerome’s today. Thank you Kristal for your time, your care, your patience, and your expertise. You are a wonderful person and I look forward to working with you again on my next visit. I am so grateful I got to work with you today; you truly made my day.

    Excellent service! We loved being able to shop without being pressured constantly by sales representatives. Nacho gave us space and checked on us throughout our visit. He answered questions about merchandise and was very friendly. We ended up with a bedroom set and are happy customers. Thanks Jerome's!

    I purchased the Jameson sectional in late May 2022 and just 5 months later my sofa looks and feels like it's 10 years old, with very minimal usage! The fabric of this sofa looks like an old sweater- matted and balled up, my Chaise squeaks (to the point of embarrassment when someone sits on it) and the bed area & pillow of the Chaise sags and looks terrible! This is the 2nd sofa I bought from Jerome's and I regret it! I was talked into buying an "extended warranty" again, promising that everything with the sofa would be covered... which was a lie... nothing is covered, ripping me off... again! I paid $3,000+ for this sofa & warranty... what a disappointment. Being that the sofa was 4 months old at the time, the service department sent a tech out last month who told me the sofa has issues and someone would call me in 48 hours to find a resolution. After receiving no follow-up, I called today and was told that the service ticket was closed as the tech reported everything as "normal wear & tear!" I am extremely disappointed and will NOT ever be buying furniture at Jerome's again. I am now stuck with a $3,000+ sofa that looks 10 years old in my new home!

    We have bought a lot of furniture from Jerome’s over the years. They have a great selection to meet every budget. A great blend of very high quality luxury furniture as well as nice looking budget minded furniture, and every thing in between. Dylan, the store manager helped us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is their mandatory delivery policy, unless you want to drive to San Diego to pick up furniture. You will pay an additional 10% on top of your furniture up to $350. I bought a small recliner for my moms hat I could have easily thrown in the back of my truck. Instead I had to pay $80 and will have to carve a 4 hour winds out of my day. Would rather drop by the store when it arrived and drive it to my mom’s… would be 30 min tops on my own schedule of errands. I hope they fix this!! But otherwise I love Jerome’s furniture!

    The first salesmen flettered between us and other customers, when we needed him , he was nowhere to be found. My brother finally found another, who ended up being Lance , a manager of the store.Lance ended up giving us excellent service I would give the salesman a single star, but Lance I would give 5 stars.

    0 stars if possible. Our couch broke. We have insurance. They inspected it. Supposedly was in bad shape. They had to order multiple parts that are arriving in November. A 4 month wait. Then after parts arrival, we had to schedule a technician to come out. We have a newborn. Using the recliner would be nice. They should’ve just replaced the couch instead of saving a couple bucks. No more Jerome’s for us in the future. Couch is not old. We purchased during beginning of Covid. Buyers beware.

    They did a great job delivering promptly within their window and assembling properly and being careful with furniture. The furniture is also very sturdy, doesnt feel like that particle board cheap stuff so many places use. Will use them again!

    I really like Jerome’s furniture. But my latest sales and customer service experience with the Corona location has been subpar. Dissapointing to say the least. We purchased living room furniture and living room furniture back in late April. Our order was to delivered in three separate times. One within 3-5 working days, one in Mid to late May, the other late June. Sales rep says “oh we can deliver in the evening” so change schedule to be there for late evening delivery. we get call from 3rd party delivery calls and says “we don’t base it on time but who is located first” I have to call delivery and set up. Call back and customer service says “we apologize” ask them to note for sales rep if things change….. It is May 31 no call. Call Jerome to check status ion delivery. Customer service says “ delivery is to be mid June and other Mid July” no call whatsoever about delay…. I understand about deliver my during this time. But customer service and a call shouldn’t change!!!! Disappointed in Jerome’s customer service. Maybe it is this location???? Asked to speak with sales manager. Customer service says “she is here today” on hold for over 15 min/20 min……I’m sure they prep sales manager or rep so they aren’t blindsided….. poor customer service. Maybe it is just this location

    Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Jeromes!! I have purchased 2 couches from them(both were poor quality and inferior workmanship)... I purchased their insurance coverage on both, which was a complete scam and a waste of money. The first couch was leather that was started to deteriorate after 4 years, and the second leather couch began to discolor and the electrical components in the recliners failed. They basically refused to stand behind their products even when they pose a fire risk, and finally offered a credit which was less than what was paid and attach additional terms when you attempt to redeem the credit. I will never give them another dime and highly recommend anyone that needs furniture find another organization that values their customers, treats them like they should, and exhibits integrity. Jeromes continues to switch insurance providers and claim it is to make the experience better, but the result is they simply avoid their responsibilities and continue to prioritize their own profits over customers.

    I went in for a mattress and left with so much more! All the things that will make my sleep perfect! My salesman was Richard who was professional and well informed. He was patient with me as I tried all the different mattresses and pillows within my budget. I’ve tried all the furniture stores and by far Jerome’s has the best selection. A great experience!
