The pictures I’m sharing are two out of three plates of my order I got for take out, which was my first time and I will not be doing no more or recommend. I usually eat at this location and everything goes good and the food is good which it was this time too but with a few inconveniences. So for one of my meals I order the chefs sampler platter and when I got home and open my bag and literally see there’s only two full onion rings and the rest was little pieces of onions rings was disappointing. It also said on the menu it comes with cocktail sauce, ranch, honey mustard and marinara and all I got was marinara. Second plate was the porterhouse with suppose to be tenders and shrimp and I didn’t even get any shrimp for which I paid for and like the other plate no cocktail sauce. This was a really bad experience for me because I don’t live as close to be able to just go back and tell them and I guess I should of checked the bag but even when I was ordering my food the guy(andres) just looked clueless when I was ordering. Hopefully this just helps with the workers going over the menu a little more.

💯 One of my favorite places to have breakfast at. Our servers were very nice and attentive. They changed their menu! Several items with Birria. Soo delicious. I love it. It was full the day I went but I didn’t wait long. Always enough parking here. Thank you!

Can always count on Norm's for good food and service. My wife's T-bone steak was even better than anticipated and the Bigger Better Breakfast is an excellent value. I love that the hash browns are not at all greasy like some other places. We prefer the Pico Rivera location so we drive the extra 10 miles.

Food is always pretty good. Larger portions than the other chain diners at comparable prices. Service can be hit or miss, depends on how busy it is. I usually do avoid on weekends though, long wait time and food can obviously take longer to get. Go during the week and avoid the crowd if you can?

I was expecting to pay $8.99 4 Deuces Breakfast - Limited Time Special - NORMS However, they billed me over $20.00 including coffee. I felt defrauded.

The meat was tender and tasty. The bread was the finest rye I have ever had. Russian dressing, cheese and coleslaw were the perfect compliment! Our server, Sue, was amazing. She appropriately harassed one of our group for ordering French sauce (which he said was delicious) and brought him a piece of pastrami to taste. She drank the refills before we needed to ask (brought a fresh lemon for my drink each time, which is my measure of a great server). We had a party so we had to wait a little longer.

Rarely not busy Breakfast is one of their busiest times (if you thought it couldn't become more busy) Generally good food Generally good service Wait times for indoor dining can be insane!!! Food is mostly overpriced Overworked and underpaid staff (all of them) Usually cute girls working here, if you care to know The place is usually quite clean, I don't know about sanitized lol Late nights on weekends can become busy with the after-party crowd Once in awhile (at night) the local druggies will use the bathroom; I remember the sheriffs had to come one of those times lol Overall, a reliably solid place to eat with friends and family.

Pleasantly surprised... It had been a while since I was there... Recently I noticed some negative reviews ??? ... I'm glad I checked for myself... It was excellent... The food was hot the way it should be & the portions are generous ... Our server was great too ... She stayed on top of the coffee ... Keeping my cup full ... Sometimes you have to do your own checking... Not all people have the same taste ...

The food is either soaked in oil or you get onion rings half cooked. The pancakes are like sponges and stretchy. The only thing good was the salad, which was on the dry side, and the coffee. Very processed food. Disappointed.

Good size portions. Went for late night hours. They only had 1 cook and 3 servers so if you need a spot for a big crowd be very patient cause they don't have the employees to cover the tables quickly. Food was good and prices are great.

My family and I went to have Thanksgiving dinner for the first time for the holiday. They didn't disappoint. Everything was really great.

Great place to have some food whether it's breakfast dinner or lunch. Great service always refilled my drink always ask if I was doing well love coming here with my friends and family. Plenty of space for parking. I didn't have an issue with inside space other than the booths being slightly cramped. Fun little activities to do to like claw machines and coloring books for kids. Highly recommend coming in here for breakfast cause the breakfast meals are delicious and there are a lot of options to try.

Thank you Server KEVEN!!!!! That was thee best service with a smile. You arrived with extra decaf coffee for us, we asked for water we got full glasses right away. You asked if we needed anything and you brought everything over ASAP! Thank you for everything!!! I felt so comfortable! We originally were supposed to go to Olive Garden, but the wait and rudeness of Olive Garden was terrible so we left tired of waiting. We arrived to Norms instead and was served fast and friendly with a professional attitude from KEVEN! Our sampler was delicious and crispy. Our fish n chips and breakfast plates were excellent! Everything we asked for, he served it to us right away while attending to other tables, too. As soon as our food was ready, KEVEN brought over our food right away from kitchen. Kitchen staff was laughing and friendly with one another. We enjoyed our experience thank you KEVEN!

Very average tasting pancakes. The fruit didn’t taste fresh and that was the main dish I had. The hash browns were flavorless. Overall, I have no desire to return to any Norms after this experience. The staff was friendly and kind.

Our waiter was great 👍🏻. Great big parking lot for my truck 😀 👍🏻. We will return to this location again open 24 hours so it is great for us that work overnight 😀

Always like coming here on the weekends with the hubby. We always find fast seating at the counter. The counter is first come service.Our server Kathy is always a delight. Always giving us recommendations and the best customer service.Very humble staff, the gentleman Bernie that helps with the tables is so kind to us as well. Food is good and flavorful.

Visited today with the highest expectations for one of my favorite diners, and was STILL shocked at how amazing the service and food was! Incredible prices, delicious food, and top tier fast service in every regard. Couldn't recommend this location more.

Get together with families from out of town 6/19. Wait staff got 4 orders incorrect. Food came slowly in, milk was sour,orange juice was watery . Too many mistakes was very disappointed,salsa was very salty, just bad. The place smelled like burnt toast. There are better place to eat. Step it up Norm's not going to recommended you!

When I go, I go with the entire family for breakfast. We're 10+ members and yes is always a long wait but is understandable because is too many of us... Once we get seated I like that we are not rushed to eat and leave. They actually let us take our time and we truly appreciate that because it gives us the opportunity to enjoy our quality time with the family specially when we don't all get together often.

I got the classic breakfast sandwich. Super good and I'm impressed with the quality! It took a little while for a table to open up, which is a good sign but our food was brought to us very quickly. Our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable...cute too ;) I highly recommend this place

We went here at 4am (9/17/22) Kevin was our server at the time. He was a natural, he was extremely kind, super friendly, really funny. Haven't had amazing service like this in a while. Maybe because we we're the only ones, he was really attentive. Will most definitely be back, hopefully at 4am again. Thanks Kevin. Your an amazing human.

Finally they got my take out order correct! I love the food at Norms and I enjoy being able to take it home. Personally I like to order pick up instead of delivery. It's a lot faster to pick up on your own. I ordered some fried shrimp and it was amazing. The loaded baked potato was ok but could be better.

I usually go to the norms in whittier but decided to go to this one instead. They were busy as usual and that's okay however my bacon and hash browns were cooked way too much it was burnt, the over easy eggs were also over well (almost burnt) but the Pancakes were cooked perfectly. I didn't want to complain so I finished the whole plate and I still tipped because the service was still good. Bottom line I will still return next time I'm in the area but ill probably go to a different location. Norms food is usually great its just this one time.
