First time here! They were very welcoming and helpful when it came to providing my health insurance to them so I wouldn’t have to pay. The gentleman that helped me out was super sweet and nice. You can book appts online which makes it so easy. The visit was great they were very informative and helpful and you have easy access online to view results! Overall happy with my visit!

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was so kind and so welcoming truly. Made everything comfortable for me and made sure I knew everything they were doing! I was really nervous at first but they made sure I was okay. They were very attentive. When I first got there I was 20 min late because I couldn’t find the location but it’s on the second floor once you get there. They made sure to find me the next available appointment that was only an hour after my previously made appointment since I missed it. Once I got there it was smooth sailing from there! Truly a great experience

I have been coming to this location for years. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. My appointments are super quick. I check-in and typically get seen very quickly. The medical assistants, nurses and clinicians are all very thorough and ask all the right questions. I'm in, I'm out. Always leave feeling well taken care of!

I had brought my 11 month old with me because i wasn’t aware i shouldn’t when i made the appointment. i go check in and the lady at the front is like glaring at me and my baby. the attitude showcased itself immediately. she proceeds to say “do you have a car seat or stroller?” i responded no. she says “so you don’t have childcare?” well clearly not if my baby with me miss ma’am. they brought out some janky stroller for me to put my daughter in who wasn’t a fan. i get policies and procedures, but maybe that should be made known when booking appointments maybe? not everybody has access to secured childcare. the MA who took me back was nice tho. you could tell she likes her job

I have been coming here to this location since I was a teen. There isn’t a better location or a team of amazing people to help women. They go above and beyond from the front desk, a beautiful Karina who is always happy to see you and help! to the medical Directors like Dr. Marengo who doesn’t give up on a person because of how complicated the problem is. I appreciate all your work and help throughout the years. I don’t know where I would be without you guys.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Manager is extremely rude. They don't care about you, or your health. 10/10 would recommend any location other than this one. Trust the reviews girlies

Very very efficient and kind staff!! They’re transitioning to the epic medical record software but they seem to be smoothly acclimating to such a huge change. My appt was thorough and not a beat was missed in the staff’s efficiency. Thank you PP Mira Mesa for keeping us all well!

I had complications removing my Mirena iud at other locations and could not tolerate the process very well however everyone’s body is different. After coming to this location Dr. Marengo & with the help of Natalie bless them both, got it removed for me. I’m very grateful you both took the time to make the process as comfortable as possible for me. I recommend this location to everyone 🥺🙏💕

This location had 1 person in the waiting room and couldn’t take a walk in for a refill. This is what PP is coming to. After working with PP for decades and making sure the funding is there - it appears funding them is a waste. Not a great look, not a great experience.
