It was obviously an emergency as I had to leave for an appointment at 5pm and I needed my key! I called several other locksmiths and got a variety of prices and "guarantees" that someone would "call me back" or "be there" within 45 min. to an hour later. After no return call and no locksmith. I called Spirit/Jacob at 2:30pm - he was at my house at 3pm - fixed the problem - made me 2 new keys - oiled the door - and made sure all was right when he left at 3:30pm! Can't say enough great things about Jacob except - don't call anyone else! Jacob is your "key" to satisfaction!

I locked my keys in the car at the 24 hour fitness parking lot. I called spirit locksmith. Jacob said he will come in 30 minutes and Showed up after 15. He opened my car door and didn’t leave any mark. Nice guy to work with. Will use again if I’ll need a lock or key service.

I highly recommend Spirit Locksmith and Jacob! This service it was very professional, done quickly with an excellent price. I need in my new key laser cut on my new key fab. Most of the companies want to charge you a lot of money to do this. Jacob was very reasonable and did not charge me additional to cut my second key. Jacob also took the time to show me how to program the new fob. This is my best experience ever any auto locksmith.

Fast and efficient. Will be my first choice to call next time if I should need such service again. Wish I had known that rekeying locks was an option beforehand, too. Could have avoided replacing door locks earlier. Live and learn!
