Always new items and great sales. Highly recommended.

I usually like this place but due to the holiday, it looked like a bomb went off in there, and lots of items were out of stock but it was pre Xmas. I'm sure they'll be back to their regular awesome selves in no time

Had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Several customers complained that only one staff member was working the checkout while several others were restocking shelves with new theme products.

It's ond of my favorite places to shop. They always the cutest halloween decorations and ideas.

Today I was at Michaels and had asked to use their bathroom but the employee here had told me it was closed. When I asked someone else they informed me that it was not closed and put in the code for me. Either she was too lazy or just can't do her job correctly, either way I don't appreciate the fact that I had to ask someone else because of either reason. Please make sure to hire employees that actually do their jobs instead of lying or just not caring. She has blonde and pink hair, Caucasian. The blonde was on top and pink on the bottom. Sorry if this isn't really a good description but that's all I could really get. Whoever is her manager please address this issue. I unfortunately was unable to get her name so if anyone knows someone with this please inform Michaels.

Nice store, had what I needed. 3 stars because really needed restroom and was told go to a different business to use bathroom facilities. WHAT THE HECK?! Every Michaels I've been to they ALWAYS allows guests in the store to use bathrooms...bummer. Woman manning register was grumpy, not a great way to finish a shopping experience

Honestly just a horrible store. Only give them a star because I couldn't leave a comment unless I put one. Art selection was really limited as far as sketching and drawing supplies. And they were overpriced" They have most everything "locked", and you have to call an associate to unlock anything you want to look at. Then,..they "stand there while you look at your prospective purchase". THEN...they told us that we could not hold the items, but rather that THEY had to take them to the register for us. I found it to be quite offensive....I mean, what a horrible.message to send to a customer..."we think you're going to steal stuff so we have to take it from you".. I will never shop at the store again, and I will tell.everyone I know about this. Hobby Lobby is SOOO MUCH better, and...you're not treated like a potential thief.

Nice store, well lit, lots of parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. A full selection of craft and hobby items. Large picture framing area. Food and beverage restaurants in the same parking lot. Lowes only a couple of blocks away. Best Buy a few doors down.

This location has gone downhill. Had trouble finding what I was looking for. No one around to ask. Had to go to the front of store to flag someone down, going into the office. I had a better choice in Target. Won't go in this location again.

I usually avoid this place as I don't view it as being very manly but when shopping for baseball display case options it has some intriguing options. I did not make a purchase there today but I will return as they had several tempting options.

This Michaels is small but it gets the job done when you’re looking for things to craft. But just fyi it is a small store so they’re limited on items or are out of stock

Apparently women are free to actively use a "closed bathroom" but men are not...

The place looks like a Dollar Tree Store. Doesn't look tidy like it did years ago and they dont have enough inventory on many items :( it looks like they wont be here much longer. So sad.

This location is in a complex with lots of other stores and it's hard to find without science telling you where exactly they are. Which in this case it was on the other side of the complex even though the sign was closer to the freeway. The store is okay decent products. Customer service is okay but not that great. Managers were walking around or standing around nearby and there was line of more than four people waiting and not one of them was waiting on anybody. you have customers in line you need to get your lines down.

Shopping for glazier points...YAY! It's in stock here. BIG SALE going on. I picked up a lovely item for my bedside table which will be useful🤗 Limited number of shoppers allowed inside and face masks/covering required to enter. Friendly staff😁 and very organized and clean store. They do NOT take competitors coupon anymore so being your Michael's coupon for additional discounts.

Nice store with plenty of products and nice staff. Other than the usual things you seen the homeless do around there it's a nice store :)

There is a lot of items to select from, but I feel that there stock is small. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

They have a lot of yarn but no acrylic. They didn't have the crochet hooks that I was looking for and they don't really have a large selection. The store was clean and the employees that I spoke too seemed really knowledgeable.
