If I could give 0 stars I would. Im extremely disappointed with janelle & stone ridge's lack of empathy for people with mental health disorders. I had an apt a month before I turned 26 & would be off my parents insurance & only have medicaid. I knew Stoneridge didnt accept it so planned on finding a new Dr. since I take Psyche meds daily. She said she accepts it & would prescribe them & do an apt once a yr so I didnt have to pay every time & if I get sick theyll do payment plans so I didnt find a new Dr. but I called for refills that I need in my every day life for my depression, bipolar, adhd etc for my social and work life & mental health & now she stopped accepting medicaid & gave me no heads up. I asked if she'd send them one more time while I find a Dr & pay out of pocket. She refused even after I begged & cried. She gave me a false sense of security & then left me in the dark. Very insensitive & shouldnt work with anyone with mental health issues.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible, stay far away. Asked the nurse over the phone whether a visit was really necessary for prescription, was told she would check and call me back. I got a letter in the mail 2 days later saying I need to find new care within 30 days lol. Called and spoke to office manager to explain, but was told merely based on asking the question of whether a visit was necessary to refill a prescription, was merit for being dropped. Was a patient since a child, 20+ years and this is a perfect example of how they just don't care about anyone. Not to mention, they continuously have to be reminded to fill prescriptions, close early just about every day even though hours are posted until 5pm, and have the worst customer service ever (extremely rude). Go literally ANYWHERE else.

After reading some negative reviews I had to add my review. I have been to other doctors when I am sick I call and they tell me to go to immediate care. Here when I call I get in, get treated well, they take care of their patience and listen to your issues and take care of any problems. The doctors are great but then you add the treatment you get from the nurses as well that just tops the care off you get treated great from the word hello - going to a doctor can be nerve racking but here they put you at ease. They are all very caring, some doctors treat you like a number - that is not what you get at Stone Ridge.

I never write reviews, but I am furious. I had a disagreement about my care with a nurse who acted like she had no idea about my medical history nor did she care. Mind you, I had been going to Stone Ridge for 14 years. I guess they don't want anyone questioning their opinion. They care more about getting your money than they do about actual patient care and what is best for the patient. I also experienced very long waits to see the doctor with no explanation or apology. Good riddance to this horrible place of business.

Dr. Jim misdiagnosed me with an anxiety disorder when I was 14 years old and put me on meds instantly. A year later, he recommended me to follow his “diet” that is basically extreme keto. It gave me an eating disorder. Every time I’m there he tells me to lose weight and I’m so sick of it.

Stone Ridge Medical Group is AMAZING! I am so happy that I found them and I will never go anywhere else again. The staff makes me feel like I am one of the family and are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ann is by far the best Dr. I have ever had! She takes the time to listen to you and truly cares about you. Stone Ridge is simply AMAZING!

I am amazed by Stone Ridge Providers and Staff. We started going there about 5 years ago for our little and was so impressed by them all, we decided to make them our family provider. They LISTEN, they ENCOURAGE, they give you CHOICES, they treat you like a person. I couldn't be more grateful for the health choices they have walked through with my family.

I have been going to Stone Ridge for the past 10+ years and have never had a bad experience! I started out with Dr. Anne Petre and she was the most caring woman I had ever gone to as a doctor! She listened to my issues and gave me options to start with and not just a “ take this medication “. She left and I started to see the new NP Janelle Schanfish. She was just as amazing as Dr. Anne. Great bedside manner. Got to know me. Listened to my issues and helped solve them. She talked about having similar issues so she was on the same level as I was and understood! I was sad when she relocated but got in just recently with the new NP Jennifer that took over her place. She got to know me asked questions and gave me her plan. Always stopped and asked if I was okay with the plan and if I had any questions. She went over the plan with Dr. Jim and personally called me back with new options! The office staff and clinical are very friendly in person and on the phone! They take care of their patients and I recommend them to any of my friends and family!

I have always had a great experience with the Stone Ridge staff and doctors. They are very professional. While it is true you have to have a card on file, you can still pay them directly with cash or debit/credit without them hitting your card later. I don't see anything wrong with them making sure services are paid for. Anyone that goes to the doctor usually knows that they will have a copay and that they have to pay it at the time services are provided, no matter where you go. They are also always willing to work with you if need be. My family and I have gone to every doctor there and have had nothing but great and professional services. I am glad I finally found a family doctor that meets the need of my entire family. I especially love that we can always get in the same day because we can go to any of the doctors knowing that they are all very knowledgable. The nurses are also all very nice and friendly.
