    This branch doesn’t even pick up the phone(you’d have to call them at least 3 or 4 times for them to humor you). Also can’t order for pick-up through the phone (instead they tell you to use their poorly optimised app).

    Worst branch of dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Ruined my morning after serving a coffee with rotten milk. Also the donuts were stale and were clearly at least a day old. The older Indian gentleman in the window kept rushing me for a useless timer even though there was nobody behind me.

    They guy at the drive thru charged me for a medium coffee but didn’t give me my coffee. I waited at the drive thru window, knocking, for a long while and he never came back out. He was rushing the entire time. Avoid this location!

    I love this Dunkin! The crew here are great, and they know how to make coffee and specialty drinks good. Many others make the most generic tasting drinks but here they actually taste good and better than a few Starbucks in the area. They are usually not too busy so go here as opposed to a few others in the area.

    The guy in the drive thru rushes me for some dumb timer. If you want your customers to rush then put a sign up on your drive thru menu. How are we supposed to know we’re on a timer. Have some respect for your customer.

    I purchased a medium size cup of coffee. The employee gave me the coffee and I ask did you charge me for a small or medium he says medium. I asked for a small cup came home and switched the coffee from medium to small not a drip lost . We r paying for cups not coffee!!!!!!

    I've user drive thru. Almost 5 minutes I waited in front of the speaker to someone ask me what do you need. Nobody came out. So I passed there and went to Windows. There was crowded. But I don't think it was the first crowded time for there. They need to figure out something❌ at least they could tell me just second some I would know someone know me ❌ ice coffee was good same taste✅

    I went inside this Dunkin Donuts to place an order at 20:20 on Friday, Systems 9th. I ordered the $2 medium iced coffee (promotion on a poster) with one donut. The gentleman (Older Indian gentleman) behind the counter got the items. I had a $20 bill pulled out for payment. He looked at the bill and said the total was $5.00.(even) I looked at him and looked over his shoulder to see the price of the donut which was $1.89 plus tax. A $2 iced coffee plus $1.89 plus the Illinois sales tax of 6.25% plus 1% for food equals .28 cents which equals $4.17. I was going to question him on why he was charging me $5 but wanted to see what his end game was. He walked over to the register on the far left hand side. I peeked over to see that he just pressed a bunch of buttons to make it beep a couple of times and opened the register to give me $15 in change with no receipt. I took the cash and decided not to argue over this because people like this need to be called out for ripping people off. I will also file a complaint with the corporate office. Either this guy skimmed the owner by not ringing up my order or he is the owner who is pocketing cash transactions to possibly not report them for tax purposes. Either way, he ripped me off and who knows how many people he ripped off besides me. Also, the donut was hard as a rock but the iced coffee was pretty good.

    It was OK. I didn't check what kind of tea they served me and it was a wrong one. Not a big deal, but check your order before leaving.
