I ordered a custom ring because I don't really wear jewelry, and deicded to go all out and order something personalized. I got it for a better price than the cheap internet websites had quoted me. The store is clean, neat, and modern. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and does repairs in the store, while you wait. Most jewelry shops ship your jewelry to a large repair facility; here it gets the personal attention it deserves. He is very professional, doesn't charge as much as most places for repairs, and he let me take photos of the whole shop.

Al was SO helpful and kind when my husband and I went there to pick out our wedding bands back in late September 2022. We explained to him we were getting married 10/22/2022 and didn't want to pay retail prices. First, I went in thinking I wanted some certain band and Al showed me something even better. He found a band that had diamonds that matched the diamonds on the side of my engagement ring because I said I would wear both after we were married. It matches so perfectly AND he gave us the best price possible. He had a size smaller and when I told him I need it bigger, he has absolutely no problem adjusting the ring! Now my husband, he needed a custom ring made because what he wanted, Al explained it wouldn't be able to get stretched. My husband is also 6"7 and his ring size is 16. So my husband showed him a picture of this tire ring he loved (he's a car guy). The original picture had a tarnished tire ring with blue. The blue was a must for my husband along with the tire look and Al suggested putting blue sapphire going three quarters around the ring. Al took his time and created a custom ring that my husband was blown away by. He absolutely loves it and showed all his gear head friends that were amazed how cool it looked. I highly recommend visiting Archie and Son because Al's customer service, genuine kindness, and his ability to make sure we received exactly what we wanted are unmatched. My husband and I will be going to him with all of our jewelry purchases in the future. He charges way less than retailers and he definitely paid attention to every detail. He worked quickly as we only had weeks before our wedding and our rings were perfect. He also cleaned my engagement ring for FREE when we first went and right before our wedding day.

This is a top-notch jeweler. Prices are very reasonable and great service. I had two rings re-pronged and replaced two chains for necklaces. Rings were done that day, and chains came in few days later. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service on the spot. Just got off the road from Atlanta. Brought both my watches with the hopes of finding someone to fix them. One needed a pin replaced the other... well let's just say it was more work getting the plastic of just to realize I could have adjusted it myself. Nevertheless he didn't charge for plastic removal. 🤣

I took my custom engagement ring/wedding band set in this morning to be resized. My engagement ring needed to be sized up 1/2 size and my wedding band 1 1/2 sizes. With my legal wedding ceremony next week I was panicked that this resizing would not be completed in time. Archie’s and Son not only had both rings done within the same business day but have them both looking brand new! 10/10 would recommend this local business for any and all jewlery needs!

I had tried to get my college ring resized at several jewelers, and they all said it was to do. Archie's took on the task and did a great job at a reasonable price. The ring looks much better than when I brought it in. We will be back for repairs and order jewelry.

Great prices and such a great job with repairs! I’ve brought my necklace here twice to get fixed; once when my dog ripped my chain off and then again when my pendant broke off in a car accident. The necklace was missing the bail part and we found the perfect one to order. It was repaired quickly. My necklace is as good as new. Thank you so much!
