YOU
TRY

CALL
THE
STORE,
IT
DOES
NOT

A
WORKING
NUMBER.
I’VE
CALLED
BEST
BUY
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
THREE
TIMES,
THEY’VE
SENT
EMAILS
TO
THE
STORE,
BUT
STILL
NO
RESPONSE.
DON’T
TRUST
IT
IF
THEY
TELL
YOU
AN
APPLIANCE
HAS
“SCRATCH/DENT”
DAMAGE
ONLY,
I
DON’T
THINK
THEY
CHECK
AT
ALL.
NOT
WORTH
THE
SAVINGS
UNLESS

HAVE
PLENTY

TIME

Best
Buy
Outlet
is
a
discount
outlet,
so
I
wouldn’t
expect
the
same
experience
I’d
have
with
a
non-outlet
store.
There
were
a
few
bumps
in
the
process
here,
but
they
were
so
nice
and
helpful
about
everything
that
I’m
still
giving
them
5
stars.
I
bought
a
dryer
here,
which
was
marked
as
“scratch/dent/gouge”.
When
it
was
delivered,
though,
it
turns
out
that
it
was
making
a
noise
indicating
the
issue
was
more
than
a
scratch
or
dent.
I
went
back
to
the
store
expecting
a
fight
or,
at
least,
a
hassle,
but
they
couldn’t
have
been
nicer.
The
manager
agreed
right
away
to
let
me
pick
out
a
replacement,
and
are
not
charging
for
delivery,
etc.
I
didn’t
catch
his
name,
but
he
was
very
helpful.
I
figured
out
that
second
visit
that
they
will
actually
plug
in
the
appliance
and
run
it
for
you
(if
possible),
so
next
time
I’ll
do
that
to
avoid
a
repeat
experience.
This
is
the
second
time
I’ve
bought
an
appliance
at
a
Best
Buy
Outlet,
I’ll
do
it
again,
the
savings
are
great,
and
I’ve
learned
that
having
a
scratch
on
an
appliance
is
worth
the
trade
off,
especially
if
no
one
is
ever
going
to
see
it.
