    Unfortunately I could not find any real deals at this location (only looking at electronics not appliances). I searched for a handful of products they had on display (open box) and found them to only be slightly less expensive than new and in some cases more expensive than other stores that were selling the same item new. I did find one large Samsung monitor for 40% off but the box was in very rough condition. Pretty disappointed with the pricing for an outlet. I miss the old best buy at this location, this will hurt Winston plaza.

    Some decent deals on appliances but.... avoid any stainless steel appliances covered in "Inspected by Best Buy" tape. For some reason they smother them with tape which is almost impossible to remove without scratching the finish. Be prepared to spend hours removing any tape and residue, if you can even remove it. WD40 helps some. Very disappointed. Not sure why they feel the need to cover the appliances with this tape. It does not come off.

    Unfortunately a waste of more than 2 hours. I ordered an open box TV online that had pictures of it boxed up (not the original packaging but maybe the inner box). I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup and went to go get it. After waiting in line at the location they found the TV for me, it was filthy, and not at all matching the photos. I asked them to plug it in so we could checkout the screen (the condition level was marked as good and said it could have scuffs but any item with a screen would not have blemishes on the screen). Well once it turned out the thing was cracked with tons of lines. Like could they not have plugged it in before telling me the order was ready? There's also no way to call the store ahead, the phone lines lead to remote representatives/sales people. They had nothing comparable to what I was looking at specs and price wise so I had to leave empty handed. I had a similar experience at another location but in that case the TV did not exist at all, however since this TV's listing had photos I assumed it would exist and be in the condition described. The best buy open box feels like a bait and switch. I will say the employees were nice and helpful considering the situation (other than not plugging it in and noticing it was busted before I made the long trip)

    A lot to look at if you have the time and understand the products already. Most items will be marked down for small or heavy defects and not incluse a manufacturer warranty. Getting a year or more store warranty will increase your total bill. There are some hidden gems in there if you research your items and prices AND forget the warranty.

    I ORIGINALLY POSTED THIS AS A FIVE STAR REVIEW, BUT SPOKE TOO SOON. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE STORE AFTER I SELECTED THE REPLACEMENT DRYER, SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. IF YOU TRY TO CALL THE STORE, IT DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING NUMBER. I’VE CALLED BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES, THEY’VE SENT EMAILS TO THE STORE, BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. DON’T TRUST IT IF THEY TELL YOU AN APPLIANCE HAS “SCRATCH/DENT” DAMAGE ONLY, I DON’T THINK THEY CHECK AT ALL. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR A HASSLE. Best Buy Outlet is a discount outlet, so I wouldn’t expect the same experience I’d have with a non-outlet store. There were a few bumps in the process here, but they were so nice and helpful about everything that I’m still giving them 5 stars. I bought a dryer here, which was marked as “scratch/dent/gouge”. When it was delivered, though, it turns out that it was making a noise indicating the issue was more than a scratch or dent. I went back to the store expecting a fight or, at least, a hassle, but they couldn’t have been nicer. The manager agreed right away to let me pick out a replacement, and are not charging for delivery, etc. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very helpful. I figured out that second visit that they will actually plug in the appliance and run it for you (if possible), so next time I’ll do that to avoid a repeat experience. This is the second time I’ve bought an appliance at a Best Buy Outlet, I’ll do it again, the savings are great, and I’ve learned that having a scratch on an appliance is worth the trade off, especially if no one is ever going to see it.

    Items not as described condition! We ordered a dishwasher that was "Open-Box Excellent," which according to Best Buy's buying options is like brand new condition... free of physical flaws and includes all hardware. The product they brought out to us had cut wires, multiple scuffs, and some kind of glue all over the outside. It was not at all in excellent condition. I will not be buying another product from this location.
