Joe and Liz was very friendly and helpful to all of my needs. The housekeeper I didn’t get her name but she had the room looking brand new. I checked high and low and the room was cleaned and smelled fresh. I never been to this location and was surprised that I ever booked here before. Next morning booked for my birthday with a bigger room. I am excited already. Five star service from the Franklin Park staff.

Came for an overnight stay in the optimum room to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff was super nice at check-in. There's a small selection of alcohol, mixers, adult toys, bath bombs, etc available for purchase in the lobby. Room & jacuzzi were very clean & jacuzzi was perfectly hot. Could use some updating & a light bulb in the jacuzzi but we were very happy with our stay

First I will say the room was what I expected however I wasn't able to enjoy it to the fullest because the heat wasn't working properly (definitely wasn't getting in no hot tub)I did contact the front desk someone did come out but it was a temporary fix. I ended up catching a cold the only reason I didn't call the front desk again was because I already had a long 6 hour drive to get there that turned into 9 because of weather so I was tired. But other then the heat not working everything else was OK what lil we did get to enjoy. I'm not sure I might give them another chance I'll just make sure to bring my own heat source next time.

The room my husband & had chosen was HYPNOTIC. The staff was great & the room spotless & there's also a little store in the front where you can buy different fun items if you wanted. Loved it we ended up staying overnight, I'm so glad we did because theres so much to do. Will have to go again & pick a different room. * It's great this place is 10 minutes from our home & didn't even know. 😁 *

Rooms were decent, but the Air conditioners needed their filters cleaned out or changed. Had the smell of cigarettes and weed seeping into my room when I turn the air on. I was under the impression they had a no smoking policy. Just hope it's corrected if i choose to go again.

It was so romantic. The room and hot tub was clean. Check in was easy. I loved every moment there and I definitely will be back.

Cheap which is nice. Showers are kinda gross. Their towels and sheets need to be better washed. Stains everywhere on the towels and bedding. Pillows suck and are small. But its a cheap night and they try to make it look cute.

We went for our one year anniversary. During the week the rates are significantly lower. Don't be fooled by the exterior, the room is the pinnacle of the experience. We had so much fun we stayed two nights. Heads up! Membership required. But the perks are worth being a member. Coming back for the wife's birthday.

I love this place. Extremely awesome room, fantastic service, location is actually a huge plus. My only real aggravation is the soda machine only takes coins and $1 bills. Every thing else was fantastic.

I been coming here on and off for years even before they redid suites. Praying for a suite this Saturday night because I just want to rest and have good night sleep. The rooms have always been bomb to me!

Worst hotel ever stayed. And it's not super cheap $50 motel either. No hot water, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, iron box. People drunk in stairways, so scary . It just looks nice outside. Smells bad. Stay away or sleep in airport.

The room looks like it’s been remodeled but it still smell like smoke. It was a motel 6 before and they just changed the name to an inn but the quality is the same as motel 6. Not good. I won’t recommend this place at all.

Very terrible stay. First when we got into the room we noticed dirt stains and blood stains all over the sheets. Then there were nats flying around the room. There was also dirt and beer bottle caps all under the bed and the corners of the room. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and the tv remote did not even work. There was mold on the wall and ceiling. Air conditioning unit did not work and there was a deceased roach next to the toilet. Will never ever be coming back to this location.

Nice location. You do have to be a member, which takes 4 hours to get approved during working hours or 48 hours otherwise. I think membership was $30 for the whole year. After you get approved, you get to choose the options for the room (champagne etc.)This location is motel style with the parking in the middle. The office is right at the entry and they have all types of stuff available for purchase, like water, soda, candy, chocolate strawberries, bubble baths, lotions, flowers.. They only car info they need is the make, model and color, license plates are not required. We were staying in the Prism room and it was very neat. There were rose petals on the bed and the floor. They also had 3 playing dice complementary as part lf the assembly. The jacuzzi and shower are combined but the toilet is separated. There were more then enough towels and also bath robes which were available for purchase too. The color changing lights above the bed are super fun to discover. The only downside is the TV is not smart so you won't be able to connect to Netflix or any provider to watch a movie if you choose so. Overall a great experience.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING !!! when i first got there i was amazed that they had all those toys and lubricants in the lobby massage oils candles anything you could possiby think of to purchase on a adult night out !! Also the front desk receptionest nancy was so welcoming and nice i loved her vibes !! then the room WOW!!!! everything was beautiful and clean!! i purchased a package with rose petals champagne dice and strawberries everything was set up so beautifully i definitley will be coming back real soon its worth every dime !! also we were in the lotus suite the jacuzzi was HUGE !! i freaking loved it !!!

Aesthetics wise the outside is outdated and gives me motel vibes, coming from the AURA to this I was disappointed. The room was just ok, phone is inop so I had to leave my room to walk to the office and get room service and was told I could just grab the ice myself! Overall I won’t be returning I will just stick with the Midilothian, IL location

Omg I luv this place perfect set up an staycation I go three times a year the rooms are affordable for what u get its a whole vide in I perfect going here then to a regular hotel when doing a staycation.

Looks like your average motel from outside the gate. But inside it’s a cool and clean experience. Everything is really clean and staff is very friendly. Would recommend for a spicy date night .

I'm a truck driver. I found this motel off price line, so I can do my 34 hr reset. This is my first and my last staying here. Nets flying around, the more u kill the more keep popping up, holes in the comforter from cigarettes, it smells like cigarette smoke in the NON-SMOKING room, the bathroom just needs a huge make over. I'm sorry but I would not recommend this place to no one!

Checked into room & checked right out! Room looked clean at first eye view but checked my bed ( as I always do) and found bed bugs pee stains and burn marks . Went into bathroom to see heavily stained toilet tub and sink. Will never patronize this business again . If you’re thinking of staying here...take my word for it and go somewhere else. Will try and post pictures . Gave one star because I have to. Real rating ZERO stars!

This ain’t what they used to be. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Lady said people are allowed to smoke in every room which totally kills the vibe. Sure we heard gun shots so we left early!! Never ever ever again!!!

First, tried to book through Hotels.com. Because it was after Midnight, it would not let me check in and out on the same day so I called the hotel. They would not honor the price from Hotels.com. This was a mid-week booking so it's not like it was a weekend. Then the clerk tells me they have no single rooms available and I'll have to pay for a double. Not happy, but if they're booked, they're booked. Find that hard to believe given the Covid lockdown, but whatever. I get there, and there were three cars and two semi tractors (no trailer) in the lot and three floors full of rooms. Sure, they're all booked up. Just don't lie to me. Next morning, not even coffee out and clerk is sitting at the front counter with his bare feet up on it. Yes, as in NO SHOES! Why am I writing this? They don't care, but I felt you should know.

My experience was extremely magnificent the reception at the desk her name is Kathy she had a very warm greeting she was extremely nice she made our stay so wonderful I give it five stars plus plus I recommend the ambiance to anyone that wants to have a nice relaxing romantic day with a loved one!!

There’s a bar and club blasting music all night that they don’t tell you about upon booking. The place needs some work and clean up. The room was ok with some improvements. The hallways are terrible. They smell and needs painting. The housekeeping a joke. Ive been here 4 days and only once the room was made up. I probably won't come back here.

Place infested with nats and roaches and other bugs. Requested room change 3 times. Person at front desk does not communicate and now getting kicked out because a complaint was made for the bugs. If we did not leave rhey were gonna call cops.

Relatively clean. No ashtrays in smoking room. Only one set of towels in a room with two queen size beds!

The place is nasty! They don't use bleach when cleaning bedding or towels... there was black stains on the towels. The shower didn't drain while showering. I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone any human

Power was out when we came back, roaches in the building, smelled like cigarettes, sheets were not cleaned, heater didn't work making the room very cold, hall lights flickered with people knocking on your door at 3-4 a.m. (unsafe). Terrible experience even by the price being so cheap. First and last time staying at this site.

The place was a mixture of unexpectedly nice and expectedly low quality. Room didn't lock fully from the chain lock, there were stains on the walls, ceiling was cracking, hardly any noise insulation, a tiny piece of glass in one of the beds found after it cut us, but for the low price I paid, it's sort of to be expected in a way. One interesting feature was the bar they had. I didn't personally enter it, but it seemed like a very unique feature

The most horrible place I EVER stayed in....had 2 get room changed 2x sheets weren't clean at all hair all on the beds bathroom was nasty n floors haven't been moped or swept...hallways smelled and they gave my room away people walked in our room while we were sleeping...not safe n rooms were beyond nasty...celiling was about to cave in...just horrible

This was the worst service we've ever received from a motel. The tv remote didn't even have batteries in it, the telephone wasn't connected to anything, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, and the toilet seat was still stained with DRIED PEE. Please, don't even think to come and stay here.

For the money I can't complain! I mean if you want Hyatt expectations go to the Hyatt!

Definitely old and outdated. Bathroom wasn't clean and the towels smell.... funny. Breakfast is almost nonexistant. But the bed was clean and the staff is friendly. I won't mind staying here for a night or two.

My in laws we're celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and the hall had flooding damages and mold on the carpet a night before the event. We went in to decorate it the night before and were in disbelief that nothing was communicated to us, and we had 200+ guest arriving the next day. We quickly communicated this to the front desk and were told that the owner would call us back and he never did. We rented a different hall at the last minute by a hotel owner who does know how to work a business, and moved our 200 + guest to a different hotel but unfortunately paid two halls, the hall rental from this hotel was hazardous to the respiratory health of our guest and ours. It took many many calls until I was then asked to come in and the stated that this was not his problem and that he could only give us back $300 out of the $1,500. This owner refused to give us our $1,200! Please do not lose your money and turn into his victims like we did. He has gang affiliated employees who also threaten guest who stay the night. I heard a guest yell this to the owner and he again did not care. His response to the guest was, "how about I put my (gang affiliated) employee and you together to take it out" This place is not just a joke, it's dangerous! Please stay away and be safe. Do not stay nor rent the hall and become a victim. We went for this hall rental because it was cheap and we sadly paid the consequences. I have more pics, but can't upload them due to size. We aren't a rich family and this man made a fool out of us by taking our hard work earned money.

The doors are not secure, at the middle of the night my door was opened by another guests. So do all keeys open all doors? All night there was screams and loud music from the guest next door. Add to this that my door was opened once more in the morning claiming it was room services yet it wasn't. This place is not safe to stay in. If I could give 0 stars I would.

No continental breakfast, broken down machines in main hallway, typical one girl at desk, family lounging for hours in reception, watching everyone who enters.<br/>Painted over old leaks, lots of lights bad, cracked furniture. I was scared (in a humourous way) Walking in.. It looks dingy and kind of ghetto. Halls are dim and seems like something out of a projects movie. No carpeting. Bedding is thin and unattractive. Smelled funny Wont be staying again.

Nice and peaceful environment. The rooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful and supportive especially the lady at reception by the name of vish. Such a lovely lady always smiling.

Nice Comfortable Room, Nice people 2 problems when i opened the Door I saw a large Brown Roach (Which I Promptly killed) However when I turned On The Lights I Expected 2 See More I Didn't, I Stayed 3 Days in Which A Dog (Somewhere) Barked Continually, Other then that Great Continental Breakfast and I Will come again!!!!
