    The place is dirty, the staff have a major attitude, the car they gave me had a handful of major dings/scratches on it and had two check engine lights come one less then 10 mins of having it. Oh and the vehicle the gave me to replace it is a nightmare!

    Staff was very polite and helpful. The car was delivered to the collision repair shop which was convenient. The car was dirty needing general attention. The windshield was nearly impossible to see out. Had to clean to drive safely. Otherwise the vehicle was well maintained with no other issues. I generally choose Enterprise as my rental cars. Was a little disappointed to get a dirty vehicle.

    Very nice people help me out with all my needs. Didn't have the size car I want but they gave me.a free upgrade. Which turn out to be a awesome car.

    Excellent customer service. The minivan was spectacular and in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles. And I especially appreciated the check-in call while we were away to make sure things were going well.

    I am a frequent renter. This month alone I have scheduled four rentals. I had a rental scheduled for June 30th at 12. When we arrived we were told the car wasn't ready and could we come back at 2. We came back at 2:30 and the car wasn't ready. I sat for 10 minutes as they washed the car. When they pulled it around it smelled like smoke. Jake took the car back to the wash bat and spayed some air freshener. I took the vehicle home. When we began to load the vehicle we noticed how dirty it was in the back seat and third row. Someone didn't do a good job cleaning or vacuuming. There were left over napkins from a previous reservation. At this point we were already late hitting the road for our trip and didn't have time to take the car back and exchange it. This is definitely not the service that I'm accustomed to at Enterprise.

    I booked a rental on Monday the 25th with a manager in training Emmanuel for a 7-passenger when I arrived on Tuesday they did not have the vehicle a different young man assistant me at the counter they asked if I could come back they were going to receive the vehicle from a different location I said that's fine just call me when it's here. The young man that helped me at the counter gave me a call and stated that the vehicle had arrived I came back to pick the vehicle up after my original pickup time and was very patient during this experience. My rental is booked from Tuesday to Thursday on Friday I needed to extend my rental and Emmanuel threatened to call the police I explained to him but I am out of town in the state that does not have my bank I would need to transfer money over so I can pay however there's a 300 deposit down on the rental and I am literally one day over on my rental I received the call Friday morning Emmanuel told me I had 10 minutes or he will call the police. I spoke with the manager Danny who assisted me greatly and agree that that was unrealistic that i would be able to find a bank in a location I was unfamiliar with in a matter of 10 minutes he told me he would give me a call around 5 to see if I had everything taken care of so they can process a payment. I called Danny back around 3:45 and told him I was ready to process the payment. Danny then try to process and stated that since Emmanuel had ran the payment earlier they cannot run it again for 24 hours now me and Danny agree but we couldn't understand why Emmanuel was pressing the issue after he had ran the payment once and knew he couldn't process it again for 24 hours Danny told me you would give me a call the next day around 11 and we can go ahead and take care of the payment of $293. Danny the manager had great customer service and said he understood everything when I call back the next day to process the payment I was told Danny was not in and I was passed onto Emmanuel who then told me I owed $500 and then my 300 deposit no longer existed. I am a plus member with Enterprise and I use the Brown deer location as my location often I have never received as such bad customer service from any Enterprise across the U.S. as I did with Emmanuel he was very nasty with me if he is your manager in training he is probably not the one I would recommend to deal with all your valued customers. However everyone else at the location had good customer service and we're very patient trying to help me resolve the issue so I thank them for good customer service. But the guy Emmanuel his customer service is so terrible I mean the guy knew he'd already tried running my card and then pressed me knowing it couldn't be ran again for 24hs mind you this rental was only 1 day over and i had the money to process the payment he was just so mean and disgruntled poorest customer service ever.

    When picking up car at the Brown Deer, WI. location the KIA Boys stole a car 10 feet in front of me! me, and other customers were standing there, and everyone else was asked and received a phone call asking where they OK but no one even asked me at all as if I didn’t even matter! Even offered the other Caucasian customer a discount upgrade for her bad experience but still no one asked me or said one word to me. They were more concerned about their car instead of the safety of the customer. i’ve rented from this particular office multiple times in one year alone, and I brought this to their attention and the rep whose name was Emmanuel was more concerned about getting their car back from me on time and even said if I was gonna have the attitude or complain about it he’ll report me to corporate and they won’t be as nice as he is which I felt was very disrespectful. now every time I go to a rental car facility, I have thoughts of this terrible experience that I had to encounter and I fear for my safety!

    Well I got stuck in the recent winter storm on the 23rd and 24th. Couldn't make it back in time for our original agreement. Which ment I had to wait until today the 27th. I told them what happened, had a receipt for the tow. They were fair and understanding. And instead of charging me for the 5 days. I was discounted, and only charged for 2 and a half. I felt listened to and compensated justly.

    Last month, I needed a car for a few days. I went to Enterprise at 8205 W. Brown Deer Rd. Milwaukee. WI. As I was waiting for my car that was being cleaned at the time, a young woman who was there ahead of me was there to get a car due to an accident she had been in. She had a very short temper and was a bit rude to the attendant to say the least. She did not have the paper work needed to get the rental agreement filled out. As her tempered flared, a young man named Fred stepped in to take control of the problem. Fred invited her to sit down at a table and got her Ins. Co. information. With a short call to her Insurance company, the problem was solved in no time and the woman was now happy as could be. It turns out the lady had all the info she needed on her telephone but didn't remember until after the phone call all to her agent. Fred was super cool ,calm and really knew what he was doing. A month later I needed to rent a car again for a business trip. I went back to Enterprise on Brown Deer Rd. in Mil. and met up with Fred again. There was a lady that had just walked in and had no reservation. She was told the only vehicles left were two full sized SUV's or a pick up truck. She wanted a small car because she was afraid to drive something big like a SUV or pickup. The smallest car on the lot was the Chev. Malibu that I reassured. Fred and I looked at each other at the same time and I knew the spot he was in. We both smiled and Fred told the lady she was in luck, a car her size was just made available. Enterprise, hang on to Fred! It's not often you get some one that knows and cares about what they do and how to get things done right.

    Outside of car was cleaned. That's good! The windows inside the car are horribly dirty. They could at least wash the driver's side window. I am just saying.

    I had a little fender bender and haven't heard from this location to confirm my reservation from my insurance company. I call on Saturday 06/11 but couldn't reach anyone, so I decided to drive to the location while on hold to see which would be faster. When I got to the location I was on hold for over an hour and the location was closed even though I got there at 12:00pm. When I arrived there were 3 other customers waiting outside as well and were in need of help. It didn't seem like they were helped at all and were rushed out the store just so they could close and go home.

    I love working with Brown Deer Enterprise location they are the first location I call for a car. They may not always have exactly what I want but I will get a car when I need it. Very helpful professional and they get you in and out.
