I
booked
a
rental
on
Monday
the
25th
with
a
manager
in
training
Emmanuel
for
a
7-passenger
when
I
arrived
on
Tuesday
they
did
not
have
the
vehicle
a
different
young
man
assistant
me
at
the
counter
they
asked
if
I
could
come
back
they
were
going
to
receive
the
vehicle
from
a
different
location
I
said
that's
fine
just
call
me
when
it's
here.
The
young
man
that
helped
me
at
the
counter
gave
me
a
call
and
stated
that
the
vehicle
had
arrived
I
came
back
to
pick
the
vehicle
up
after
my
original
pickup
time
and
was
very
patient
during
this
experience.
My
rental
is
booked
from
Tuesday
to
Thursday
on
Friday
I
needed
to
extend
my
rental
and
Emmanuel
threatened
to
call
the
police
I
explained
to
him
but
I
am
out
of
town
in
the
state
that
does
not
have
my
bank
I
would
need
to
transfer
money
over
so
I
can
pay
however
there's
a
300
deposit
down
on
the
rental
and
I
am
literally
one
day
over
on
my
rental
I
received
the
call
Friday
morning
Emmanuel
told
me
I
had
10
minutes
or
he
will
call
the
police.
I
spoke
with
the
manager
Danny
who
assisted
me
greatly
and
agree
that
that
was
unrealistic
that
i
would
be
able
to
find
a
bank
in
a
location
I
was
unfamiliar
with
in
a
matter
of
10
minutes
he
told
me
he
would
give
me
a
call
around
5
to
see
if
I
had
everything
taken
care
of
so
they
can
process
a
payment.
I
called
Danny
back
around
3:45
and
told
him
I
was
ready
to
process
the
payment.
Danny
then
try
to
process
and
stated
that
since
Emmanuel
had
ran
the
payment
earlier
they
cannot
run
it
again
for
24
hours
now
me
and
Danny
agree
but
we
couldn't
understand
why
Emmanuel
was
pressing
the
issue
after
he
had
ran
the
payment
once
and
knew
he
couldn't
process
it
again
for
24
hours
Danny
told
me
you
would
give
me
a
call
the
next
day
around
11
and
we
can
go
ahead
and
take
care
of
the
payment
of
$293.
Danny
the
manager
had
great
customer
service
and
said
he
understood
everything
when
I
call
back
the
next
day
to
process
the
payment
I
was
told
Danny
was
not
in
and
I
was
passed
onto
Emmanuel
who
then
told
me
I
owed
$500
and
then
my
300
deposit
no
longer
existed.
I
am
a
plus
member
with
Enterprise
and
I
use
the
Brown
deer
location
as
my
location
often
I
have
never
received
as
such
bad
customer
service
from
any
Enterprise
across
the
U.S.
as
I
did
with
Emmanuel
he
was
very
nasty
with
me
if
he
is
your
manager
in
training
he
is
probably
not
the
one
I
would
recommend
to
deal
with
all
your
valued
customers.
However
everyone
else
at
the
location
had
good
customer
service
and
we're
very
patient
trying
to
help
me
resolve
the
issue
so
I
thank
them
for
good
customer
service.
But
the
guy
Emmanuel
his
customer
service
is
so
terrible
I
mean
the
guy
knew
he'd
already
tried
running
my
card
and
then
pressed
me
knowing
it
couldn't
be
ran
again
for
24hs
mind
you
this
rental
was
only
1
day
over
and
i
had
the
money
to
process
the
payment
he
was
just
so
mean
and
disgruntled
poorest
customer
service
ever.
