Bad service, rude staff and my grilled sandwich was not even grilled properly.

Easy, fast and expensive. Not the best meal but a great option when running between flights and it's near your gate. I don't love spending $11 on a wrap but it was a decent option when there is no time to spare.

They have a few vegan options which I’m happy about since Chicago is very meat and dairy heavy. I hope they get some vegan snacks / candies in the future as well.

A wonderful little kiosk! It remained open while everything else closed for the night. I was really upset about my flight delays, seat changes, and poor united customer service, but there was a vegan selection in one of the cases at the kiosk and that turned my mood around completely. They also had caffeine-free diet soda which can be hard to find sometimes. I'm glad I took the time to look at their selection now so in the future I'll stop by in my countless layovers.

Be aware. The cashier told me I had to press a button to use my card. I did so and it was the tip button. I was not able to see the tip notation due to the glare on the screen. When I asked to return the items, I was told I was not able to. Scam.

I chose a random store location because I couldn’t find the one I was at. Was at the “On the Go” store in OHare Airport in Chicago. Employee’s name was Shah Shailesh. Went to buy a Milky Way bar, and the man told me “$2.29”, I misheard him the first time, and then he repeated back to me, slowly, loudly and condescendingly, “2-29”. I then stated that I’d rather not purchase it, and when I went to put it back, he grabbed my hand and took the candy bar. I out my hands up, and walked away. This was wildly inappropriate, and I therefore recommend that he be reprimanded

This is a grab and go type place in concorse C. Nice place with real food! I need to stay away from wheat, dairy and eggs so it was nice to see Many vegan options to choose from! So nice to have a choice!

I have never posted a negative review before but was so upset by my experience. We arrived back at O’hare at lunchtime and I wanted to get something relatively healthy and quick for my kids to eat in the car before I took them to school to finish the day. I quickly got two chicken Caesar wraps for $23 (expensive, but it’s the airport and was a step up from fast food). Once in the car my daughter noted that they were both out of date, which really upset me because places like this with small stocks and marketing “fresh” food should be checking their inventory daily. I subsequently then called Fresh Market on the Go to complain and when the woman on the end of the phone heard why I was calling she said “wrong number” and hung up (having answered “Fresh Market”). Not even worth the one star I put here.
