Update:
I
submitted
this
review
to
the
website
and
was
contacted
by
customer
service
Brittany.
They
assured
us
that
the
matter
would
be
addressed.
Today
in
the
mail
I
received
a
guest
pass
from
Jaquelin
who
is
the
administrator
of
guest
relations.
They
also
were
sure
to
mention
how
it
was
addressed
and
I
feel
very
heard.
I
appreciate
the
concern
both
of
them
have,
and
how
much
they
care
about
their
customers.
I
have
never
received
this
type
of
care
before
about
a
bad
experience
and
I
can
tell
Chuck
E
Cheese
cares
a
lot
about
their
patrons.
My
family
decided
to
go
to
Chuck
E.
Cheese
due
to
receiving
emails
about
the
Halloween
festivities.
We
were
excited
to
be
able
to
include
our
daughter
in
the
dance
party
and
have
her
run
around.
We
get
there
before
6:30
and
there
is
a
costume
contest
about
to
start.
Given,
she
wasn’t
wearing
one
but
neither
were
a
few
kids
participating.
What
I
could
assume
was
the
manager
ignored
my
child
but
asked
other
parents
about
their
children.
The
Chuck
E
Cheese
person
in
a
costume
acknowledged
the
other
children,
but
when
it
came
to
mind
didn’t
put
their
hand
over
her
head.
She
was
completely
ignored
by
the
person
in
the
costume
who
already
seemed
they
didn’t
want
to
be
there.
I
was
extremely
disappointed
and
not
to
mention
upset,
that’s
my
child
being
ignored.
After
the
costumed
person
hurried
away
immediately
after,
everyone
received
a
certificate
for
participating
except
for
my
child,
once
again,
being
ignored.
Luckily
another
parent
noticed
this
and
approached
us
with
their
certificate.
But
over
all,
I
am
completely
upset
by
the
treatment
my
child
received
tonight.
How
is
it
at
a
place
specifically
for
children
she
was
ignored?
Why
would
I
want
to
enter
an
establishment
that
purposely
ignores
their
marketing
demographic?
There
wasn’t
even
a
dance
party
at
the
end
either
but
I
didn’t
care
much
about
that
after
seeing
my
child
ignored.
I
don’t
think
I’ll
ever
step
foot
in
there
again
after
tonight.
As
a
parent,
I
am
angry.
