Three for breakfast. Plenty of parking available on a Sunday morning. Initial greeter was nice, actual server was not the most friendly ( her time to eat over by the bar). It was 9am so everything was nice and clean still. Food was good. Only one of the three orders was incorrect but not worth sending back. Price was in line with the area, three meals and coffee averaged $14.50 plus tip each. We will continue to come back.

My boyfriend comes here all the time to play volleyball so I go with him each week for his games. The entire place has a fun environment with constant music food and drinks. Definitely recommend it. Parking can be pretty challenging sometimes but I’m also there on weekend nights so I expect it to be busy then

First time here. Went for the Local H show. The service was outstanding. My first trip to the bar I was served almost immediately, and while the bartender was getting my drinks, 2 others came by to try to help me. Whenever I didn't have a drink in my hand someone would approach and ask if I needed anything. I've never had that kind of service, especially during a concert. Cool place. I'd like to check it out again sometime.

The place itself is huge. Also a good place to hang out. During the Spring, summer and fall. The only downside is there's not a lot of room for country dancing. The food is great! The staff is great! The service is great! I would definitely recommend this place if you wanted to host any type of event or gathering.

Dated vibe with older computer scoring system. A+ old bowling animations. Lanes were in good condition and oiled well. Service was slow (no line but still waited ~10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to help us). Food was really good - good prices and great quality. Great open bowl prices - $4 per person per game. Really hard to beat that.

I went here recently to see the BoyBand play at their outdoor venue and it was a blast. Great bartenders, good drinks, great seating, I don't frequent here often but there's lots of big screen TVs for fight nights and sports and the outdoor area is really excellent. Casual yet exciting.

Unprofessional Treatment of Customers I recently had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant that I would like to share in this review. While I understand the importance of verifying age when ordering an alcoholic beverage, I believe it is crucial for staff to handle such situations with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered an incident that left me disappointed and frustrated. Upon presenting my out-of-state driver's license as identification, the server at this restaurant immediately accused me of using a fake ID. Their accusatory tone and lack of tact were both unnecessary and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on this experience. While the food and atmosphere were decent, the unprofessional treatment and accusations made by the staff regarding the authenticity of my out-of-state driver's license left a negative impression.

As a stand-alone bar and grill, this place can fulfill that role. Its integration with the adjacent bowling alley is what makes this place work well. This place is a good keystone for Island Lake.

What a place! Staff and Security are more than friendly and the entertainment is off the charts. Great food and cocktails as well. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

This place is just comfortable. not fancy, and not supposed to be. Full of local people and people who come later for the entertainment. The food is always great, and the service is consistent and friendly. We have gone for breakfast and bloodys on Sundays during their Cars & Coffee events...and dinners on the weekends. We keep coming back for a reason.

Sideouts is such a fun place no matter what the occasion may be.... bringing in a new year with cocktails and a popular DJ, meeting up with some friends, enjoying lunch or dinner, celebrating with a few drinks, taco Tuesdays, making some new friends, bingo, dressing up for a Halloween party/contest, bowling or buying a bowling ball, playing the slot machines, attending a concert or live band, playing or watching volleyball!! All the servers have been super friendly along the way. Anytime I've ever been here has been a total blast, from when I used to ride the shuttle bus 'back in the day' to now, living just down the road. I've enjoyed Tuesday night's bingo and tacos, a Halloween bash or two, a NYE ball, a St Patty's Day party, an outdoor concert, and a bunch of crazy random drinking nights with a few hangovers all in good fun and company!! Fun bar with outdoor seating in the summer and awesome live music. There is also a bowling alley. Food is pretty good and I really like their pizza. Would definitely recommend. In the summer they also have volley ball and the bar is pretty popular. Located in island lake off of Roberts road and route 176. I have been coming here for years and always have a good time when I visit sideouts.

Love Sideouts! The service is always fast and friendly. This is one of our go-to stops for a decent bite. I love that they're kitchen is open later, that's been hard to find since COVID and it is so appreciated as I often eat late and while many other places kitchens close early, I know Sideouts never fails. I love that they offer some gluten free options now too.

Great bar, still have not enjoyed the food due to no spices or flavor used 1/2 bottles of salt n pepper although I try 1ce a year. Now we went Fri 9/15 & the dueling piano music was not mine nor 1/2 the bars enjoyment. Worst choice for Fri night. It was the reason we left so fast. I'm sure in some home basement they are OK but so many ruined classic songs by bad vocals. If there was a band and more singers maybe but for this venue I can say - bad choice. I felt sorry for the workers who were stuck because we at least got to leave.
